Lost Returns I paid this company to mail my wallet back that I accidentally left in my rental car

I paid this company to mail my wallet back that I accidentally left in my rental car. But they lost the wallet and I had to make a claim for its value. This happened in February and it's been 6 months now, but nothing has been resolved. Lost Returns won't pick up the phone, won't return voicemails, and won't reply to emails.

Lost Returns So I used this company, Lost Returns, Inc

So I used this company, Lost Returns, Inc., to get back something I left in a rental car (they're the ones Enterprise uses). But guess what? They didn't deliver the item, and when I kept bugging them about it, they left a voicemail saying it got lost. And that's it! They haven't bothered to explain anything. They did give me back the shipping fee I paid, but they've been ignoring all my attempts to reach out. I've called the number they gave me, but it just goes to voicemail and no one bothers to call me back. I even tried going through Enterprise customer support, but all they say is that someone will get in touch with me, and surprise, surprise, no one ever does.

Lost Returns On August 1st, 2022, I paid ($23.11) for a recovered item (toll transponder) to be shipped to my home address

On August 1st, 2022, I paid ($23.11) for a recovered item (toll transponder) to be shipped to my home address. The purchase was posted to my credit card on August 2nd, 2022. The merchant details are Lost Returns Inc. [protected]). After I made the payment, I didn't get any tracking or shipping information. Instead, I kept receiving emails telling me to claim or donate the found item. Here are the details of the found item: Found Item Number: *** Found Item Category: Toll Transponder Date Found: 8/1/2022 Location Found: Budget Rent A Car Pittsburgh International Airport- PIT 120 Rental Car Road Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15231. Besides the emails, I usually get 1 to 3 automated calls every day, reminding me that the item was recovered. I've tried calling the provided number multiple times, but it always goes to voicemail. I've never spoken to a person, and my calls have never been returned.
