I bought me a roof rack and some moldings from BAM Wholesale Parts. When I got my order, them moldings was all bent up. I tried to get in touch with them by e-mail, but they never got back to me. And they don't even got no phone number to call. I ain't never gonna shop with them again!

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with BAM Wholesale Parts. Their customer service is non-existent, so if you have any issues with your order, you're pretty much on your own. It's like they don't even care about their customers! And if something does go wrong, good luck trying to get it fixed. You'll probably have to start the whole process over again, which is a huge pain in the butt.

But I will say this - their prices are pretty good. So if you're willing to take a risk and deal with the lack of customer service, you might be able to save some money. Just be prepared for some frustration along the way.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend BAM Wholesale Parts unless you're really desperate for a good deal. There are plenty of other places to buy parts from that actually care about their customers.

I bought a part from BAM Wholesale Parts for $200 and paid for overnight shipping. But, it's been 4 days now and still no sign of my part. I tried to reach out to them, but they didn't seem to care at all. I'm really disappointed with their service and I don't think I'll ever buy from them again.

Ordered sumthin' from BAM Wholesale Parts and they couldn't even deliver it! What a bummer, man. I mean, seriously, I forked over $1072 and they can't even tell me when I'm gonna get my stuff? That's just not cool. I'm takin' my business elsewhere, ya know? Ain't got time for this kinda nonsense.

BAM Wholesale Parts got some pretty good prices, I gotta say. I mean, I looked around and they were definitely some of the cheapest I could find. So, I think I'll be sticking with some of the other Mopar vendors out there from now on.

So, I had to send back a thing I bought from BAM Wholesale Parts 'cause it wasn't like they said it would be on the website. I had to pay $45 for the shipping to send it back. But then, when they gave me my money back, they kept $13.85 for their own shipping costs. That's not cool, man. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's just not right.

So, I was looking for a lift kit for my Jeep and I found BAM Wholesale Parts. I ordered it from their website, bamwholesaleparts.com, and waited for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was so excited to bring it to the dealer to have it put on. But when the dealer opened the box, we found out that some parts were missing! I was so disappointed and frustrated. I tried to call BAM Wholesale Parts, but they don't have a phone number to call. So, I sent them an email to let them know about the missing parts. But it's been a while now and I still haven't heard back from them!

I mean, come on! How hard is it to reply to an email? I paid good money for this lift kit and I expect to get what I paid for. It's not like I'm asking for a refund or anything. I just want the missing parts so I can finally have my Jeep lifted and ready to go. But no, BAM Wholesale Parts seems to be ignoring me.

I don't know what to do now. Should I just wait and hope that they will eventually reply to my email? Or should I try to find another way to contact them? I really don't want to go through the hassle of returning the lift kit and finding another one from a different supplier. But if BAM Wholesale Parts doesn't do something about this soon, I might not have a choice.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with BAM Wholesale Parts. Their website looks good and their prices are reasonable, but their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

So, I ordered a part from BAM Wholesale Parts and when I got the box, it had the wrong part in it. I was pretty upset about it, but when I called them up to complain, they didn't even apologize! Instead, they blamed Toyota and said that I needed to give them my VIN number to make sure that they sent the right part next time. But honestly, what's the point of that if they can't even get the right part in the first place?

It was really hard to get in touch with them too. I had to call a bunch of times before I finally got through to someone. And even then, they wouldn't admit that they were at fault or try to fix the situation. I'm pretty sure that they're still going to charge me a restocking fee for their mistake, which is just ridiculous.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with BAM Wholesale Parts. They need to take responsibility for their mistakes and work to make things right for their customers.

This website is not good at all. I bought a part from them and it was already broken when I got it. When I asked to return it, they said I couldn't because I already put it in my car. They said they could only send it to the warranty and give me a new one. Why did they send me a broken part in the first place? They didn't say anything about it being used on the website. I had to pay $100 to get it taken out at the dealer. This website is a scam, don't buy anything from them.

I'm in the military and I needed some things before I shipped my car overseas. I ordered two packages and only received one of them. The missing part cost me $166.10. I've tried to contact the company multiple times, but I haven't received any response or resolution. It's really frustrating because I used my hard-earned money to fix my vehicle before going overseas, where parts are even harder to find. I have a lot of friends who order their parts online, but I won't be recommending this company to them. It's just crazy that they can't even respond to my messages or help me find my missing part.
