I started Debt Review in 26 August 2025; my debt counsellor did all instalment offers and proposals to my creditors-including my Lewis Stores accounts. My debt counsellor has notified all my creditors and credit bureaus that I’m are under debt review.
This step should have provided significant relief for me, as creditors will now communicate directly with my debt counsellor rather than contacting me.
But it did not, because Lewis Stores decided they not going to honour the debt review process and has deducted money any way from my bank account.
