My call was disconnected 4 times during transfer from automated speel to an actual person. I then went to my local bank and now found it shuts on Monday. What I want to know is why my call was disconnected. I have been with you for over45 years. Your service is getting worse. I cannot even open a new savings account at my local bank. I am now considering closing all my accounts with you. Name Lynne Spillett from Blackwood Caerphilly. Please reply with an explanation. Thank you
