LG Electronics — new wash machine problem with drain motor
pls be informed that i 'm captain of mv galini and on 07 july 2019 i bought one wash machine from shop
" abans plc" at colombo in sri lanka.
The first day this wash machine has a problem with drain motor -no draining.
As per "abans plc" cannot replace this new wash machine by another-only they will proceed for repair!!!
on 08 july 2019 i take a taxi driver together with new wash machine in order to replace by another.
The messrs "abans plc" at colombo instruct me to go with this wash machine to repair service shop
far away from "abans plc" shop.
Repair service shop inform me that neeed one day to repair.This is unbelivelible!!!
proceed again to messrs "abans plc " with taxi driver and explain that there is not enough time for repair. The vessel will be depart from the port soon.
Finally messrs "abans plc " advised that they will bring technician on my vessel (mv galini).
Two (2) hours after tech/cian boarded on mv galini at port of colombo and check the new wash machine.
After checking, he told me that will be on board today 09 jul 2019 in order to replace the drain motor .
I'm very disappoint for this matter and i would like to know if this policy is from messrs "abans plc" or from lg company . Thank you.
