I have been using this product for a few years. I no longer covers my grey. I have made two attempts in the last several months and have discovered it is no longer effective. I am not doing anything, any different when I am coloring my hair, following instructions to the letter. It is a very expensive mistake to make, at $20 a purchase. I will not be coming back tio this product.

Claimed loss: $40
