I got my hubby a pocket watch from Dalvey and it was the best decision ever! The lady who helped me out was super nice and made sure the engraving was just right. It got to us in the US in just two days, which was awesome. My husband loves it and wears it all the time.

After that, I decided to check out some other stuff on their website and ended up buying a few more things. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. They're all so well-made and look really nice. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer from now on.

Overall, I'd say Dalvey is a great place to shop if you're looking for high-quality, stylish items. The customer service is top-notch and the shipping is super fast. I highly recommend them!

I gotta say, I had to hit up Dalvey for some help after I messed up my hip flask. My girls got it for me a while back and I didn't wanna let it go to waste. So, I reached out to the folks at Dalvey and Elsika was on it like white on rice. She figured out what I needed in no time and got me sorted out with replacements right away. It's pretty sweet to deal with a company that actually cares about helping you out, even if it's just for something small like this. Thanks again, Eliska, you're a real one.

So, I got this hip flask from Dalvey as a gift back in November. I was pretty excited to use it, but when I tried it out in December, I discovered that it had a leak. I was pretty disappointed, so I contacted their customer service in January to let them know about the issue.

I've been going back and forth with them through email (four times now!), and they keep asking me for more and more information. They wanted photos of the original packaging and labels, which I provided. They also wanted a video of the leaking product, which I sent over. And now, they're asking me to contact my friends who gave me the gift to prove that THEY purchased it!

Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I was hoping to have a cool accessory to use, but instead, it's turned into a bit of a joke. It's too bad that Dalvey doesn't stand by their products. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

This company is just terrible. I had to return an item and it was the worst experience ever. I just opened the box of the watch and closed it right away without even taking it out. But when I sent it back, they said it was scratched and refused to give me a refund. They are such liars and cheat their customers so badly. I can't believe such a big company would do this. I run my own business and if someone wants to return something, I just give them a full refund. This big company should be ashamed of themselves for lying and cheating their customers like this. They said the watch was scratched when it wasn't even taken out of the box. I would advise anyone to avoid this disgusting company or you will be ripped off so much. It's just not worth it.

So, I gotta tell ya, I got myself a pocket watch from Dalvey and I wanted a picture engraved on it. I talked to the customer service peeps a few times about what I wanted and they were super quick to respond and helpful. And get this, they got it done and sent it to me in no time! I was totally shocked at how fast they did it.

The price for the engraving was pretty reasonable and they even sent me a copy of the artwork from the engraver to make sure I was happy with it before they put it on the watch. And let me tell ya, the quality of the watch, the way it was presented, and the engraving itself is just absolutely stunning. I can't find one thing to complain about with this company.

Overall, I gotta say, the service was just excellent and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks so much, Dalvey, for giving me such an amazing experience!

I recently made a purchase from Dalvey, a company that specializes in unique and high-quality gifts. I was excited to order a Christmas gift for my son-in-law on November 28, 2022. However, I am disappointed to say that the gift has yet to arrive here in the United States, even though it is already December 20, 2022.

To my understanding, the Royal Mail delivery service had been planning a strike way before I placed my order on November 28, 2022. However, I was not informed that there could possibly be a delay in delivery to the United States. I sent numerous emails to Dalvey over the past few weeks, and we went back and forth in email exchanges. I even asked them a few days ago if they could just send me another one out and to expedite the shipping at no additional cost to me as a good faith measure. Unfortunately, they refused my request.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Dalvey. It seemed like they were more interested in keeping the $180 plus more than helping me receive my gift in time for Christmas. I finally received an update today from USPS showing that the package is still in the UK. I spoke with a representative from USPS, and they informed me that there is no way I will receive my compass before Christmas. It could possibly stay in customs for a month.

I want to warn others about ordering from this company. They have terrible customer service, and I plan on having AMX reverse the charges. It's a shame because I was excited to give my son-in-law a unique and special gift from Dalvey, but now I am left disappointed and frustrated. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid the same disappointment.

This pocketwatch from Dalvey is decent, but I wouldn't recommend it as a gift. I made the mistake of buying it as a gift and was disappointed to find out that none of their pocketwatches are actually made in Scotland, despite their website alluding to it. I was under the impression that it was made in Scotland, but when it arrived (which was surprisingly fast shipping to NZ), I noticed that the personal engraving was big and cheap-looking. It wasn't the type of dainty engraving you would expect from a high-end jewelry store. Additionally, the size and depth of the logo on the pocketwatch in relation to its size was outrageously grotesque. When compared to Swiss-made watches and their minute details, it was clear that the quality didn't match the price.

Furthermore, the packaging looked very cheap and disappointing. The pocketwatch sat on a disgusting molded plastic bed, which was a far cry from the Scottish feel that I was hoping for. After doing more research, I discovered that these pocketwatches are actually made in China. It's frustrating that Dalvey isn't more transparent about the country of manufacture on their website. It seems like they're trying to cash in on the idea of Scottish craftsmanship, which this pocketwatch certainly doesn't embody.

Despite all of this, the mechanism itself seems to be okay, although I did experience a few issues with it. Overall, I would say that this pocketwatch is just okay. If you're looking for a high-quality pocketwatch that embodies Scottish craftsmanship, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

But then, I found out that there were some extra costs involved when it got to Great Britain. I talked to the customer service rep and she said it was normal and that they would take care of it. But then, the watch just sat on a shelf for two whole weeks! I don't know what happened, but it ended up getting sent back to me in the USA.

But wait, there's more! I called up the customer service folks again and they said they would send me the parts I needed to fix the watch myself. But guess what? I'm still waiting for those parts! It's been months and I haven't heard anything back from them. I even tried emailing the president of the company, Sir Patrick, but I haven't gotten a response.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Dalvey if you think you might need customer service at some point. My experience was pretty frustrating and I think there are probably better options out there.

I contacted the support team at Dalvey, hoping to get a refund or exchange for the faulty product. However, I was informed that personalized goods with engraving services could not be refunded. I was stuck with a not cheap and not working piece of metal. I couldn't even send it back to be repaired, as the shipping costs were quite high, and there was no guarantee that they wouldn't blame the shipping company for the damage.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and brought the watch to a local watchmaker. To my surprise, he informed me that the mechanism was made in China, which was not mentioned on the Dalvey website. He was able to repair the watch by replacing one part of the mechanism, but he also mentioned that it was not the first time he had worked on a watch from Dalvey that was sold with defects.

In conclusion, I would advise against purchasing from Dalvey unless you are willing to take the risk of receiving a faulty product. While the outer shell may look nice, there is something obscure inside that may not work properly.

I never heard of Dalvey before I ordered from them, but I gotta say, I'm impressed! Me and my hubby wanted to get a fancy gift for our buddy who's getting honored at an event. I found the Dalvey Voyager compass online, but I was worried about the engraving and shipping time since we only had about 2 and a half weeks. So, I messaged their customer service to ask if it was possible to get it done in time. They messaged me back the same day, which was pretty quick if you ask me. I ordered the compass on Jan. 31 with the engraving and got free shipping. The very next day, I got an email saying that the order was done and being shipped with a UPS tracking number. And guess what? I got the compass with the engraving on Feb. 6, which was less than a week after I ordered it! The compass looks amazing, the engraving was just like I wanted, and the packaging was pretty nice too. As soon as the compass was delivered, I got an email from Dalvey's customer service asking if I was happy with it. They were on top of their communication game! We're really excited to give our friend this gift and can't wait to see his reaction. I would definitely recommend Dalvey and buy from them again.

I went to Dalvey's website and it was a bit of a letdown. The website was not very user-friendly and it was hard to find what I was looking for. I also had trouble navigating the site and finding the information I needed. The customer service was not very helpful either. They didn't seem to care about my needs or concerns. I was disappointed with my experience and I won't be shopping with them again. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more friendly and helpful.

Anyway, I'm not one to just let things slide, so I decided to take action. I've got a claim for business fraud in the works with Cgase International. I mean, I don't want to sound dramatic or anything, but I really don't think you should trust this company or their staff. They just seem really shady to me.

All in all, I would definitely not recommend Dalvey. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
