My AC, purchased in 2007, has been erratically responding to remote control device since May 2011. I lodged a complaint with the local Jodhpur service centre. When they did not come for a week, I lodged a complaint with the toll free no. [protected].

Since then till today I have been repeatedly requesting them to check my AC. Once or twice their men came and said that the PCB on the AC needs to be replaced. But since then they disappeared.

It is a horrible experience for me. I have to switch off/on the AC from the main switch. If this is the quality of service LG provides in India, they better wind up their business in this country. After 2007, I purchased two more ACs, not LG, but Samsung. They are better and their service centre is also efficient.

Will you please look into my complaint and get the fault rectified? I have been given at least five different complaint numbers at different times.

I had a lg microwave oven. I dont complaint against the product. I am only concerned with their service. I contacted the lg customer care. They promptly registered the complaint and given me my complaint number. But for last one week, nothing happened. I again contacted the customer care and the reply from the executive was to call the service center in cochin (Kerala) directly and talk to the service centre. I dont understand the necessity of a complaint i. D. Which was given before. I am still waiting for the technician for the service. I wonder how "life will be good" with the lg product.

On August 4 2011, I awoke to smoke coming out of my 2 month old conditioner, my husband pulled the plug quickly from the outlet but the flame had already started inside of the air condition. My entire room eventually caught on fire and my entire apartment with all my belongings were destroyed. LG is denying that it is even their without even investigating it. I have receipts and pictures of the air condition and they are not even giving me the time of day. They are giving me the run around and have not even taken the time to listen to my grievances. This is a company that does not stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE !

i just bought new Lg flatron tv from the lg cycle store and they told that they will deliever it to my door withing 6 hours .i come back to home and get sleep .when i wake up it was 12 am so i thought that i will call these people in morning .when i call the given no (mention in the slip) it was not in use at that time .in evening i got a call from these people and they told me that your cycle will be deliever at your given address .i told the person that i never bought a cycle from you .i bought a LG flat ron tv to watch movie and other stuff why i will buy the cycle . they told me it it not possible to get a tv now . we have billed the cycle for you. when i reach the store, stor was closed .i go again next day and meet the manager of the store he told that there is few problem in phone line so might be the call was gone somewhere else .
the tv is ready to deliver .we are sorry that you face these kind of proble due to the fraud line.

I Mr. Hemant Madhukar Patil purchased LG washing machine model number WF-N7036DN in 27th September 2009.
I found the coloration of Top of the machine this intemation i given to Mr Santosh of LG engineer for 2-3 times but he didnt gave me any response also i complaint in customer care also but i still waiting for the reply.
Today again i done complaint in LG customer care kindly change my top ogf washing machine along with washing machine shock up because its giving noise when starting the machine.
Kindly help to replace the washing machine part. I got 2 yrs warranty along with 2 yrs extended warranty.

I just got off the phone with an "Executive Supervisor" at Corp LG-supposedly. It was my 5th phone call plus emails with photos of my disintegrating refrigerator--nothing works from the freezer where the ice machine is pouring out water to the refrigerator's collapsing shelves. I asked her if LG stands behind their products. She responded that she stands behind corporate's decision not to help me with this problem. My warranty is lapsed.

I am disgusted by the lack of integrity of a company the size of LG when it is apparent that so many people are struggling with poorly made products. I will, of course, have to purchase another refrigerator but it will not be an LG

I have an LG washing machine, 7 Kg. capacity.
The resistor or elec. coil (for heating the water) went out of order.
I sent my people to LG approved dealers in Natore, Rajshahi and Dhaka but everybody just told us that spare parts are not available to them.
I had to buy a fake spare part, having troubles to fit it in.
What is this kind of absurdity? You send your machines to Bangladesh but not the spare parts.
Do I have to throw away an nearly new washing machine and buy another one? Certainly won't be another LG.
I reckon you need to review your policy immediately.
Import of your machines should be banned. What a ###!

There is burnt smell from TV. It seems some parts are burnt out and smoke is emanating. The TV model is CA-21D73, 21" LG TV purchased on 07-05-1999.

I have purchased a LG LED TV model No. 42LE5300 on 13.03.2011 through Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh State. During August I have seen on screen one Horizontal line is appearing on Screen. In this connection I have approached to LG customer care and lorged compliant vide No. RNA [protected] on 19.08.2011. I am a customer of LG facing lot of difficulties for watching TV. So I request that early action may please be solicited. and also purchased LG AC so for no service has been done.

I have been using LG DVD Writer for the last six years. The problem is that whenever I write DVD video file from a DVD to a blank DVD by nero ultra edition 6 it will take about two hours time by using copy disc option. Kindly tell me is it the problem of the DVD writer or any other problem. My computer configuration is as follows :-

I bought my microwave about on date 8-2-2010 since then it was not working properly it totally stopped working on date 6-2-2011 I called for the mechanic but due to his wrong service instead of getting repaired it totally stopped working, while he was repairing we also heard a low burst from inside the microwave and could see fumes coming since then we are trying to register complain to this dealer but probably they are just delaying our problem I request you to please help me as soon as possible, i also wanted to inform that since we are in still in warranty period please do replace our defective piece... I hope that you will surely help me as soon as possible

i purchase one LG washing machine from authorised dealer(Mass marketinig, Asansol on 22/05/2011. But from the date of purchase the machine is defective and i have lodge complain for several times in the call center of LG. The service engineer comes from the service centre inform me he has not identified the defect. So i asked the Mass Marketing for replace this machine but they refuge tn do so.

All my clothing began to look like "floor rags". I paid OVER $3, 500 for an LG navy blue washer/dryer combo & pedestals - about 5 or 6 years ago. I have NEVER EVER been so disappointed in a washer/dryer set in my whole life. I was so excited to use this machine as it had the steam cycle on it and it was "top-of-the-line" at that time. My clothing came out disgustingly DINGY, DINGY, and more DINGY. I tried everything. The super expensive detergents - nope, did not work. I tried putting in a little less detergent then a little more - NOPE, "nothing worked". I tried adding whiteners, bleaches, baking soda, vinegar and even went so far as to add a "water softener" into my home. NOPE, still no improvement! What a total waste of money these appliances were and not to mention what a mess they made of my laundry! I ended up giving them to my daughter and she hates them even more than I did. She had a baby and she (like myself) likes to see our "whites to be white" and baby cloths colors should be pretty and vibrant! What a friggin mess they made of all her baby cloths. I went back to using a "top-load" machine and immediately saw my laundry return to normal. My daughter is now in the process of purchasing another set of "top-load machines" and we are going to try and "unload" these SUPER LEMONS. Oh, and the dryer...well that was another story. The motor burnt out within the warranty of the machine. The service man blamed it on the builder for having too many bends in the elbows to vent the air from the dryer. These two LG Products have made our two families VERY UNHAPPY with their products and neither family will ever buy another LG product. Oh yes, and the "stinkiness of the washer" - yup we got that too...nasty!

Mobile was purchased on 08/06/2010.from New Delhi (India).Set became out of order. Set was handed over to authorised service stn. on march 2011 Defect rectified but reverse nob not rectified but anyhow I have managed through another nob I again approched Service centre for the repair of nob which was not rectified earlier.This time they said it is ok. I thought it is ok.;but not left the service stan. inside service stn. I discovered that besides nob now previous fault again appeared.My set is with the service stn since 18/06/2011.Now they are saying that set can not be rectified under the warranty.
