Les Schwab Tire Center review: Incompetent employees and shoddy work

Had an 11:00 appointment for snow tire swap on 11/2022 and requested the other tires and wheels be balanced also. Also had them make notes not to roll down the driver's window as it just started having issues. I step outside to take a phone call just in time to see a bunch of kids laughing at and joking about my vehicle. It's not much, but it runs and drives. After waiting an hour and a half they finally pull my vehicle out front. The drivers window is half down, crooked, and off track. GREAT! Just what is needed when it is 34 degrees outside. I see one hub cap falling off with only one screw part way threaded and another with both screws loose. After 10 minutes more they fixed those issues. After I leave there, I find out the other tires and wheels were not balanced as requested.
