Juvia's Place I love it

I had no issues with shipping to Canada. I bought 4 eyeshadow palettes, 2 lip glosses and 2 lip liners. The colours really pop and build easily.

It's an easy website.
Juvias have great shades and options for eyes. The shadow pallets are amazing. It's combine with all skin colors.

Juvia's Place Shipping

I ordered from juvia's place on the 25th of May 2020 and I only recieved it on June 23rd, 2020. So almost an entire month. I thought it wasn't going to come since tracking wasn't being updated but I am pleasently surprised and my order came in perfectly in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone who has enough patience to wait for it for a while!

Juvia's Place Warning: Terrible Customer Service from Juvia's Place - Avoid Ordering From Them!

Two weeks ago, I decided to order a few items from Juvia's Place. I was very excited as I had heard so many great things about their products. I ordered four items and paid the full amount, which included FedEx international shipping fees. I paid approximately $86 USD for my order.

The next day after my order, Juvia's Place informed me that they had already sent my order to FedEx and gave me instructions on how to track the shipment. Unfortunately, they only sent me a summary of my payment, not an invoice. To my dismay, my items arrived at customs in Egypt, and FedEx informed me that there was no invoice included with the package.

I reached out to Juvia's Place customer service via email and have sent them over ten emails requesting a PDF invoice for the past three days, but I have not received a single response. Due to their lack of communication and help, I am afraid that my items will be destroyed or returned to the sender. I cannot believe the terrible customer service that I am experiencing.

I am seriously recommending to everyone not to do business with Juvia's Place. I believe that they do not put an invoice in the package to avoid taxes in the United States, which is quite alarming. I have had the most terrible experience with this brand and their reputed inefficiency and overall lack of service. They have given me a nightmare in ordering items overseas.

To sum up, I wish I had believed the negative reviews I read before placing my order. I am going to post my reviews everywhere online so that potential buyers take notice. Juvia's Place is a bad company with terrible customer service. I will update this review if the problem is resolved, but until then, please stay away from this fraudulent company.

Juvia's Place Unreliable and unprofessional: My experience with Juvia's Place

This is my thoughts on Juvia's Place. I have ordered from them lots of times, and I'm alright with waiting a little longer to get my stuff, 'cause they're a smaller store and all.
But then, this one time, I had some stuff in my cart that I wasn't ready to order yet, and then somehow the page just put the order through! I tried to cancel it right away but no dice. So I messaged them like, "Sorry guys, my bad, can you cancel this so I can get the stuff I actually want?"
And then I didn't hear back for over a day, and when I did it was just a "tough luck" response. I responded back like, "Wait but I didn't even get a confirmation yet, and the package isn't even ready to ship out."
But then just an hour later they suddenly pushed the order through and got it ready to ship. Weird, huh? And then another day later they sent another email being like "tough luck" again, and on top of that they spoiled the surprise of the mystery box by saying everything that was in it on the invoice!
Honestly, if they're doing business like this then I honestly don't think they'll be around much longer. They took 84 bucks from me and I reckon they need to use it to buy some noodles or something 'cause they seem to need the cash way more than I do.

Juvia's Place Disappointed with Juvia's Place; Missing Products and Delayed Delivery

and that they won't arrive.

To be honest, I was really excited to try out Juvia's Place and their products looked amazing. That's why I placed an order for two mystery bags back in October. The deal was too good to pass up! I was expecting to receive 10 single eyeshadows, a brush, and a makeup bag in each mystery bag. However, when I received them, I was disappointed to see that I only got 8 shadows in each. That was a bummer and I felt like I got cheated out of what I paid for.

I decided to reach out to their customer service team and they responded fairly quickly. I sent them pictures of the box, products I received, and the packing slip. I also sent them screenshots of the descriptions of the mystery bags from the site and their ads on social media. They agreed to send me the missing 4 shadows and I got a tracking number the next day. I was relieved that they were taking care of my issue.

However, the package still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting for more than a month and the USPS tracking still says label created and they are awaiting the package. It's frustrating to wait and not know when the package will arrive. I reached out to them again and they told me to wait 3-5 more business days. I did as they said, but there were still no updates.

Finally, I emailed them again and they responded that they will send me another package. I got my tracking number via DHL, but it still hasn't updated at all. I'm getting worried that I won't receive my missing products at all. At this point, I regret ordering from Juvia's Place and I wish I had gotten them from Ulta instead.

Overall, their products are great but the customer service is lacking. I would caution anyone considering ordering from them to be prepared for the possibility of things going wrong. It's a shame because I really wanted to try out their products and support the brand, but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place: A Suspicious Business with Questionable Sales & Shipping Methods - My Experience

I recently ordered from Juvia's Place and the package arrived after seven business days. I had ordered something special for my birthday and received a confirmation email just two days later stating that it had been shipped. Excited to receive it, I eagerly tried to track my package - but was met with frustration. Although I had been given a tracking number, attempting to track it led me to the FedEx website where I was unable to find any information about my package. Baffled, I contacted FedEx directly but they could not locate my package either. Perplexed and worried, I reached out to customer service at Juvia's Place who informed me that my package was being shipped through a company called DS orange. I had never heard of this company before so I was understandably concerned.

When I tried to track the package through the provided tracking number, it simply said "item processed". Not very helpful! I tried reaching out to customer service to get more information, but they didn't respond quickly. In fact, it took them four emails before they finally got back to me. Even then, the information they gave me wasn't satisfying. All of this made me nervous and wary – it seems like all these sales they are throwing out are just too good to be true.

That's not all - I noticed that Juvia's Place seems to be throwing out sales left and right - to the point where I question whether they will go out of business soon or are maybe even running a scam. I see many market trends and often companies will have sales, but with Juvia's Place it feels different, as the sales seem too frequent and steep for them to be a legitimate business. Additionally, it looks like they have been removing regular products from their website and product list. It's all a little bit too sketchy for me, and I have reported it to my credit card company just in case.

In retrospect, I should have checked the reviews of this company before purchasing from them. Based on my experience, I recommend that you steer clear of Juvia's Place - I wouldn't order from them again. The experience left me feeling suspicious and anxious.

Juvia's Place Poor Customer Service and Wrong Product Received: Juvia's Place Eyeshadow Palette Review

My experience with Juvia's Place has been pretty good overall, but I recently had a not-so-great experience that I feel I need to share. I placed an order for the Whala 2 eyeshadow palette on Sunday, November 15,2020 and it was shipped out promptly on Monday, November 16,2020. I was so excited to receive my package and finally try out this gorgeous new palette! However, when I opened the package on Friday, November 20,2020, I was extremely disappointed to find that the eyeshadow palette inside was actually the Whala palette that I already owned. I mean, seriously?

Obviously, I was not happy with the mistake, so I immediately contacted Juvia's Place customer service the same day to let them know what had happened. I even sent images of the box with the tracking number, my name and address, the items received, and the package slip. However, much to my dismay, I never received a response from them. Not on Friday, not on Saturday, not anytime soon afterward.

So, I took it upon myself to follow up with more pictures and even a video showing the difference between the Whala palette I ordered and the Whala palette I received, all featuring the package slip that clearly listed what I had actually ordered. However, still not a peep from their customer service. I'm still waiting for a response from them and it doesn't seem like I'll be getting one anytime soon.

So, as you can imagine, I'm not thrilled with Juvia's Place right now. Their customer service has been terrible and I am not happy with the product I received. I'm honestly considering giving them zero stars. I mean, I just want what I ordered. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Despite this bad experience, I still do want to support the owner of Juvia's Place. So, if I do decide to purchase from them again, I'll probably do it through Ulta Beauty instead. Hopefully, their customer service there is a bit more helpful and reliable.

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place Review: A Rollercoaster of Emotions, but the Eyeshadows are Worth It!

I recently had an experience with Juvia's Place, and let me tell you, it had its ups and downs. At first, I was drawn to the company because of their amazing eyeshadows that I discovered on Instagram. I fell in love with them and knew I had to have them. So, I placed my order and received an email stating that my package was shipped within 3 days. I was excited, but when I tried to track my package, the tracking number didn't work.

That's where things got a bit frustrating for me. I reached out to customer service for help, but it took them about a week to answer me. However, once they finally did get back to me, they were extremely helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Maureen for going above and beyond to assist me in getting my package. It turns out, some things are beyond the control of the customer service reps, and I shouldn't have assumed that the company was a scam.

Finally, after waiting for a month and a few days, my package arrived, and I was thrilled! The eyeshadows were even more beautiful in person, and I couldn't wait to try them on. I ordered the berries and the Saharan palettes, and they did not disappoint.

While my experience with Juvia's Place had its challenges because of the pandemic and a possible staff shortage, I am still in love with my purchase. If you are looking to receive your package in 3 days or a week, I suggest you shop for them in stores like Allure. But if you're willing to wait it out, these eyeshadows are worth it!

My daughter was super excited to purchase some makeup from Juvia's Place, as she is a big fan of small businesses. She eagerly waited for her package to arrive, but unfortunately, it never did. She reached out to the company via email and waited patiently for a response. Finally, someone replied to her and advised her to contact DHL, which she did. However, the issue was not resolved as she hoped it would be.

As it turned out, the shipping label created at Juvia's Place was printed incorrectly, which caused the package not to be delivered. My daughter is very careful about making sure that her address is correct when she places an order, so she was disappointed that this was not the case. Juvia's Place, however, tried to pin the blame solely on her. They insisted that they had sent the package, but the postal service had returned it to them due to the incomplete shipping label.

As a result, they told my daughter that if she wanted the package, she would need to pay for shipping again. She reluctantly agreed, and she made sure that they had her correct address this time. However, even after doing so, she still has not received her package. She has been emailing Juvia's Place and is now in contact with Canada Post, but still with no success. Juvia's Place is refusing to take responsibility for the mistake, and it is making life very challenging for my daughter.

The customer service provided by this company is utterly disgraceful. It is appalling how they are taking people's hard-earned money and not delivering what they promised. My daughter had high hopes for this small business, but reality showed her the other side of the coin.

In conclusion, I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Juvia's Place. They are only after your money, and if you run into a problem, they are not willing to help. Juvia's Place Buyer Beware: My Disastrous Experience with Juvia's Place

So I had this idea of backing a smaller brand like Juvia's Place instead of going to Ulta. But man, did I regret it big time! I made an order for foundation and powder on July 15th and opted for 7-10 business day shipping. I thought I was good to go when I got a message on July 19th that my package is already on the way (I was really thrilled with this one). A tracking number was also provided so I could monitor my parcel. However, it was a bummer to see that the tracking number only indicated that a shipping label has been created and that the package is still in New Jersey. I waited for days but there were no new updates as to when my order would arrive. I tried checking when the estimated delivery date would be but to no avail. It was obvious that FedEx hadn't received my parcel yet. So I contacted Juvia's Place support on July 24th and asked what the hold-up was. I was able to chat with Jovy A. who quickly reassured me that she's handling everything. But when I asked if I could just change the address of delivery, she told me that it was impossible. Being anxious about the delay, I then inquired whether I could just cancel the order altogether. To my dismay, she replied that it could not be done since the shipping label had been created already. She told me that she will inform the shipping department about my issue and that they will look into it. Thinking that it would also be best to call FedEx, I contacted them on July 25th and double-checked if they had my shipment. But nope, they didn't receive anything. Hence, on July 26th I reached out to Jovy again and insisted that I don't want to receive my order anymore and just want a refund. However, as Jovy explained, cancellation was no longer possible as the order has already been endorsed for fulfillment. She apologized that they won't be able to oblige my request due to the volume of orders they were processing at the time. I was so frustrated that I had to raise a dispute with my bank as Juvia's Place was not willing to extend any further help.
In conclusion, based on my experience I suggest that you don't buy from Juvia's Place.

Juvia's Place has some amazing makeup products, but unfortunately, their business practices leave much to be desired. They do offer a wide range of inclusive makeup products, which is great, but they fail to live up to their promises when it comes to their customers.

One experience I had with their customer service was when I never received an order. Despite contacting them multiple times, they never took responsibility for the lost order and failed to respond adequately to my concerns. In the end, I had to file a dispute with PayPal for a refund.

Another incident that highlights their lack of integrity was when they offered a free palette with a $30 minimum purchase. However, they did not notify customers that the free palette was out of stock at the time of purchase nor did their website add the free palette to my cart or order form. When I contacted their customer service about this, they lied to me and said the palette was out of stock, even though the promotion had been extended beyond my purchase date.

Despite my attempts to reason with them, their customer service representatives continued to give me excuses and lies, indicating that they place little value on their customers. They failed to honor a simple promise and chose to lose my business instead of offering a small gesture of goodwill.

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place Review: Pros, Cons, and Tips for Shopping on their Website

I recently placed a large order on Juvia's Place website on 12/15/2020, and it arrived on 12/26/2020. Although I was hesitant to order from them after reading negative reviews, I decided to take a chance because of the great prices. Lucky for me, I received everything I ordered (5 palettes, 1 foundation, 1 concealer) for only $110. However, there are some pros and cons to shopping at Juvia's Place that I'd like to share:

Cons:
- Tracking your order can be frustrating because the initial tracking number in the confirmation email seems to be faulty. Trying to track your order through Juvia's Place website only shows that it's shipped, but there are no updates. Juvia's Place mostly uses DHL to ship their items, so I went directly to their website and tracked my package from there. I also signed up for notifications to know when it's on the move. Another issue is that Juvia's Place will not respond to any emails or DMs regarding changing your order or shipping address. It's important to have the correct address when you place your order because once it ships, it's shipped for good. My advice is to never rely on Juvia's Place to track your package and always track it yourself.

Pros:
- On a positive note, all of the items I ordered were wrapped in bubble wrap and came in perfect condition.

Final Thoughts:

Juvia's Place Disappointing Experience with Juvia's Place: Package Lost for 2 Months, No Refund Offered

So, I've been a big buyer of beauty products for a few years now. I usually go to cult beauty or beauty bakerie – they always get the package to me within ten days, which is awesome. My friend was raving about Juvia's Place, so I thought I'd try them out. I made my order on June 3rd but it's August 5th now, and I STILL haven't received it! I've been waiting super patiently, but nothing has come. I've sent a few emails to the company asking what's going on, and they finally told me that the package was sent back to them. Apparently, it's because of that crazy COIVD thing. I mean, I get it, but come on! Two months?! That's insane! And now they're making me pay for shipping again? What a joke. This is a company with 2.4 million followers, so I expected better. I'm so disappointed right now. They're also only offering me store credit instead of a refund. Sorry, Juvia's Place, but I'm never buying from you again! This is ridiculous.

Juvia's Place Horrible Experience with Juvia's Place: Lost Order, No Refund, and Poor Customer Service

My experience with Juvia's Place has been beyond frustrating. I made an order on November 26th, 2020 and Itz now already February 10th, 2021, but I still haven't received my items. I was told that the shipping company had lost my package, which I am pretty certain is a lie. Because it's been so long now that the delivery company may be under a global collapse of delivery system.

Anyway, the company did inform me that my package has been returned to their warehouse. However, when I contacted them, they requested another payment for shipping, without any guarantees that I'll get my products this time. That's a total scam, in my opinion! I refused to repay the shipping as it's not my mistake, and the address details are the same as the initial order.

Juvia's Place is too unreliable and their customer service reps don't care about their customer's experience. They have not offered any help or solutions to my problem. Instead, I have been chasing them to get my order or a resolution, but they're only going around in circles. They refuse to refund or resend my order, even though it's their responsibility as the order has not reached me.

I am highly disappointed by Juvia's Place service, and I will never order again from their website. I will tell my family, friends, and social media about my experience with this company and will advise them never to order from them in the future.

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place: A Black-Owned Cosmetics Company with Serious Issues

Juvia's Place, let me tell you, has got some serious issues. There are like, so many complaints against them, it's ridiculous. Like honestly, they just keep taking people's money and not even bothering to respond to any of their concerns. This has been going on since they first hit the internet scene, and it's not cool. Personally, I've had some major issues with them. Like, they straight up didn't send me the products I paid for, and I can prove it with my credit card bill. I tried contacting them like a billion times, and nada. It's like they just don't even care about their customers. And I gotta say, I'm pretty embarrassed that a black-owned company is out here scamming their own people. We need to take some serious action against Juvia's Place. I'm talking class-action lawsuit status. If any of y'all know a good lawyer, hit me up. This has got to stop. Juvia's Place can't just keep stealing from hardworking folks. It's not right.

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place Review: Terrible Customer Service & Double Charges for Palettes

I recently made a purchase on Juvia's Place website for 3 eye-shadow palettes on December 26, 2019. I was so excited to receive my order, so I decided to have 2-day priority delivery to receive them quickly. However, after 3 weeks, I did not receive my package. I was quite disappointed and immediately contacted Juvia's Place.

It took some time to get a response, but finally, they informed me that they made a mistake in putting the wrong address on my parcel. To make matters worse, they told me to ask for compensation from FedEx for their mistake. I was very displeased and told them that someone should be responsible for their mistake. But it seemed like they had no intention of resolving my problem quickly.

Since I couldn't wait any longer for the palettes, I decided to place another order on February 26, 2020. This time, I had to pay an additional ?19 for shipping to London. To my surprise, the Royal Mail informed me that I needed to spend another ?14 for the custom service. I was absolutely shocked by this unpleasant news.

To sum things up, I can safely say that Juvia's Place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not care about their customers, and getting them to fix their mistakes is like pulling teeth. In the end, I had to pay twice to get my palettes, and even then, getting them was a hassle. I do not recommend buying from Juvia's Place if you want excellent customer service.

Juvia's Place Buyer Beware: My Terrible Experience with Juvia's Place Eyeshadow Pallets

I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH JUVIA'S PLACE! I had the highest of hopes after browsing their website and seeing all of the fantastic and vibrant eyeshadow pallets available. Deciding to take the plunge, I ordered six pallets on Dec. 15,2019. The excitement was palpable as I eagerly awaited my package.

On Dec. 18, I can recall receiving an email stating that my order had shipped. Everything seemed fine, so I waited patiently for my pallets to arrive. However, after about a week of no movement or updates on my package, I began to worry.

Panicked, I decided to contact DHL about my order's whereabouts, as they were the carrier I was given in my email. What I was told next shocked me to my core! They informed me that my items never left the warehouse. Can you believe it?!

It turned out, a shipping label had been printed, but the items themselves were never shipped. Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to Juvia's Place to sort out this mess. I sent them an email, and surprisingly, received a reply telling me that they were "escalating" my order and looking into the issue.

I waited another week of constantly checking for tracking updates, still nothing. Having to follow up with Juvia's place 4 (yes, 4!) more times over the course of one month, I was given empty promises of escalated issues, but absolutely no resolution.

To make matters worse, I was told I could not receive a refund, no matter how hard I pleaded. After getting lied to several times and not ever receiving what I paid for, I was beyond fed up.

Therefore, I initiated a dispute with my bank, provided proof of their inadequate service and eventually got back my hard-earned money. It was a shock to see that a company like Juvia's Place can engage in such fraudulent practices.

In conclusion, I would never, ever order from Juvia's Place again. From my experience with them, a company that acts in such an unprofessional manner without caring for their customers simply can't be trusted. They can deceive anyone into thinking they are doing their best as a brand. But be warned: They aren't. Buyer beware!

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place Review: Major Letdown and Poor Customer Service

So, I just ordered from Juvia's Place and let me tell you guys - it was a major letdown. Not only did I receive a completely wrong item, but another one I ordered wasn't even included at all. I reached out to customer service and they asked for pictures of both the incorrect items and the package I received it in. By the time I got the email with the request, I had already thrown away the brown envelope it came in. When I explained this to the customer service rep, I at least provided pictures of the wrong items I received and the receipt showing the missing item. But would you believe it? I never even got an email back after that! I've sent two follow-up emails since then and still no response. I'm so disappointed with how this has been handled. Do they not care about their customers at all? Honestly, I'm so upset that I'm never giving this company any more of my money. They're nothing but rip-off artists.

Juvia's Place Juvia's Place: A Disappointing Experience for Women of Color

So I decided to try Juvia's Place, after all the hype I've heard about their products. I placed an order on September 19, 2020 and was pretty excited to receive my goodies. However, I never received a confirmation email confirming my order and that got me a little worried. Luckily, I thought ahead and had screenshot my confirmation page when I made the purchase.

But, things only got worse from there. I checked my order online to make sure that everything was good and my heart sank when I saw that my order had been "fulfilled". The thing is, I still had not received anything from Juvia's Place - not a confirmation email and definitely not my order. I had no idea if my products were even on their way.

So, I did what any reasonable person would do: I contacted Juvia's Place to let them know that I still had not received anything. But, guess what? A week later, I received an email asking me to rate their customer service. What customer service? No one had even bothered to respond to my email. It was as if I was talking to myself.

Days turned into weeks, and I was still in the same boat. I still had not received my order and Juvia's Place still had my money. I was extremely upset and had no option but to go through my bank to get my money back. It was an ordeal and it made me feel like this company was nothing but a JOKE.

What made things worse was that Juvia's Place markets itself as a company targeting Women Of Color, yet treated me this way. It was disgusting. I advise anyone against shopping here. Save yourself the headache and look for another company.

Juvia's Place Mixed Feelings About Juvia's Place: Great Products, But Poor Shipping and Customer Service

and I was disappointed that they wouldn't simply refund me for the damaged item.

Aside from the shipping issue, the products themselves are great. The eyeshadow palette I purchased has vibrant colors that stay on all day without creasing. Plus, the packaging is really fun and unique. I also bought a couple of lipsticks, which are creamy and moisturizing.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Juvia's Place. While I love the quality of their products and their fun packaging, the customer service and shipping policies could be improved. I understand that they may not be able to send new products for international orders, but it's frustrating that they don't follow their own policies. The store credit they offered me is not a true refund, and I'm not sure if I want to risk ordering from them again if there's a chance that I'll receive damaged items. Hopefully, they can address these issues in the future to make their customers happier.

I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to trying out their products. I heard so many great things about Juvia's Place and I was excited to see what all the fuss was about. But now I feel like I wasted my time and money.

I think Juvia's Place needs to take some responsibility for their packages. It's not fair to the customers to have to deal with lost or stolen packages. It's understandable that once the package is in the hands of the courier, it's their responsibility. But Juvia's Place could still show more empathy towards their customers and help them out in any way possible.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Juvia's Place simply because of their lack of care for their customers. It's a shame because I've heard such great things about their products, but I don't think it's worth the risk of losing your package and not being able to get it resolved.

Juvia's Place Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Experience with Juvia's Place - A Warning for Online Shoppers

To be completely honest, I had a pretty negative experience with Juvia's Place. Don't get me wrong, I was super excited to try out their products, but the customer service and shipping left a lot to be desired. According to their website, I was supposed to receive my order within 3-5 days of placing it. But after 5 days had passed with no updates, I decided to reach out to their Customer Care team. And let me tell you, their response was anything but helpful. They sent me a generic canned message saying that I should expect my order to arrive within 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

So I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, after 10 business days had passed, my order arrived - almost like they were holding onto it for some weird reason. And to make matters worse, they chose the slowest shipping method possible. Adding an extra 7 days for shipping. It was insane! If I had ordered from Amazon instead, I would have paid a little more but would have gotten my products within 3 days instead of 3 weeks.

Honestly, this experience just left a really bad taste in my mouth. It makes me feel like I need to stick to big retailers like Amazon and Walmart for buying and shipping my products. I had wanted to support a small business, but this experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from Juvia's Place again in the future. I just wish I had taken the time to read reviews before placing my order.
