A Saatva mattress is quite possibly the WORSE excuse for something to sleep on ever made. Sure their photos look good and they offer you the return, but the reason you bought a new mattress is to get a good night's sleep and not have pain in your body from the bedding and you will get neither from Saatva. All mattress reviews, like this one, should concern the product itself, not the happy folks who placed your order. In Saatva's case, the product itself is a piece of excrement and should be used only for allowing kids to jump on. Never, never depend on this company to provide you with the product they are pushing... falsely pushing. The Saatva company should be reported to the Attorney General of Connecticut.

I just slept on my new Saatva latex hybrid mattress for the first time last night:
1. I woke with breathing difficulty and a swollen face from this ‘all natural’ mattress.
2. The mattress measures more than 3” short from qualifying as a queen mattress. I had to stuff a blanket in front of the mattress so my pillow would not slide into the gap at the headboard.
3. It looks terrible! The trim waves all along the side. I took ‘before and after’ photos: it looks worse than the mattress I replaced.
4. The delivery was a disaster: they did not give the 30 minute call before arriving. They had no deflated bed dolly—instead they pushed and dragged the mattress and base along the hallway. (I live in a 55+ building.)
5. Tried to add photos but get”upload error” each time. Reduced the number to 3 photos. Does not work. I am on an iPad Pro.
That is “flatbed” dolly. Autocorrect’s error.
I bought a Saatva mattress two years ago based on Saatva's recommendation for folks with arthritis. Sadly, I wake up hurting worse than when I went to bed. Spent way too much money for poor quality and false recommendations. Even worse, I cannot afford to buy a new mattress now, so I'm struck with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone searching for new bedding.
We bought a Saatva mattress two years ago and not soon after, it began sagging with body indentations. We reverse it regularly - you cannot flip it because it is one-sided - but that ameliorates the problem only very briefly on one end and not at all on the other. Now that we are feeling back pain when awakening, we are unfortunately shopping for a new mattress.
