I received the phone I ordered and it is not functioning with my current service provider. I am entitled to a full refund but I was told I'm expected to cover the return shipping cost that I cant afford. I need help with the cost for shipping being covered since this is a legitimate refund request. No staff has attempted to help me with suggesting another device that would fit my needs. I want my money back. Im extremely disappointed with my experience and the company's response to my dilemma. There is no policy on your website that says lightinthebox.com will not pay shipping cost for return items.
