Unfortunately my budget couldn't fit Fenty :(, but my friend actuallly can, so she let me use her products. The highlighter is so pigmented, the Trophy Wife, and I loved it so much I almost stole it from her

I own both a fenty foundation and a fenty highlighter. The products are a bit pricey but the quality of the products is fantastic. I really love my foundation and highlighter and would definitely recommend them and purchase them again.

Bad Girl RiRi has done it again with her Beauty Line another home run for Rihanna. I love the KillaWatt Freestyle Highlighters and her foundation is Amazing! I would definitely recommend Fenty Beauty if you're ready to take your Make Up Game to the Next Level

Alright so let me tell y'all bout Fenty Beauty. Personally, I really like a lot their stuff, but I had this one incident that really irked me. Long story short, I ended up gettin' a rash on my face and neck from one of their products. I reached out to the customer service peeps and all they could say was to just return it without even apologizing for my inconvenience. Like come on now, I spend a lotta money on their products and the most they could do is tell me to return it? It was only $45 worth of stuff, but at the end of the day, I still have a rash and they ain't even tryna look into which product caused it or nothin'. So yeah, unfortunately I ain't buyin' from them no more. I'd rather just go to Sephora instead.

My shopping experience with Fenty Beauty was so disappointing, I can hardly put it into words. For my birthday this year, I decided to treat myself to a few items from their website. But as soon as my package arrived, I realized that one of the items I had ordered was missing. I was so frustrated, and reached out to their customer service team right away to try and fix things.

After a lot of back and forth, I finally got refunded for the missing item. But here's the thing - the refund was only for a PARTIAL amount of what I had paid. When I tried to argue with them about it, they refused to engage with me any further. I have sent them multiple emails since then, but I haven't gotten a single response back.

Honestly, it feels like they just took my money and ran. And what's worse is that the product itself isn't even that great - I expected so much more from Rihanna's beauty line! Overall, the whole experience was a huge letdown. I wouldn't recommend Fenty Beauty to anyone, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again in the future.

Fenty Beauty is my go-to brand when it comes to cosmetics. The quality is always top-notch, their products are long-lasting and made with good materials. Plus, they look so stylish! I really admire Rihana and all the great work she does. My favorites are definitely the lip glosses, lipsticks, and the pro filt'r matte foundation.

I have been waiting for my Fenty Beauty order for what feels like forever. I have emailed and called several times, but I have yet to receive a response from the customer service team. I am starting to get really frustrated and just want to cancel my order at this point.

I tried calling Fenty Beauty customer service millions of times, but no one answered or returned my call. It's really disappointing because Fenty Beauty sells their products all over the world, but apparently they don't have any Spanish-speaking representatives.

To make matters worse, the customer service agents I did speak to were really rude when I told them I don't speak much English. It's unfair that customer service is making my experience with Fenty Beauty so unpleasant.

Despite all of this, I have heard great things about Fenty Beauty and their products so I hope that if I ever do receive my order, it will be worth the wait. But for now, my experience with Fenty Beauty has been less than stellar.

Gotta say, I'm lovin' me some Fenty Beauty. Their makeup game is fire and a few of their web page features are straight up dope. But damn, I tried multiple times to make an account and they keep sending me these verification emails with busted links. Like, for real y'all, get your shiz together.

I tried to holler at them about it a few days ago but still haven't heard back yet. Dang, they must be busy slayin' the beauty scene or somethin'. But I ain't gonna sweat it too much 'cause their products are just too good to pass up.

Let's talk about that foundation, honey. As a pasty-[censored] human being, it's hard to find a shade that don't make me look like a pumpkin or dead as a doornail. But Fenty Beauty's got me covered (literally). The coverage is bomb and it's buildable without lookin' like I slapped a layer of frosting on my face. Plus, that shiz stays put all day with the right prep and set up.

Long story short, Fenty Beauty has won my heart and my cash. Hopefully they can get their tech team to fix up that verification email snafu real soon. Until then, I'll just keep slayin' with my flawless foundation.

Hey, I gotta tell ya, I am SO bummed about Fenty Beauty. Like, what is even the point of putting all those nice ingredients in your products if you're just gonna go and ruin it by adding fragrance? I stopped using their stuff for a while because it started really jacking up my skin, you know? And then when I finally decided to give it another go, that stuff just straight up BURNED my face! No thank you, ma'am.

To be honest, I wouldn't even recommend these products to my worst enemy. And don't even get me STARTED on the Savage X underwear. Ugh, most of it is just SO dang uncomfortable, and I've had to toss out pieces after only wearing them a handful of times. And I'm sorry, but when I drop almost ?500, I expect that stuff to at least be able to hold up after a few washes, you know?

But wait, it gets worse. The customer service for both Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty is an absolute joke. Like, come on Riri, you're better than this! Step up your game and take care of your customers!

Fenty Beauty is a company that is out there doing it right. They really care about how their products make you feel and want you to be happy with your purchases. I really appreciate that they are an ethical company and this means a lot to many consumers. The color range they offer is simply gorgeous and they have thought out the best products for every skin shade - nothing has been left to chance!

I have only had one issue and that was with the Heat Gloss bomb. I should have known better as the name itself made it clear that there might be some issues, but I gave it a shot anyway. Unfortunately, this gloss made my lips burn, which was not a pleasant sensation at all. And, what's worse is that the burn lingered even after I removed the gloss.

I have found that most lip plumpers are just not great for your skin, they do not work, and in the end they are completely unnecessary. However, I will not let this one product damper my opinion of Fenty Beauty as a whole. There are still plenty of amazing products to choose from and I will definitely be purchasing from them again because they are a truly wonderful company. Thank you, Fenty Beauty!

My experience with Fenty Beauty has left me completely dissatisfied as their delivery did not meet my expectations. I ordered some of their products through their website, and even paid for delivery. They promised me an estimated waiting period of 8-10 working days. However, after tracking the location of my order, I found out that it was traveling from New Jersey to the Netherlands and then to Mexico for a whopping 4(!) weeks. The tracking number became useless as the delivery was never completed.

I sent them numerous emails regarding the delay. It took them a while to only offer a refund only two times less than what I have spent. This is truly unacceptable!

I strongly advise against using their website as my experience proves the opposite of their mission. Do not waste your money and time on their service as it is of poor quality.

Fenty Beauty is a brand that I've heard a lot of buzz about. They are popular for their lip products and makeup. I was really excited to try out their fluid lip colors. Sadly, they didn't quite live up to my expectations. The product itself holds up really well and is like paint, sticking to your lips immediately after you apply it. However, the colors look very different on me than they do on the models. I don't really want to wear them because they're so intensely pigmented that they make me look a little odd (though, some people may prefer a brighter or more eye-catching look).

The price point is quite high, but you do get a high-quality product. What I find a bit disappointing is the lack of varying shades and more photos of the product swatches. It's hard to get a good sense of what they'll look like before purchasing, and I'd prefer to buy something that suits my skin tone.

I also tried their highlighter, which comes in a really pretty package. Unfortunately, it's a little hard to roll onto the skin without getting makeup on it and, again, it just doesn't look quite right on me.

The lip scrub was okay, but nothing too special that I couldn't find at a more affordable price point elsewhere.

Overall, I don't believe that their products are necessarily worth the hefty price tag (at least for online shopping, where you can't try it out). I was able to find equally good makeup at places like Innisfree and Etude House. I would love to see this brand expand their shade range and provide more information about product shades.

I just had an experience with Fenty Beauty and I am sorry to say that it was not a pleasant one. It all started when I received an email informing me that my order had been cancelled due to some payment issues or account problems. Well, that was simply not the case because I had already received a confirmation from my financial institution that the transactions had been approved and posted to my credit card account.

I logged on to their chat hoping to get some answers and was quite surprised to find out that I would only be able to ship to the US. What did that mean? Just because of my name, did they presume I didn't live here? It just didn't make sense. I was also advised that the billing and shipping should match. Usually, I'd expect the system to match it for me when I click the right button. As I continued chatting with the service rep, I was promised an email from a different agent who would attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I wasn't happy with this response because it didn't address the point of my chatting in the first place. Why would I have to switch from chatting to emailing when the chat represents real-time assistance? I found this to be quite misleading. When I asked a follow-up question, the agent responded in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. I was asked if I needed the product shipped to home or a warehouse. I found that to be quite bizarre. As a customer, I wasn't expecting to be interrogated like a criminal!

Anyways, that aside, to add insult to injury, I was informed that I wouldn't be able to use my 15% discount code again. This was quite disappointing, to say the least. The service rep had however said she would update her supervisor on my situation and would let me know what would happen next. It was unpleasant to be subject to such a tedious process to become a customer, especially when Rare Beauty only took me less than a minute to order.

In conclusion, I would like to say that Fenty Beauty's process did not work well for me. I felt my experience was marred by poor communications, indifference to my plight, and inefficiencies inherent in their system. Whereas Rare Beauty has shown me how to provide great customer service. Sadly, I may not be back with Fenty Beauty again in the future.

This lipstick from Fenty Beauty has beautiful color! However, it does fade super quickly and needs to be reapplied every hour. The worst part is that when it does fade, it's not even, so it ends up looking worse than my regular lipstick. Very disappointed with this product.

I eventually gave up and decided to go to a Fenty Beauty store instead. That turned out to be a way better choice! The staff were super helpful and patient with me, especially since I'm not someone who knows a lot about makeup. They helped me pick out some great products and even showed me how to apply them.

Now, I'm so happy I made the choice to go to the store instead of trying to order online. The products are amazing, and my niece loves them. I would definitely recommend going to a Fenty Beauty store instead of risking the online ordering process.

I waited for my Fenty Beauty products for two months, but unfortunately, I never received anything. I tried to resolve the issue with PayPal, but they closed my dispute since I couldn't provide evidence of non-receipt. Now, I have lost 160 euros, and I am hoping that the parcel will either be retrieved or sent back from wherever it ended up. This experience has been frustrating, and I don't think I'll be purchasing from Fenty Beauty again in the future. It's been a loss of time, money, and peace of mind.
