Air Volume Mega Mascara
Hi,
I have been a faithful consumer of L'Oreal products since I was a teen. I am 66 now. I have never had a problem with your products as a matter of fact they have always been my favorite. Recently I purchased your Air Volume Mega Mascara and a few hours later my eyes puffed up. In the morning my right eye was closed tightly with goop. I managed to get it open with warm water but my eyes were still puffy although not as bad as the day before. This happened 4 days ago. I will no longer buy this particular mascara. What can we do to help me out here? Thank-you for listening.

I started using this combo 3weeks ago and I noticed that I'm loosing a lot of hair, like I have never lost this many hair ever... My hair now is so thin... this is so sad, I will never use any of your products ever again.
I just cried so much 20minutes ago in the bath.. the hair was everywhere. I just could see any other reason why my hair is falling out so much.
Desired outcome: return my lost hair if you can

I'm Alia, recently I bought 2 bottles loreal infallible fresh wear foundation. However after I try to pump the liquid out, I noticed the pump is malfunctioning. Already call customer service and email to Loreal Malaysia but still get no feedback from their side.

A couple of years ago a salesperson at a local pharmacy recommended the "Very Different Unlimited waterproof mascara".
I tried it and liked it very much and have switched to this brand.
A couple of months ago I bought another one and it was a sticky and would not dry on my lashes and would cause them to stick to each other after a few minutes.
I called L'Oréal Israel customer service and only got a calling service to leave a message with.
Instead of getting back to me properly, they would call and hang up and not bother to leave a message.
So I called and left more messages. I also contacted them via messenger as their website suggests.
Finally they got back to me and said in a very rude tone they do not make any exchanges and I need to go to the store where I bought it with a receipt.
I told her that it has been almost two months of me trying to reach her and she said she knows. I said I don't keep receipts from two months ago and she suggested the store try checking my credit card to locate the receipt but she said she knows they will not exchange anything from three months ago.
I asked her to back me up with an e-Mail stating I have first complained two months ago and she got upset and said no way will she help and it's my problem.
I am quite upset that such a large and well known brand would treat a customer so badly. I am also surprised you would not stand by your quality and exchange a faulty product. Especially as it is not very cheep here.
If this is your standard, I will not buy any more of your products nor would I recommend it to anyone. If anything I feel it is my duty to warn friends and family.
It's too bad, because I have been a faithful client since I was a teenager.
I hope to hear from you and that this was a sole incident.

Infallible pro last longwear eye pencil
Good Morning I have been buying this product and I love it. The only problem is I use it a couple of times, then use the sharpener on it and it just falls apart and cant use it any more. I use Feria deep burgandy all the time. I love this color.. but this time the power red packet was empty. The color is not the same. I just wanted to inform you of the problem.

Age Perfect Hair Colour 9.13
I recently bought age perfect hair colour from Boots at £7.99 and when I opened the box today to use it I was disappointed to find the bottle of conditioner balm was missing and the gloves were too small for me .I have used this product before and never had a problem with the gloves I have medium sized hands .I have contacted the company and have had no response .
Desired outcome: I would like a refund .
Feria Power Violet Shimmering Color
I usually use another brand, but I purchased the product because the model had darker skin and hair and the colour on her looked exactly like what I wanted.
I followed the instructions, I have short hair so I wasted most of a bottle of dye. I couldn't have been more than 5 minutes over the time in the instructions (I started timing when I was finished with application, so it had been on a few minutes) but my hair is only slightly darker and even in the light it doesn't look purple.
So much for Power Violet.
Now, this shimmer nonsense is everywhere, like I was rubbing white eye shadow into my hands. It got in my eyes and irritated them because I didnt realize it was on my hands at first.
This product is horrible, and I have to wait until the weekend is over to even speak with someone. Very unhappy.

Voluminous Mascara
I recently purchased a Voluminous Curved Brush mascara in the color Brown Black. When I went to use it today for the first time, the wand comes out so clogged with mascara that it is unusable unless I wipe it all off with a tissue. The biggest problem with that is there is SO MUCH mascara on the brush that this mascara will only last me for a couple applications. It seems that the 'plunger' or whatever it is that scrapes off excess when removing the wand is either not working or is not there at all. I've discarded the packaging and therefore will be unable to return this to the store where I purchased it. I'd like a replacement.
Desired outcome: I'd like a replacement of this product.
L’Oréal infallible concealer
Dear Sir/Madam
I have now purchased the 4th concealer in a short space of time ! I absolutely love this product, but due to the current restrictions on testing products was unable to get the product shade correct ! But as the product was excellent decided 4th time lucky. Unfortunately the latest one I purchased was almost empty when I brought it ! The other 3 were fine with ample concealer in them but this latest one was straight away was like I had come to the end of the bottle. I cannot praise the product enough but am very disappointed after purchasing 4 at cost that this happened.
I do hope someone can resolve this for me.

Infallible pro-last waterproof pencil eyeliner
Dear L'Oreal,
As of late, I've noticed that the Infallible Pro-Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner has not been dispensing the entire pencil. At first, I thought maybe I had received one bad product but after purchasing the Eyeliner on 3 separate occasions, I noticed that none of the eyeliners were dispensing the entire product. Seems a little unfair to the customer to purchase these items and not receive the entire benefit of them. I would either like a working replacement of the 3 eyeliners or a refund, if possible.

Preference 6r hair color defective
I purchased Loreal Preference 6R permanent hair dye on 4/25/2020 from Walgreens in Murphy, TX, USA. RFN: 0595 — [protected]. I am so very disheartened. My hair was already a medium red brown. After using this color, I now have very brown hair with very little red in it and now some damage to my hair. Your products are supposed to make people feel better after they use them, not worse. I am seriously contemplating not using your products again.

Matt Eyeliner and Voluminous Lash Paradise
My only regret in spending $21 at Target for these products is that I did not keep the receipt so I could take them back. The eyeliner that was supposed to last all day came off on the bottom within an hour. The top became blotchy within hours.
The mascara was gloppy and clumpy.
I'll be going back to Thrive who delivers what they advertise.

This product made my head burn and itch. I used it a few years ago and it was fine but the colour was difficult to find (Ginger Twist). I found it recently on Amazon and ordered 4 boxes but the dye made my head itch and I have a burning sensation. It is painful. I have tried to contact Loreal butIt is impossible to reach anyone ... Loreal USA were very nice but they don't deal with Canadian customers and Loreal Canada doesn't even have a real person answering the phone.

Hi I am in Pittsburgh, there are never coupons in my sunday paper for hair dye . Why? I get the shampoo ones. I love buying the hair dye but look forward to receiving the coupons. Please explain why my area has been targeted to not have the sunday insert coupon that should be in there. I have purchased the paper twice when the coupon was to be in there and it was not.

Hi I like to give positive and negative feedback, I usually really like loreal products, so purchased Paradise Extatic Mascara, really dissapointed, its cluggy, doesnt define the eyelashes, smudges and makes my eyelashes not sit right, sorted bent in weird angles. So annoying when you purchase a good brand you are familar with and get disapointed. I was really looking forward to using this product, but unfortunately it will end up in the bin!

The ad in real simple magazine, is deceiving .
It tell the customer that the product is paraben, dye
mineral oil and fragrance free, but you never let the customer know that you experiment on animals. It pains
me to know that your company finds it necessary to
do this to these poor defenseless animals. We are in a new era and as you may be aware most human beings
with a heart love animals, it is not necessary to expoilt
and or torture poor animals, when people find out that your company does this, you will lose sales, so I suggest
your decision makers re-evaluate how to make this desperately needed change.
l'oreal evercreme leave in spray
This is NOT a complaint against the product, but the fact you have discontinued a fantastic product.
Very obvious by all the complaints on your Complaints Board, which L'Oreal has not given a reason or a substitute product.
When I realized it was going to be discontinued I bought as many as possible. I have now used all my stock.
Have tried so many other brands, from $75.00 to $10.00 and nothing works like your EverCreme.
If you could please guide me to another of your products that works like EverCreme.

I purchased 3 boxes of Loreal Feria Intense Red Auburn hair color tonight to color my hair. (My hair is long and thick, and takes 3). I purchased them at Meijer on Towne Blvd in Franklin, Ohio. I applied both boxes, as directed. Once I rinsed, washed and conditioned my hair, with the shampoo and conditioner provided, I decided to blow dry it, as I was excited to see how it looked. Upon drying it, I realized my hair was BLACK! There isn't even as much as a red tint to it. I am so disappointed! Both boxes were sealed, and the color was bright red when I mixed it. I followed the directions, so I know the mistake wasn't on my end. I regularly use Loreal products and hair color, especially the Feria line. Now I have waist length jet black hair, and look like Elvira! This is ridiculous, and certainly not the color I expected or wanted! I'm embarrassed to even go out tomorrow, as I had planned to.

Once the initial product/pencil nib is worn down, how do a advance the rest of the product from the pencil?
Do I have to use a pencil sharpener to reveal more of the product in the pencil? This is the second time I've bought this product and cannot figure out how to get access to the product inside the pencil... I've tried screwing the top of the pencil but nothing happens...did I just pay $8.00 for one day's use?
