We ordered the lunch specials. My wife ordered the Hamburger plate and i ordered the cheeseburger plate . With a salad and a coke to drink. The buns were wet on the bottoms and the hamburgers were black on the bottoms. the waitress brought us some bread from another table . it was hard and dried out. when she brought my cheeseburger the top bun had fallen off the burger. She was very rude to me. I eat at several longhorns.

Claimed loss: 31 plus tip 5.00 lunch special

Desired outcome: My wife's brother was on Life support from heart attack in Gainesville medical center. This was very disappointing.

Was she rude to you because you were rude to her first? If you are claiming that you want a refund, you should have.RETURNED THE FOOD
