Leaf Home Water Solutions review: Water system

We purchase Leaf home water solutions system a few months back. Prior we had just a water softener which gave us soft clear water. We were sweet talked by their sales rep Dabby who had her partner do a test with their water testing machine and told we needed a new unit that would do much better. Since the softener was removed and Leaf filter installed this carbon unit we’ve had yellow water and a black ring around the toilet which I am cleaning daily. They sent a service guy out he filled a bucket of water from the actual unit and all the water was yellow. He called his boss who we thought would help us. I’ve gotten no help just people telling me I need to be patient and they need to do more testing. It’s clear that the water softener did its job and we seem to be stuck with this piece of junk.
