Canceled my policy with Liberty Mutual and went to another company. Been with my current company for 3 years and never heard from Liberty until I canceled a credit card for fraudulent activity. I got a call from Liberty for a payment and I told them I had canceled with them. I called my current Insurance Company and they sent me proof of coverage. Liberty Mutual has been illegally taking out of my account for 3 years and made me prove their wrong doing. Shame on you Liberty!

Recommendation: Don't trust Liberty Mutual for your insurance needs.
