I am a former delivery person (Service Rep.) with a PA LINCARE office. Great concept, nightmare of a group. Shorted patients, questionable racism, slave drove employees, under educated management, patients visited by non-medically trained personnel, 80-100% employee turnover... I had to quit for moral reasons. Email me for info. It's criminal what goes on there. So many good people run through there and gone on to suffer finding another job or fight them for a bit of unemployment compensation.

I am sorry to throw cold water on your excitement... just go in with an attitude of extreme professionalism & honesty (high integrity). Make sure you understand what is expected with being 'on-call', holiday scheduling and who schedules it. The manager will have their mole do their bidding and you will be the target of their ills. Expect a warm welcome. Keep very sharp records (copies of things) and be ready for the BS! Suck up all the training and build an awesome network for when you leave the company on your terms. I had most of that, but the rose-colored glasses where ripped of when the shenanigans involved the sick and infirm. Very not cool. Good luck. The company concept is great: serving the health community (mainly the frail and elderly), but they're so large (dominant) that the $ sign must be their supreme leader. Then again, I understand that there are some good offices out there (emphasis on 'some').

OMG! I had my interview yesterday which was pretty awesome btw, because thy give good compensations and everything and now I read this? I was so excited about it...

My Mother has been in hospital, came home 2 weeks ago.Oxygen tank is empty!She has been on oxygen a few years.We have called Lincare a couple times and NO ONE EVER came or returned our calls!She is on oxygen for COPD!Please help us!

In 2013, I had two sleep studies (one in Feb and other was in March) and couldn't get the equipment until June 2013. I tried to order another nasal in July but never heard from you.

I was covered by ACE until Jan 1, 2014 and now I am on MediCal
plus Gold Coast Insurance.

Today, I received a bill for $153.00 on April 18, 2014. I am covered
