Love's Travel Stop review: customer service

I was in your Weatherford, tx location last night and was treated horribly by the manager on duty, "Johnny". I have never been talked to so badly especially by someone who is supposed to provide customer service. I wanted to purchase cigarettes, but I did not have my Id. So I asked my husband to use his ID and get us some. The manager cursed at me and cursed at my husband and told us we could not purchase cigarettes because my husband's Id is a paper copy the DMV gives you to prove identity until the hard copy comes. We are both 40 years old, it's not like there might have been a question about age. I could have gone down the road to get cigarettes somewhere else which I did. But there is absolutely no excuse or reasoning for the poor way we were treated. I refuse to come back there if he is working. He needs to be fired for sure!
