I colored my hair on July 24th and when taking the gloves off I realized there was a hole in the glove but was too late! Could not tell as the gloves are black! I just had a manicure a few days before and the dye wrecked my nails! This is the 3rd time this has happened and yesterday was my Birthday and had to have horrible looking nails! I called yesterday and not a great experience! This will now cost me $90 because I had to do nails twice! Very frustrated!

I applied L'Oréal Colorista in the colour "denium" to the midlenths of my hair. Following the instructions correctly.
I am DEEPLY saddened, upset and angry as your product has stained my hair.
This product claims to be a "wash out" colour and this claim is complexity false. I have washed my hair upto 10x and the colour has not only stained my hair but is starting to go green!
I am writing to complain and ask for my bad experience to be remedied. To go to a hair dresser and to try to have the colour lifted or bleached (which I am told by a professional could still not work!) last resort to have to cut my hair off! This would would cost me upto $300 or more New Zealand $ which I cannot afford.

I would not have purchased or used your product if I was aware of the false advertising and claims on this item. I cannot express enough how upset I am that this has happened to my hair and how false the claims on this item are. I would like a haste response on how this problem will be rectified.

I bought this product to colour my hair.. I do not colour my hair very often but was looking for coverage of my grey roots/growth and decided to give it a try.. I was very disappointed with the results I received.. it did not change my length colour which was fine but my greys/roots either didn't get coloured at all or turned a light brown/blondish colour.. this was not what I was looking for at all.. I do not understand how this happened at all.. my dark brown hair turned light brown at the roots?!?!.. very very unstaisfued to say the least

I purchased visible lift for the first time and absolutely love it except that the pump quit dispensing pretty quickly even though there was still foundation in the bottle. I now have to completely remove the cap every time I apply which is not always easy to take off the cap and place back on the bottle. I have arthritis in my hands and this is very difficult to do at times. This product is not cheap and I'm on a fixed income so I like to get my Minnie's worth when I purchase items. I have no problems spending the money for good products, I just expect them to work.

I am susan from india. I would like to raise a complaint regarding a recent interaction with your head office in india. I made a purchase of a loreal hair spa creambath, from an online shopping forum in india called flipkart.com, and it's one of the most transparent, famous, and we'll known online websites.
I receive the product and to my surprise I found hair inside the product on removing the seal. I knew straight away that the product was a duplicate one. I contacted the head office and informed them about the same. To my surprise, I received a response that the we mention on our products - for professional use only, and was advised to take it up with the online website, and claimed that they aren't aware of the sales of these products on famous websites like amazone, flipkart and many other stores..

Team I would like to know how is it possible that such a famous brand is not aware of duplicate products being sold on country wide famous websites being advertised know national television and many famous stores. And in return blame the customer for not reading the disclaimers. We as customers approach famous and well known outlets to avoid the hassle of having to read every disclaimer on every product assuming that big brands like l'oréal are in control of their sales.

What is most astonishing that I was told that me informing the l'oréal team was for my benefit and they taking it up with the vendor (flipkart.com) is in my benefit. Could you please advise me how is this my benefit if your brand labelled duplicate producs will be removed off the market and why have I been treated like l'oréal is doing this as a good will for me. I have been treated with very poor customer service and in return offered a conditioner as good will. I am really unhappy with the way I have been treated and would like you to look into the poor customer service rendered by your team in india and get back to me.

I purchased 4 tubes of your L'Oreal® Paris Infallible Lip 2 Step lipstick. This product was beyond unacceptable to me. If I am to spend almost $10 for lipstick I expect it to work wonderfully. It clumped on my lips leaving a weird dried peeling experience that was not pleasant. And the gloss is just dreadfully drying on my mouth. I have used your products for so long there was not a moment when I thought to buy someone else's long lasting lipstick. But this is an utter disappointment. I will be looking else where to purchase lipstick I think in the future. 4 tubes of lipstick for nothing. What am I to do with it now? the tube #'s are 209, 211, 207, and 217. I would normally just say one tube could be defective however, this happened to me with all 4 tubes. Ridiculous.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased Loreal Professional Xtenso shampoo and conditioner on July 12, 2017 from E- commerce site Paytm. I recieved a duplicate and a very bad quality of product. The order number for Paytm is "[protected]". There is no fragrance no thickness in shampoo its as thin as water.

This type of activities should be stopped as its creating a bad name for your brand only.

I would like either to replace the product or refund my amount.

I bought the new mascara, Lash Paradise, and am not at all satisfied with it's performance. It makes my lashes stubby and clumpy. I have used other L'Oreal mascaras and thought I would try this new one. I am very dissatisfied. I even wiped off the mascara off the brush so it wouldn't be clumpy, but no change. I trust that L'Oreal will stand behind their products and do something about this.

Hello, I dyed my hair with your teal color semi-permanent color ísta hair dye. It was great at first and I loved it, but then I washed and washed and washed. The box said 4-10 washed and it would come out, and it did not. It has been a month now and my hair is basically stained blue. I used the "Oops" hair dye remover and your color fading shampoo and neither worked. I'm very upset and angry with your product. I know semi-permanent still means sort of permanent, but if you said it is a wash out on the box it should wash out! I hope you take your time and read this because you just lost a costumer and I will never buy one of your products again if you are going to falsely advertise. Thank you.

I bought a L'Oreal hair color and the number 110. My hero before was natural medium brown with an colored blonde ombre. The blonde part stayed blonde and might got a little lighter, and the brown part got orange like a carrot. I have medium long hair and it really bugs me and I am really unhappy with the result because I bought L'Oreal hair color a couple years ago and I was actually really happy with it in the past. So being a ginger now, upsets me...

I buy L'Oréal faithfully. But I am so upset right now I opened my L'Oréal powder and it literally fell right out and broke. Whoever packaged it didn't glue the powder into the holder! And my foundation was clumpy! Couldn't even wear it. I am on a budget and cannot afford to re- buy makeup. I have been a L'Oréal customer for 20 years. This just turned me off

I bought 12 bottles because they were on sale and because I have 4 children none of the bottles would shut right after being opened and water got in all the bottles when they were set back on the shower shelves and because of this they were all ruined will you plz send me coupons...I love your products and have always used them and this has never been a problem

Okay so first off, I bought 4 hair dye kits of the p2 Smokey Pastel Pink, plus a on applicator comb and 2 separate bleach for a total of $60+ for my girlfriends hair. We then proceeded to fully bleach her already dirty blond hair to a bleach blond color. We then waited about a week or two before applying all 4 kits to her hair, which I thoroughly coated every lock of hair with in individual sections of hair. Following each instruction exactly as they said. We waited the amount of time and washed her hair with the conditioner. After letting it dry we took out her hair to see the results only to be left with a barely pink, mostly orange, and blond head of hair. We are very unsatisfied and feel like our money was completely wasted on this whole process. Such a shame how misleading these kits are. Now I'm going to take my girlfriend to get her hair professionally dyed since she is very upset about it.

I usually use a different eyeliner but I decided to go ahead and try yours. I like the cream formula eyeliners versus the pencils or the liquid because it seems to go on smoothly. I am so disappointed with this eyeliner I spend most of my day wiping eyeliner off my face underneath my bottom eyelashes. It seems to just bleed everywhere it's terrible I look like a hooker. I don't know if anyone else is having problems with this but I am so disappointed and don't think I can try another product.

This was the first time I changed my hair color. My hair, I should note, is a medium dark brown, so it should have turned a dark bluish color. The box says apply to dry hair, inside instructions says towel dry which means damp... I did damp. I can barely even see the blue. It said that I didnt need to use bleach. I did not want to go out because it looks so bad.

I have been using L'oreal for hair dye for years. Within the past year, I dyed my hair twice using the colours Fiji and Floride and I have never had a problem. Today I bought the colour Copenhague. After applying the colour, almost immediately my eyes watered and the smell was so toxic, there were several times I had to leave the room while applying because I couldn't even breathe. Even after applying, my head felt warm and I had to wash it out after 20 minutes. Mind you, I have NEVER had a problem like this and such a terrible reaction to hair dye, plus I have no allergies.
I am NEVER buying from them ever again.

I have been using L'Oréal products for about 15 years and I love the makeup. Recently I bought eyeliner and eyebrow pencils at my local Ulta store. Can I say I HATE the packaging. It almost making me late for work just trying to open the blasted things! It's rediculous to package something like that! Please go back to the easy open paper back with plastic in front type (like the mascara). It literally took me 15 minutes and tiny scissors to open two this morning.

hi I bought 2 loreal gel eye liners one for me one for my daughter on 30/06/17.
Both my daughter and myself tried the eyeliner and both of us suffered a stinging and burning in the eyes causing the eyes to turn very red. The liner was washed off immediately but took a couple of days to settle. I have been using other Loreal eyeliners for quite some time without any problems. I would like a refund to purchase my original loreal eyeliner. Please see attached receipt and photo of eyeliners.

Wow I bought two of the the hair dye it came to find out it didn't work for my hair I am very disappointed with this product I spent 29 dollars for the product and the stuff for the product I would like my refund that was a waste of money to buy something that is false advertisement my hair stay the same and it did not look like the dye did anything

I bought the Rose Gold hair color in the Feria brand just yesterday, July 5th, 2017. It was supposed to come out a peachy color, which I thought would be fantastic, given that it would be mellow enough to have at my job where eclectic hair colors are frowned upon. Yet when I rinsed it out, it became a washed out burgundy color. Very, very unhappy with the results. I was trying to avoid a red because they're so hard to remove. This has happened to me with other Feria, non-traditional colors, but I let it ride then because they were easier to color over.
I would like a refund, but seeing as how I threw away the receipt, I don't know if that's possible. I would settle for a coupon covering the cost of the product (8.97 before tax), as I do like Feria, just disappointed with this particular outcome.
