I bought 4 sliding glass doors from Cascade Windows. They promised a "lifetime" guarantee, but now I need to replace my dining room sliding glass door or just the glass. The seals aren't working right and there's dust and stuff between the glass. I've been calling the company *** and leaving more than 10 voice mail messages for the person in charge of "retrofits". I even went to the manager who's supposed to handle retrofits, but nobody has called me back. I'm really disappointed with their customer service. I read other reviews of this company and it seems like this is how they always treat their customers. I had professionals clean the windows and you can clearly see the crisscross pattern of dust between the panes.

We bought our house from the builder in 2006. The company that made our windows got bought by Cascade Windows. They've done warranty work for us a few times. We have a sliding door that's got something wrong with it, and now they're saying the warranty only covers seals. The door has bent and now we've got a bunch of noise from outside. They wouldn't even check it out. They said it must've been a problem with the installation. We were told by Cascade Windows' warranty team a few years ago that we had a 20-year warranty, but now they're not honoring it. Lately, I've seen info from *** windows that says vinyl windows and doors bend over time. I think this has to be a defect from the manufacturer, but like I said, they wouldn't even come look at it.

I bought new windows from Cascade Windows on May 27. They were put in by *** Windows in ***, ***. Lately, I noticed a problem with the glass. It seems like there are spots inside the glass, kind of like freckles or tiny air bubbles. On March 9, 2022, I filled out a complaint form on Cascade Windows' website, but I haven't heard back from them. I've called them multiple times and left messages, but still no response. I also tried reaching out to Window Products in ***, . and left several messages for ***, but no luck getting a response to my calls. Cascade Windows is actually Paramount Windows and Window Products, Inc., and they do business with License Number ROC ***.

In December , I bought a brand-new house and had Cascade Windows install their Paramount windows, which came with a Lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the plastic vinyl stripping on the windows has cracked, and two of the double-paned windows have failed. I've noticed dust and even water between the panes. It's clear that both windows need to be replaced.

I've been trying to get in touch with Cascade Windows in *** for the past week, but it's been quite a challenge. Every time I call, I get transferred to a voicemail where I've left multiple messages, but no one has bothered to return my call. Frustrated, I called again after a week and specifically asked to speak to a manager. Yet again, I was transferred to a voicemail, and I left yet another message. Feeling desperate, I decided to contact their corporate number, where I finally managed to speak to someone in the warranty department.

They advised me to open a claim online and assured me that I would be contacted soon. However, it's been almost two weeks, and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm really in need of having these windows replaced, and I desperately need their assistance in getting a response.
