Fraud
Ordered a sectional sofa on 07-04-2024. Have never received it and Sam Young has given me multiple changes of dates for order to arrive. Finally cancelled the order on 05-24-25 and was told refund would be issued within 25 days. No refund coming and they are no longer answering their phones. Looks like I am out the $2004.00 deposit. Shame on them, just a den of thieves! Their site is still up, and they are offering sales for Memorial Day!
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs
This company takes orders but can not deliver.
Ordered a sofa in leather in 1 July 2023, order was promised to be delivered December 2023. I checked numerous times to make sure the order was on schedule. I was told that everything was going to be fine, even though it takes six months to make a sofa. Now in December, they were unable to deliver, the response was that there was an error in constructing the sofa. The credibility in this come is zero everyone knows it takes two weeks to construct a sofa in leather or fabric. However, it appears that they’re taking orders collecting a deposit in this case $894 With a little to no ability to deliver on the order. I wasted six months communicating with this company with no Credible answers as to when it would be delivered. It is my advice that you avoid this company and this company should be investigated.
Recommendation: Avoid this company it appears they have poor business response to customers cannot deliver their products.

Cloud power reclining leather sofa or set with power headrests
Ordered the Cloud Power Reclining Leather Sofa or Set With Power Headrests on March 2, 2025 and paid a deposit of $1,398 (I have the receipt). Was told delivery would take 12-16 weeks. I called a few weeks ago to see where we were at in the timeline and the man asked if I'd been receiving the weekly email updates to which I said, "No. No emails except the deposit receipt." He seemed surprised but said, "Okay, just give us a call in about a month to check in. I told him that wouldn't be a problem. I just went to the website to give them a call and saw the message at the top of their page that they're going out of business! I immediately called and left a message. Based on the other complaint here for practically the same issue, I'm now freaking out I've lost $1,398! Please help.
Claimed loss: 1,398.00
Desired outcome: The sofa delivered (will happily pay remaining balance) or a refund of our paid deposit.

No refund for canceled order
I ordered a couch on 11/29/2024 and was quoted approximately 16 weeks for delivery. I paid a 50% deposit at that time. After 16 weeks, I contacted the company and spoke to Sam Young, who said there was an issue with the Natuzzi factory shutting down and said he would offer a discount with a new delivery date of Labor Day (24 weeks later), or I could cancel and receive a full refund. I canceled the order and was emailed confirmation on 4/23, saying the refund would be processed in 10-15 business days. It's been almost 6 weeks; deposit was never processed. They have stopped answering the phone and have not replied to emails.
Claimed loss: 1,687.50
Desired outcome: Refund

They strung you along for nearly a year with fake delivery dates, then ghosted you after pocketing two grand — that’s not a delay, that’s straight-up theft. The fact they’re still running holiday promos while dodging your refund is disgusting. You didn’t cancel out of impatience — you canceled because they never intended to deliver. Total scam operation hiding behind a storefront. Burn their name into every warning post you can find — they earned it.
