Electric Picks Buyer Beware: Electric Picks Jewelry is a Total Rip Off!

Electric Picks is a total rip off! Their jewelry is so cheap and expensive at the same time. I bought a necklace from them and it broke after only wearing it once. When I tried to return it within the 14 day window, they refused to refund my money. Buyer beware! Don't waste your hard earned cash on this garbage.

Got this necklace from Electric Picks and let me tell you, it's not worth it. The knot is like super cheap and doesn't stay together. I was always having to pick it up from when it came undone. It's like a waste of money, you know?

Electric Picks Poor Customer Service and Store Policy at Electric Picks

Electric Picks is a store that only gives store credit nowadays. I mean, what kind of store does that? It's a pretty $#*!ty one if you ask me. They don't stand by their product and that's just not cool. I had to return something and when I told them I wanted a refund, they basically told me to go pound sand. They said they wouldn't help me and that I should just contact my bank. What kind of customer service is that? Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.
