I'm the way the interview inducted the interview was very rude making presumptions and accusations like I'm being dishonest which decided STEEZ never was a question I might have been mistaken on a few things and trying to talk me in circles of about information pertaining to who lives with me telling me that records indicate that the line doesn't belong to me the register user is somebody else and I'm farming him the line does belong to me and the register user was just a name on the paperwork

    The interview Bill Knight very rude making presumptions and accusations that I am frotting because a registered user on my account making presumptions that that was her phone and not my phone that I am going back and forth on my statement which never took place giving me wrong telephone numbers for information I requested and then going back saying he gave me the right numbers where it's been recorded that he gave me the wrong number making inquiries into things have nothing to do with my stolen cell phones making presumptions that people live with me. Do not stay with me telling me to email one person and then going back telling me to email him and then saying email whoever I wish to email a little customer service will be appreciated I pay insurance through you guys for a sense of well-being not to be attacked and criticized and making presumptions that I'm frotting is unacceptable and a a paying customer shouldn't have to put up with such things I've contacted his Superior Michael Sanders and left a detailed voice message and ask him to return my call will see if he returns my call in the timely manner
