Ordered a sectional sofa on 07-04-2024. Have never received it and Sam Young has given me multiple changes of dates for order to arrive. Ordered a sofa in leather in 1 July 2023, order was promised to be delivered December 2023. I checked numerous times to make sure the order was on schedule. I was told that everything was going to be fine, even though it takes six months to make a sofa. Now in December, they were unable to deliver, the response was that there was an error in constructing the sofa. The credibility in this come is zero everyone knows it takes two weeks to construct a sofa in leather or fabric. However, it appears that they’re taking orders collecting a deposit in this case $894 With a little to no ability to deliver on the order. I wasted six months communicating with this company with no Credible answers as to when it would be delivered. It is my advice that you avoid this company and this company should be investigated.
Recommendation: Avoid this company it appears they have poor business response to customers cannot deliver their products.
