On 5/31/26 I ordered 3 add-on pieces of chicken through the app; the app said it would be ready at 4:42 P.M. I arrived at the drive-thru at 4:43, and 2 cars were ahead of me. I told the person who asked for my oder I was picking up an order already placed and gave her my name. She said it would be ready for me at the window. When I reached the window at 4:52, my order hadn't even been started. I finally received it at 5:04.
When I got home, the first piece was good but the second piece was so undercooked I had a hard time taking a bite. When I finally got some in my mouth, it actually made me gag. I ended up throwing away two of the three pieces I'd ordered.
