BB c est magic
Purchased in Dec 22. I have just tried using this makeup base and it really irritates my skin. It’s very gritty and the colour is pale and does not adjust to your skin tone. It also does not sit well on the skin. I’ve used many bb creams by l ordeal and garnier and have never noticed this gritty consistency before. Have you changed the formula? Do you have any smoother skin perfect or creams that are smoother? If so could I have a sample please. Medium tone. I’ll have to throw this one away.

Toner caused yellowish painful pimples
I bought Toner Age perfect refreshing toner around 25th November 2022 from Clicks in Cape Town long street. after 3to 4 days started to see yellowish painful pimples. I went to back to clicks and complained they advised I discontinue using the product and should come here and complain. I didn't complain but I discontinued using it while in disbelief how could this product treat me like this where as I do use some of L'Oreal products so I just took it as a normal pimple breakout 🤦*my mistake 🙉
I didn't use it for about 3 to 4 weeks and I became fine or I was still in a healing process.
Monday I started using it again, ay now am sure it is this product🙆🙆, as I type this I have pimples which are so painful with yellowish thing inside. The pain is too much, never🙅 had so much pimples ever let alone painful pimples.😭😭😭
Desired outcome: Refund,am in pains and really need to see the doctor.Remember first time it damaged my skin while fixing that I used it again and still took out same pimples I had back then.
Voluminous original mascara blackest black
I love this mascara and use a LOT of mascara and go through it quickly. The last 15 I have purchased I have probably had about 2 tubes that were not already dry. I prefer to buy them off Amazon due to the ease of that, but am so disappointed in the lack of freshness in the last couple of years. Any suggestions?

Makeup
I purchased Loreal Colour Riche Matte Lip Liner but I did not get many uses from it. The stick does not have a turn dial to release more color. Instead, I used the top exposed color only. With the rising prices of makeup, I paid more than I should have; knowing that I did not get my money's worth. I am very disappointed that your company would cheat your customers.
Men’s Expert Body Wash
I stopped by Rossman in Düsseldorf to pick up some of your body wash. I’m a big fan. But I discovered this time the packaging changed and the contents have been reduced by 50ml, yet the price is the same. Wouldn’t it have been better to simply increase the price for the larger bottle? The lesser content for the same price comes across as if you are trying to fool the customer. Badly done!

Revital Lift top cut my hand in several places
Good afternoon, I am a long time Loreal consumer. I decided to try the Revital lift and I love it however, the top circle came apart from the lid and when I opened it this morning it cut my hand in several places. the cut on my middle finger bled for about 15 minutes I don't know if this was just a fluke or if the tops need to be re-constructed in some way. Their hair dye ruined my hair twice
I had already completed once but no one got back to me I bought a hair dye on November 13th and dyed my hair on November 14th and the same thing happened what happened about maybe 6 months ago maybe longer I can't remember but it ruined my hair my hair was so long the first time I had to cut it really short and this time I think I'm going to have to bald my hair because now it's all the way to the my scalp my eyes are so real also and I want to be paid for paid and suffering and for the loss of my hair twice I thought it was just something else that's why I used it a second time I will get an attorney if I have to

Superior Preference color
I have used Natural Blonde #9
For some time. Today I was trying to color my hair and noticed that after mixing the color looked dark brownish red.
Then I noticed that the inserted color bottle was #2. It could have been a real mess if I would have used this color for the first time.
Now I have to drive 30 min one way to purchase a new one. 12-21-2022.
I would like compensation. Thank you.

Infallible 24H fresh wear foundation in a powder
CS, I find it important to let L’Oreal co know that I have purchased 2 Infallible 24H Fresh Wear foundation in a powder in recent months, both of which have disintegrated to crushed powder within days after purchase without cause. Both purchases were from CVS Pharmacy in Royal Oak, MI. The first compact I threw away chalking up to “whatever”. However, the second compact I purchased is bar code: [protected] JBU4OW (or DW) which I took back to the CVS and was told that they had witnessed & heard of the same issue with this same product at their store as well as other CVSs.
I have used this specific product (as well as the telescopic mascara) for a long long time and do not wish to discontinue but will if your company does not stand behind the product(s).
Note that there is no fault on my end (i.e., dropping, etc).

¿Discontinued Product?
Good afternoon,
I'd like to know if you've discontinued the extraordinary clay rebalancing line in Latin America, specifically in Colombia. There's nowhere to be found and the Amazon seller that had the last units it's currently out of stock. Please let me know if this has been the case and if so why? I mean, this is the only hair product I've ever really liked from your haircare line (and believe me, I've tried them all).

Loreal Superior Preference Color
I have used Loreal Superior Preference Color 9G, Light Golden Blond, for many years. I never had a problem until recently. On two off the last four times I have purchased this product, the color bottle, while labeled #2 has not been the right color.
On the first occasion, the color bottle was labeled #2, but when the color was mixed with the optimizing cream, the resulting color was a distinct red rather than the light blond it should have been.
Tonight, I again experienced a color mix-up. While the color bottle was again labeled #2, when I mixed the color with the optimizing cream, the resulting color was a medium brown rather than the light blond it should have been.

Color Riche Le Lip Liner - 302 Bois De Rose
I bought this lip liner pencil today, and I'm extremely disappointed with it - I tried to sharpen it and the 'lead' of the pencil just completely snapped off. I then tried to sharpen it again twice more and the exact same happened. I bought the same pencil in a different colour (297 Red Passion) and despite using the *same* sharpener, this pencil has sharpened completely fine. I'm really disappointed as I spent a lot on these products, I love the colours, but I've now wasted over a third of one pencil just trying to sharpen it - without being able to use it at all.
Desired outcome: Either a replacement or a refund
Loreal Lash paradise
I use and love many Loreal products including my Lash Paradise. My last purchase was surprisingly awful. The mascara came out of the tube all chunky and hard. I even tried to add a little distilled water to it but it just made a mess. This has not happened before so I thought you should know. I bought it at Walmart like usual. I did send an email to another email address but didn't receive any response and calling isn't helpful because of my work hours. Can this be resolved through email?
Desired outcome: A replacement product or refund would be wonderful.
L'Oreal Revitalift Hyaluronic acid serum

Judging by the looks of your "unresolved" complaint list, it does not fare well that my matter will be resolved either. I purchased the L'Oreal hyaluronic acid revitalift acid serum. After 1 month of using the product, I did not see a reduction in the wrinkles on my face whatsover. Your product states it will "visibly replump skin and reduce wrinkles" within 1 -2 weeks. This was definately not the case after following the directions. I am a bit frustrated and needlees to say, I wont purchase again.

L'oreal elvive hair mousse
I have now bought 4 x cans of l'oreal elvive hair mousse and i have got half way down the can only to find it stops pumping out any mousse. i have tried running the pump under warm water well and shaking it more, but nothing works. I am getting very fustrated at wasting my money on this product. I bought this product from Savers, B &M, Tesco and Boots ranging from jan 2022 to july 2022 bar code on last can [protected]

L’Oréal Paris Féria hair color
I purchased two identical boxes of L’Oréal Paris Féria hair color in shade 69 Crystal Brown at my local Walgreense in Clinton, Illinois. My head of hair requires two boxes for coverage. I mixed the first box and got half of my head covered. I started to mix the second box and immediately noticed a very drastic difference in the color of the part 1 shimmering conditioning colour gel. It was very red while my first box was very tan as I would expect from a neutral based color such as 60. I immediately double checked the code on both bottles which both state 60 70U420, but are both very clearly not the same color as you will see in the photo I will attach. I am now left with half a head of dyed hair at 9:15 tomorrow with a closed Walgreense and work at 8am. As you can imagine I am less than pleased with this experience.
Desired outcome: At minimum I would like a refund for my purchase so that I may purchase two new boxes of color to redo my hair.
Micro ink pen by brow stylist & loreal 560 saucy mauve lipstick
I have purchase Loreal products for years without any complaints. Recently I had purchased two of my regular products to find both less that satisfactory. The first is Loreal 560 Sausy Mauve lipstick. This product still has the same great color I expected, however, the lipstick itself is so soft that it falls from the tube and / or smashes on the lips with the most delicate strokes. I next product, and most recent purchase is the 630 Blond Blond Micro Ink Pen by Brow Stylist. This product isn't anything like it promises on the packaging... with the exception that it is the color the package indicates. First off it IS NOT WATERPROOF! I used as directed, let it completely dry and it melted off with just a little running water! Second, it says its smudge proof... WRONG! Again, after letting it dry completely it took no effort wiping it off. No effort! And so, I am concluding that this product, lastly, is not a 48 hour wear as it says on the package... it couldn't be. What is going on! Why are Loreal products suddenly becoming the lowest product expectation on the market?
Would be interested in some answers... and possibly product replacements!

Infallible pro-last longwear eye pencil
On 5/06/2022 I purchased a l’oreal infallible eye pencil in cobalt blue at Walmart, Pittsfield, Ma.
This is the second time I tried this product , thinking and hoping that the problem would have been resolved over a year’s time. But no. The mechanism to advance the liner does not work at all so I paid $8.47 plus tax for 2 or 3 uses at most, times two since the prior purchase resulted in the same outcome. These pencils should be recalled. I believe I should also receive a refund for two eyeliner pencils. Thank you, Sally Washabaugh

Loreal Preference Hair Color
I’ve used this product for years. I have been using Medium Ash Blonde for at least 18 months, every 3-4 weeks. This time I used Ash Blonde and the mixed product looked orange/red which was odd but it was new to me so I used it. It colored nothing- not my grey, not my highlights, not my darker blonde hair. So I waited a week and used my regular Medium Ash Blonde. Again, odd orange/red color when I mixed it, and again there was absolutely no color change. I’m beyond disappointed- I purchased these products from different stores on different days- both within the past 30 days.
Desired outcome: I want you to stop selling defective product.
Girl about a year ago I had bought 2 of the lightest natural blonde and when I say nothing happened, literally I mean absolutely NOTHING! Figured I'd try again, (typing with this product in my hair) its been in for almost 39 minutes and still my normal color. I'm passed. I'm sorry it happened to you.
Superior Preference
When I went to color my hair, the color gel bottle was empty!
I would hope for a coupon for a free replacement. I use 8 medium blonde natural. I love the product and I know I will be satisfied with a coupon. I purchased the hair color from my local Martin's Supermarket.
It was purchased on April 27, 2022. I do not think it is the supermarkets place to refund my money.
