I bought a brand new front loader machine in September 2025, and we are now in November and it is producing oil stains. I organised an inspection with a tech and if it was deemded not a manufacturing fault that i would pay for it. LG took it upon themselves to cancel the tech coming out without even telling me. I waited for hours for a tech with nothing. When i called the tech they told me they received an email advising LG cancelled it due to it not being a manufacturing fault. i called LG and they said they did this and i asked how can they deem it not being a manufacturing fault if you cancel the job. What is worse i was paying for the job. The person on the phone then says she will re-organise it. She does this and guess what - correct - they cancel it again. I have now gone via another tech .. i also asked LG if i could speak to a manager, they refused, asked to be put through the complaints department they refused. I WILL NEVE EVER PURCHASE AN LG AGAIN! Steer right away from this company
