Pacific Beauty supposedly gives you a welcoming discount code, but once you try to use it, you'll realize it has so many restrictions. What kind of thank you is that? It's not very welcoming at all. It just makes you regret signing up as a new customer. If that's how they treat their new clients, then I don't think they deserve anyone's money.

Anyways, I still love Pacifica's products, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them anytime soon. I'd rather give my hard-earned cash to a company that respects its customers. Actually, I'm not even sure if I'll be getting my money back from Pacifica.

I gotta tell ya, Pacifica Beauty is a solid choice for anyone who wants high-quality beauty products without breaking the bank. Like seriously, they're pretty reasonable on pricing and you can tell they're not just about making a quick buck. They actually seem to care about the environment and what they're putting on your skin.

Pacifica Beauty is the real deal, y'all. I recently got my hands on some of their eyeshadows, and let me tell you...I am OBSESSED. The packaging was top-notch and the product itself was in perfect condition when I received it. Only thing is, I had a bit of trouble gettin' it shipped to my P.O. Box in the USA - y'all know how it is with them restrictions. BUT! Pacifica's customer service team saved the day. They got wind of my shipping troubles and made sure my package was traced every step of the way. And, to top it off, they even threw in some free mascara to make up for the delay. Let me tell you, I am one happy customer and I will DEFINITELY be comin' back for more. Highly recommend Pacifica Beauty for all your makeup needs!

I gotta say, Pacifica Beauty is the bomb dot com. I discovered them at Target and immediately got hooked on their scents. But I hit them up with my proof of purchase and they sent me a replacement super quick. No hassle, no fuss. It just goes to show that these guys care about keeping their customers happy. And trust, when you smell their fragrances, you'll definitely be happy.

So, I ordered some Lip scrubs from Pacifica Beauty in early December as stocking stuffers for me and my daughters. The products were all set and ready for some holiday pampering. But, as we opened the lip scrubs, we were welcomed by an awful smell. It was so bad that we couldn't even put the product on our lips. The oils in the product had gone rancid.

I tried contacting Pacifica customer service to complain about the product and seek a solution. They claimed to provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed products, and I thought this would be an easy process. But, to my surprise, the customer service team was of no help. They refused to send a replacement and wouldn't even accept the product back.

It's no secret that Pacifica was aware of the product's bad condition. Reading through the reviews on their website, it looks like many customers have been complaining about the same issue for at least two months. But, despite knowing all of this, Pacifica kept selling the product.

I was highly disappointed with Pacifica's attitude towards their customers. Why would they prioritize profits over the satisfaction of their customers? It's truly a bad business move.

Overall, Pacifica Beauty's bad attitude towards customers has left me disappointed. They should have trashed the product instead of trying to make quick money. I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.

Pacifica Beauty rocks! I am really loving this brand and their online store. I got my goodies delivered in no time at all! More than once, I've ordered from them directly and I'm happy to report that every single time standard shipping took only a few days. Packaging was nicely done too. I really appreciate brands that take care in packaging their products so nicely.

Their packaging is minimalistic which I think is such a great thing! I feel like some companies waste so much plastic on packaging alone and I’m always left wondering if they considered the impact that has on the environment. Pacifica really nailed it! They use just enough paper so there’s no jostling around and fill just enough to keep their products secured. I have mad respect for them for doing their part in helping the environment.

Regarding their products, I am blown away by the quality. Their fragrances are totally amazing! I get compliments from everyone when I wear a Pacifica scent. And just imagine, all their awesome products are vegan, cruelty-free, and made in the USA -- all at such fair and reasonable prices!

I also like that Pacifica products are readily available in stores at Target. This makes it so much easier to replace my go-to favorites. All in all, I would 100% recommend Pacifica products. They are amazing and definitely deserve more recognition in the market.
