LG Electronics totally unaccountable

Purchased a $112.00 "LG TEC Elite" TENS unit delivered in early April. The unit quit working in early May, less than 45 days use. I attempted email to customer service; no response. I called and was "transferred" to customer service; no answer - left voice message seeking discussion. No response. I believe this company is totally unacceptable and advise all NOT to buy anything from LGMedSupply.com. My personal opinion is they are quite close to being fraudulent in their practices. Certainly based upon my experience, I will NEVER order from LGMED Supply again.

LG Electronics 2nd time problem regarding the pcb of lg window ac

dear sir,
I wish to bring following to your knowledge with the intention that you will take appropriate action, so that in future innocent customer of your Company are not made to suffer when they require services of your service provider. I have purchased an AC 3STAR model LWA5VR3DT1-AE4EKN2, serial no102EAPT018496 from Mayuri Homeappliance, kendrapara, odisha, on dt-19/05/2011.It is my painful appeal that the PCB of my AC had been damaged 2nd time. So we enrolled the complain no.-RNA120515086348, 15th may, 2012 and we came to know that PCB was not currently available but it was told that PCB will be available within few days. Today it is 21th may and now the temperature is 42dg cc, yet no initiative has been taken by LG. Even the officials are not responding to our phone calls. it is very shameful that such a renowned company like LG couldn't arrange a small PCB.
Response of your service franchise is also poor. And service is very poor. They asked that LG is not taking series of small product. so I don't want to face such type problem after my Guarantee period .so I want the defective AC to be replaced. otherwise I will not purchase any of your item because of your BAD SERVICE. If you are not taken any action then I will go to consumer forum .
So it is my gracious request to you that please take some immediate actions and treat this act of recklessness severely.

LG Electronics warranty problems, beware

In 2009, we purchased and entire kitchen of appliances. We bought the extended warranty. Immediately we experienced problems with t he stove heating correctly. Finally in Nov of 2011-through the extended warranty–we had someone again come out to the house because the stove smelled like it was burning and then we would get an F-7 error code. The repair people replaced this part, with no success, to this day. The last repair person could not figure why the stove wasn’t working.

He contacted his service repair, who then contacted LG service repair and they were finally told that it has been a cronic problem with this stove model. That the relay board connectors needed to be crimped just so, so it didn’t burn out. A replacement part would not be available until Mar 28. This was NOT acceptable to us, as we had already gone 3 months without a working oven.

I called LG and talked with a manager of the customer service department, and I told her the whole story, I asked her why this manufacturer defect was never brought to the attention of the consumer or the techs that work on the product? She didn’t have an answer and kept telling me that I have the extended warranty and I need to deal with them. Then the issue becomes, what if I didn’t have the extended warranty? The warranty company has been great in helping us, far more than LG, who knew about this problem and who now wants to take NO responsibility for it.

I think this is horrible, as the burning relay board is definitely a fire safety hazard and also the responsibility of LG. It was a manufacture defect! I would like to be compensated for all the time I had to take off of my job to be home to have a stove repaired that could never be repaired, the loss of the time using the oven and all the emotional stress in dealing with this issue. The stove model is LRE30453ST.

I bought all new stainless steel LG appliances on which were delivered on 12/29/2021. On 1/4/2020 the dishwasher had an error code. Home Depot sent out a guy who said the installers didn’t level it. He fixed it. Home Depot records show it was replaced on 1/6/2021 but it wasn’t.
The dw never dried out after each wash cycle. This lead to fuzzy mold growing on silverware. GROSS.
Then my white plates started coming out of the dishwasher with black spots on them.
Then I had to hand wash glasses and silverware frequently after having run them through the dishwasher.
The repair people for each of these problems recommended a different brand of detergent and/or rinsing agent.
Next, the electrical panel went out. It would work well enough to start a cycle but then sometime during the cycle the lights went out. The repair person for that said it looked like that panel was no longer available but that I had to give LG 10 days to come up with the spare part. Finally, a box arrived from LG. It was a brand new white control panel. Yes, you read that right. The panel sent was white. All my appliances are stainless steel. But they still had to send a repairman out to verify that in fact it was a white panel for a stainless steel dishwasher.
Finally LG said yes, they would replace my dishwasher and that I should go back to Home Depot where I bought it and have them contact LG about it. I went to Home Depot and the appliance department was very nice helping me pick out a new dishwasher while the manager phoned LG. LG told the manager at Home Depot they had never had such a conversation with me & didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. So the new dishwasher is on hold.
Including the service call last January, have had repair technicians out here on April 6, July 29, October 28, November 13, and December 11. I have been on the phone with many people at LG including Joe, Kim, Mary, Jacob, Richard in Ohio, Ashley, and those are just the ones I started writing down after I realized what a fiasco this was turning into.
The repair man who came a week or two ago pulled out the dishwasher and discovered that it had been shoved into place so hard the face plate cover on the outlets had been shattered into a number of pieces as well as the outlet duplex being twisted to the side. He thought maybe that was causing the electrical problems. He informed me he is not authorized to do electrical work.
Yesterday, I had an LG “Customer Service“ woman tell me the reason I received a white control panel was because the model number that I provided to LG was for a white appliance, not a stainless steel one. She never was able to answer my question regarding how I would know the peculiarities of a white appliance model number.
So now, I am 29 minutes into waiting for the requested 30 minutes before Carol, a supervisor of Kim, agent number 5850 calls me back. I am beginning to feel guilty that I haven’t sent a card to Clark, LG‘s electronic robot helper because we have spent so much time talking. 
I am quite certain LG has spent well over their cost of their $535 stainless steel dishwasher in time on the phone with customer service agent and the parade of repair people. All I want back is $535 so I can buy a new dishwasher.
Update: Carol phoned and said I don't qualify for a warranty return. I inquired about what needed to happen to qualify - perhaps if my house catches fire? Or maybe whoever turns on the dishwasher is electrocuted? She says someone from the Presidential Liaison office will contact me today - or within 24-48 hours. That would be Christmas Eve or Christmas Day...
When I was a Warranty Manager, the manufacturer was required to have a "Goodwill account" budgeted to handle situations like this. It would be nice to have you refund my $535 and be done with this.

I’m sitting here in kitchen waiting for lg technician to diagnose or fix the dishwasher machine and is clear to me that he have no idea of what he is doing He is on hold for ever with LG hotline that is not answering his phone in order to get directions from someone else The whole thing is comical I don’t know how are they doing business still The dishwashing machine they sold me for almost one thousand dollars has no heating element so there’s no drying or disinfecting the dishes Totally useless

I will not purchase another major appliance with a LG product. We purchased the extended warranty for 3 years for $470.87 tax included on 6/19/18. About 12 months from start of the extended warranty, we got an F3 error message on the refrigerator and the ice maker/water dispenser stopped working. I called and they said "Your extended warranty is about to expire." I explained that it wasn't, gave the the certificate number and expiration date, which was 5/19/21. They said they'd get a service person out. Shortly after my call, the error message disappeared. I called and canceled the repair call. On 5/9/21 ten days before the extended warranty is set to expire, the error message shows up again. I placed a service call, received a claim # and was advised that a technician would be in contact. One week later, no contact has been made; however, the F3 message mysteriously disappeared again. I called back to follow up, because while the problem fixed itself I wanted to know why no technician ever called. I was left in queue for 96 minutes (during which I cleaned the kitchen and two bathrooms), after which I get a recorded message the claims department cannot take my call at this time and to leave a message with my claim number. As of this writing, I have not been called back by the claims department. Perhaps they're waiting until they can just say "Your extended warranty has expired." I want to put this experience out here for any potential LG buyer to rethink purchasing their major appliances. This is beyond poor customer service! More like scam service!

I am having trouble getting my dishwasher fixed! It is 6 months old and the display will not work. 4 times, service people have come out to fix it from one company and once from a second company. Both companies have talked to LGs tech people and both times LG tech has told them that the unit is not serviceable and LG will replace. Well it's been 9 weeks now and still no dishwasher. I have called customer support 15 times now and just got off the phone, with them. they are sending out another service guy Monday. Customer service has always been polite but worthless at getting anything done. Executive Service support is as high as they will connect you, and they don't have any horsepower to do anything other than be nice. But still no dishwasher! The Attorney Generals office is my next call. I had the repair service people tell me to go with Bosch next time. A lot quieter and more dependable!

LG warranty is horrible. Then again, it is all about who we talk on the phone. With LG, Alabama Executive office people (except the one's with accent those grew up in other countries) seem to get great pleasure saying "NO." My suggestion is hand up and call again until you find a giving, caring person.

I agree had a warranty problem with LG on a dishwasher where warranty will cover the noisy pump motor but not labor to install it I offered to replace the motor my self after diagnosing it but after hearing I diagnosed the problem my self they voided my warranty and refused to warranty the pump or any thing else on it WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN

I, too, am having trouble on warranty fulfillment on my LG appliance. Mine is a French Door refrigerator, model LFC25770 purchased the end of December delivered in 2009. Since you purchased a bunch of new appliances I thought I'd let you know in case this was one of your purchases. My experiences tell me LG apparently has any number of appliances they know can't be fixed but make you go through the paces to : (1) Be scared off by the expensive labor costs not included in your warranty; (2) Get beyond the warranty period so they don't have to supply any remedy; (3) For the intrepid who rack up enough repair attempts they submit "return authorization" based on lemon law. That way it looks like one bad item instead of one among many which could trigger a recall or customer alert. You might want to search out the following: LG class action (Kenmore/LG refrigerator ; LG Plasma/LCD TV; LG and T-Mobile with light, cell phone, LG/human rights/cobalt). You can also just search the term "LG complaints" and find even more horror stories. Meanwhile, I'm waiting to hear how they will "solve" the problem with my refrigerator they knew they couldn't fix when I made my first call more than two weeks ago.

LG Electronics such kind of fraud is not expected from the representatives of a reputed firm like yours

This is to inform the authorities that my LG GS290 cellphone had a problem with its touch screen and hence I visited Communications, Lucknow (U.P.) which is the authorized service center for LG Mobiles. The engineer there replaced my screen ( Complaint No. RNA [protected]) with an old one he had, giving the excuse that they did not have new screen to replace and promised me that I would be informed when the new screen is available and thereby to replace it that time. My phone was in warranty that time but since no information about the availability of new screen was given, the warranty period expired.

In the meantime, I even myself called up the service center and they ensured me that since they had replaced my screen with an old one, they would provide me a new screen even if the warranty expires. I visited the center in November 2011 and was called again in January 2012. When I went, they treated me as if I was a fraud and refused totally to replace my screen. I even filed a complaint at the complaint page of LG electronics (Complaint No. 1601120) but didn’t receive any response.

Such kind of fraud is not expected from the representatives of a reputed firm like yours an hence, I wish to seek an immediate action against the same and get my screen replaced at the earliest possible. Otherwise I would have to seek help from the Consumer Forum. Awaiting an immediate response/action.

LG Electronics my a/c is not getting cool from 20 days I have amc of 2 yrs for my product i. e a/c model no lsa13u1rae2

my a/c purchase on12/5/2006 model no LSA13U1RAE2 is under AMC for 2 yrs from a person came from a lg dealer divakar phone no [protected] dealer name whisen enterprises phone no [protected] . i am call the service center on 1st may [complain no RNA120501041813] then the person came on 3rd may he told thier is a capacity problem i will change it free it comes under amc on 6th i said ok from that day i am calling to whisen enterprises daily some time they ans sometime they even not picking it then i went thier they told i will send 2 days gone nobody came and about water tray and a/c remote i complain before 6 months no result till now .divakar the person who works thier check and told that water tray is repair now they r telling we have to check i am having 2 small childrens they are not sleeping at all due to heat so i request to take action soon thankyou sir

LG Electronics won't honour warranty

Do not ever purchase a warranty from best Buy. They lie about what is covered and when you have a problem, their only answer is "not my problem". Customer service is not practiced at Best Buy. Pass the buck but keep you money for worthless warranties. What a joke.

Not enough info here. LG has a 1 year warranty. In year 1, it is LG's responsibility regardless of what a Best Buy knucklehead says. AND regardless of the plan stating it starts "from day 1." Read the exclusions. Any physical damage issues are neither under warranty nor covered under a Best Buy plan.

LG Electronics won't issue credit

Purchased item on Dec 8 and charged to my Discover card. Returned item within 30 days because item came with no box, no instructions and looked used. Called them on 4-2 and they promised a refund within 72 hrs and here we are on 4-16 and no sign of a credit. Isn't this some kind of fraud? I have the time and energy to go after this company and I will. It's not a threat but a promise so that they can't do this to someone else.

LG Electronics problem in mobile

i recently purchased a new handset LG-P970 on 12th march since it has not been competed a month it is giving a lot many problem.
since from the purchased date i visited four time the service station still my mobile is giving me lots of problem.
back camera is not working sometimes i have to switch off my phone every time when i want to use my camera... hanging problem is also there on my phone. the charging socket has been re pleased once. today only its mother board is giving problem so i handed my cell phone to the lg service station, and if again it will give me problem then unfortunately i have to give a complaint to the consumer court. i want to get it replaced.

LG Electronics refrigerator not cooling

I purchased LG Double Door model no. 258V55 Srl No 008NLHV002913 on 14 Aug 2011 for Rs 17000/=. But, It had to be changed the next day as it was not cooling at all. So a new refrigerator was given after a week with model number GL 255VS5 Srl No. 105NRLW176424. I regret to inform that after seven months the new refrigerator also stopped cooling. A complaint was lodged on 05 Apr 2012, the complaint number being RNA120406042972. However, the complaint was not resolved as of now.

It appears that the design and quality control of LG refrigerator are of poor standard. I am afraid that this model will again develop some defects after repair also. My faith and trust in the quality of the refrigerator has gone down.

In view of the above the refrigerator may be taken back and my money be refunded at the earliest.

LG Electronics warranty period/repair costs/product reliability

Purchased this system appx 1.5 years ago. Sent in 2 times, under warranty, because the wireless receiver in the subwoofer wasn't working. $69 for service, each time.
It broke..a third time... This time they won't fix it. It's supposed to have a 1 year parts warranty, however LG is saying the 1 yr parts warranty is based off the date of purchase - not the date they last replaced the exact same part! The sad part is the customer service guys are actually sympathetic, but they are just an intermediary between the customer & somebody that made the decision about whether I ever buy another LG product very easy - I won't :)

LG Electronics replacement

It is intimated that I have purchased one Microwave oven model MC8040NSR from Value Plus Retail Pvt. Ltd. Govind Nagar Kanpur on 03-10-2011.The woven is making very heavy noise for that I have made a complaint in the last week of Dec. 2011.Your Er. came to my home and recommended for replacement of oven because the oven has been repaired two times for the same problem, first by changing the transformer on 16-11-2011 but noise was still persisting and then second time it has repaired at L G service station Kanpur giving assurance that noise problem will not arise but nearly after one month the noise problem again arised.The L G Service station kanpur has told me that a E-mail has been sent to Lucknow office regarding replacement of oven on 12 Jan. 2012 but till date nothing has been done to solve my problem.

I am sorry to say that as a Air Force personnel and as a customer I feel cheated though I am your old customer using LCD, TV.Once again it is requested to you that my problem may please be considered sincerely and solve it as early as possible because oven is making very heavy noise Kindly mail and inform me the whatever action is to be taken by you.

LG Electronics icemaker

I have owned my LG french door refrigerator for 18 months and have had two icemaker issues. The first issue was that the pieces of plastic broke off the ice bin and were dispensed with the ice. A new bin was necessary and was covered by warranty. The second issue occured out of warranty. The icemaker stopped working and a service call indicated that it must be replaced. The cost will be $300 and who knows how long that will last. I just had to pay for my new GE stove to be repaired so I'm very upset that such poor quality in workmanship has become the norm.

LG Electronics washer wt4801cw

I bought this machine, and it's matching dryer, after a great deal of research. I compared and considered many options, finally deciding on this one. Everything was great for the first six weeks I owned them. I truly felt they did a better job cleaning my clothes, etc. Unfortunately, that is where the fairy tale ended.

The washer lasted 6 weeks. It stopped working mid cycle, trapping a load of laundry inside, as well as a tub of dirty water. The control panel was completely dead. I contacted LG and they sent a serviceman to repair the unit.

When the serviceman arrived and confirmed the problem, I was informed the necessary part was on back order. The serviceman did break the lock on the door so I could remove our clothing, however the tub is still filled with stagnant water a week later.

After repeatedly contacting LG, I was informed that the necessary part would not be in stock for 4 additional weeks. This will bring my wait for repair to a total of 6 weeks, from the time I reported the problem to LG. They are unwilling to replace the machine, or offer any other solution, than to continue to wait.

Their product appears sub par, and I would avoid a future purchase from them. They do not stand behind their product, nor do they value their customers.

LG Electronics be aware of lg appliance warranty

On March 11, 2011 I bought a brand new LG washer from Home depot. When the washer was delivered 6-days later (March 17), it was damaged and I did not take possession of it. LG/Home depot’s delivery people took it back and brought a new replacement, 5-days after that (March 22). Needles to say this washer was also dented and I refuse to take it. Now the next new replacement LG washer is suppose to be delivered to me on March 26. Hopefully this one will not be damaged but, I called Home depot and LG regarding when the warranty will start and LG’s policy is that the warranty starts on purchase date and not delivery date! They say it is bad luck but that is their policy.

LG is known to tell you that when your LG product runs out of warranty on day 15, and your appliance breaks down on day 16, you are in for a nice expensive bill. And with my luck this will happen therefore warranty for the full period, after delivery, is important!

I bought an LG washing machine for $1000.00 extra large loads with extra warranty. Have had nothing but trouble with it. I bought it the machine 3yrs ago and they have been out to fix it a least 2 times. At the beginning of June it stopped working and I have now spent over $100.00 at the laundry mat waiting for someone to fix it. I was told that a company in TX - A& E Service would come out and fix it. The company was supposed to be here last week but didn't show or call, so I called them up to find out where they were. A&E told me I had canceled the appointment, I did not. So we made another appointment today. They pulled the same thing on me again. I called LG and told them the situation and they said they would call me to make another appointment in the next few days. I told the rep that I have had a lot of problems with this washer and I think that they owe us another machine. Will see what happens. What happened to our services. At one time when bought a washer and dryer they lasted for decades. I can't even get them to last a few years.

I made the mistake of buying all my appliances from LG. The refrigerator's digital panel gradually failed and I cannot a thing on it. The cooking range has one defective nob that continues to fall of. The dish washer makes a noise that is so sharp that you have to drown it by increasing the TV volume ( fortunately the TV is not LG). I called the customer service department and a very cold representative told me- it is their policy to charge because "technically" I am out of warranty. None of my kitchen appliance works properly. I wish I had one non- Lg appliance. I do have a toaster that not LG. Thank goodness

LG Electronics lg thrill, nitro class action

Our firm will be filing Class Actions against the mobile phone manufacturers noted below that installed, or allowed to be installed, Carrier IQ, a software that is used for violating privacy of consumers by tracking consumers without their knowledge or consent. Anyone that owns one or more of the mobile phones noted should contact our firm asap to discuss their legal rights. We shall be interviewing prospective clients to act as Class Representatives. There is no fee required to file the case and the court shall determine Class Representative fees if there is a resolution to the case.

LG Electronics tv screen showin green colours n service center at rawalpindi is not attending the complaint

My LG TV 21" purchased in April 2011 was showing green color on both sides of the TV screen and also some times in the middle, It also shows black screen while switching on. I had sent the TV for repair on warranty to LG Service Center Rawalpindi (Mr Rizwan is the manager there). He kept on telling me that the Picture tube was faulty and is on way from abroad. After about 3 months, i got the TV back and Mr Rizwan told me that he had replaced the picture tube. But the TV came without any change in status. i.e the TV was showing black waves while switching on and is showing same green and sometimes others colors on screen. The man took 3 months and sent the TV back without any rectification of the problem. it shows the quality of services provided by LG in Pakistan.

i posted the complaint on this site on 09 Jan 12, moreover i registered a complaint on support@lge.com.pk on 11 Jan 12 but i got no response. neither from any rep from Pakistan nor from any customer care representative of LG international. so they just sell their products and then forget about their customers. thank u LG people

LG Electronics customer service

We bought 47LW6500 TV from LG from Amazon on Sep 5, 2011. We were pleased with the product actually. On Dec 18, 2011 around 7 pm, it started to display grey, white and black stripes. We called LG the very next day and the service man from LG authorized center Unique- came to our house (we had to excuse ourselves from going to office to attend to the service tech visit)
He asked us to switch on the TV and didn’t even tough the TV and left saying we need to wait for 2-3 weeks for the main board part from LG to arrive. And on Dec 30, he came back (again we had to excuse our self from work) and changed the main board and didn’t say anything but when we enquired he said that I need to wait for another 2-3 weeks because this time he needs to order display/panel.
We said we already spent a humiliating/frustrating Christmas without TV with family and friends and New Year we don’t want to have bad taste of LG again.
He said he can’t do anything and the only favor he could do was to order the part. [No overnight shipping or anything - again 2 or 3 weeks]

We called customer service and spoke to them and the response was terrible and poor. No apology and no concern and didn’t even care. I did chat with customer service representative and the response and tone had been same and was no way helpful. I contacted Amazon and the response and reply was totally contrasted. First they offered some credit for causing discomfort to me with broken TV. And the customer service was humble, responsive and informative. But since this TV was broken after 3 months and was within 1 year manufacture warranty, they said they can only refund 80% for the TV, glasses and the extended warranty service we had bought. And Amazon offered to send the shipping label and pickup for the same.

And then on Jan 6 we spoke to Amber Mireles. This was the worst and humiliating and disrespectful and inhuman conversation we had ever had in our life. All we asked was we cant stay home to engage service technician every time who wouldn’t even do proper diagnosis, but just by trial and error order parts which takes 2 weeks to arrive for every single attempt, so the Monday visit on Jan 9th is the last one and after which we asked for replacement.

She responded in a very rude tone that she won’t do that, though she being the top level manager or last level manager any customer can talk to, she won’t give commitment, and we have to either let the service technician make infinite number of calls to diagnose the problem and without deadline or settle with broken TV. When we said we pay Comcast 60$ per month and already we lost almost a month and this is unacceptable and we didn’t pay 1300 for a TV from a reputed company like LG to have it broken within 4 months and with sort of response and reply.
She again said she doesn’t need to give commitment or promise any service because it is LG's discretion to find the product unfixable and also deny replacement even if it fails and or broken within warranty period and service calls extend for a year or more than years. She said staying home loosing pay or paying for Comcast indefinitely is none of LG's concern and not covered in LG's policy.

She slammed the phone asking us to handle further with lawyer because she is last level person any customer can reach or talk to and she had done her job of explaining LG warranty and policy. I didn’t call customer service to have me read out the policy from the paper. I could have read it myself from the paper. I didn’t ask for supervisor, to be humiliated and treated like dirt. I am customer who bought a brand-new product from LG which broke within 4 months of purchase and even after 3 service visits the problem still remains.

And during our previous call, the customer service representative said that we shall be given a replacement if the problem isn’t fixed in three service visits. This time, Amber said I had heard wrong or misunderstood incorrectly and there is no such policy and the options only available as per policy or to either be stuck with broken TV or wait till it fixed without deadline and date and engage every single trial-and-error-diagnosis by LG technicians and without any guarantee for replacement.

I really don’t understand, how a retail store clerk maintains decency and decorum and handles customer's dissatisfaction and the trouble, and has rights to make customer happy whereas in a world-class company like Lucky-Goldstar customer service top-level manager doesn't have ethics or decorum to have a decent conversation with a customer who bought a brand-new product which failed miserably within 4 months and is stuck with utmost discomfort and had to spend holidays with humiliation and a broken TV with family and friends. I can’t imagine the customers with LG air conditioners and other cooking appliances who had to wait for indefinite time with broken appliances for years when the incompetent technicians make numerous visits to declare it beyond repair.

I hope you can understand the frustration and this unfortunate incident. We totally agree and understand that any product or service can fail anytime and it can’t be expected to work 100% percentage but I guess every customer deserves to have their voice, discomfort heard and responded in a more professional way and be compensated for the trouble. No customer deserves to be treated badly for the choice of product they had made, and treated badly by the same choice they had made.

I am a totally dissatisfied, mistreated customer. I am pursuing my options with the legal department for the pain we had go through and the depressing emotional weekend I had spend because of the ill-treatment from the customer service of LG.

LG Electronics services not provided against amc

With reference to annual maintenance order no. [protected], amc invoice no. arssajaijai110/3200 dated 27 oct 2010, for 42"t. v. model no. 42pc1rr. atr we have loogged our complaint 15 days back regarding line apearing on screen.
Unfortunately till date no solution is provided to us against our complaint. one company person has visit our home and carried one copy of amc with him. but no one return to bck to give solution for complaint.
This is serious matter because we have paid money for maintenance contract and are sufferiing for maintenance.
Now company says they do not have the spare parts so they are offering aprox 25000 rupees against the product. they says your product value was as per dop [protected] as it was manufactured in nov-2006 and dealer price was rs, 57895/ at that time.
But I have proof of invoice worth rs. 85000/- they are valuing only 25000 rs. after the depreciation and asume 57895/-.
First question if they were not having spare parts why they sold the amc and their assumed price shows that they want to cheat the customer while every electronic company know 42" hd ready t. v (80 gb inbuilt hard disk) tv price three years before is totally lie. not possible of availablity in this price.
So I want to help to resolve the issue.
