Bad service. They don't call back. They say you can pick anything for your remodel, but then only give you a few choices. Contract said 2 weeks, but it took over 2 months. They didn't start when they said they would. Contract said one thing, but they did another. Not professional.

They keep calling me, asking about a project I did a year ago. I told them to stop calling me, but they keep apologizing and then calling me again the next week. I talked to the manager and they said I wouldn't get called again, but they just called me again. Can they just leave me alone already?

Me and my girl wanted new siding and to fix dryrot, so we went with Chriswell Home Improvement. They brought a big crew and they were fast, curious, and knew their stuff. They always had answers to our questions. They went above and beyond what we expected. I'd use them again for future improvements and recommend them to anyone.

i had my bathroom remodeled by chriswell home improvements. the bathroom project was done late last year. i noticed a leak from my bathroom shower back in april, and contacted chriswell home improvements to see if someone could come take a look at the leak. i was put in touch with sophia who assured me that someone from the business would contact me to set up an appointment to come take a look at the bathroom, after the conversation with sophia, no one contacted me, so i continued to call. a representative finally came out a month ago, and informed that these leaks can occur after a total bathroom remodel, which is what i had done.

I got my kitchen remodeled by Chriswell Home Improvements, Inc. in Jan 2022. I paid them a big 10% deposit of $11,989.00 for a $37,630.00 project. They promised to finish it by 5/3/22 but they didn't even start it. I asked for my deposit back but they said no. I'm 76 years old and had a heart attack on 4/7/22 and heart surgery on 4/11/22 at the *** VA Hospital. I'm a VN veteran and thought they would be vet-friendly but they're not. I tried to talk to them but they didn't reply. I even hired a lawyer to send them a letter but they still didn't reply. I'm writing this review to ask for help because I can't handle the stress anymore, especially in my 100-year-old house. Thanks.

I had Chriswell Home Improvements come to my house on Monday, October 4, to remodel my upstairs bathroom. They finished the repairs yesterday, and it cost me $20,000. The work was very poor, and I'm unsatisfied. To me, it wasn't worth $20,000. They didn't even repaint my walls. I noticed a lot of things that weren't fixed right. My sink's drain stopper was crooked, the new trimming baseboards were dirty, there was no shelving in the new shower, the outlets were sticking out of the walls with gaps, the new caulking was dirty, and my light switches were supposed to be automatic, but they aren't even turning on automatically. I'm very unsatisfied. It cost me a lot of money, and the work isn't even worth it. The inspector came to my house today to look at the finished product, and I let him know I'm not satisfied, and this isn't a $20,000 bathroom. He just said they'll try to fix what I stated was wrong. For $20,000, my bathroom should have been marvelous.

I got in touch with Chriswell Home Improvements, Inc. to put in a new bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, fan light fixture, vanity, and new flooring. The sales guy made some promises that were supposed to be in the contract. We financed the amount of 20,073. They had me sign on the laptop and he went through it so fast we couldn't read it with the promise to send it by email which I never got. After a while, I got a call from *** who called to tell me they would be out the next morning. They were giving me less than 24 hours notice. Then the workman said that they brought brushed nichol and not bronzed like I asked for. I let that go, but then he told me no fan would be installed! I expressed very strongly to the salesman that I wanted it included because of previous mold issues. Then she told me that I have to pay out of pocket and I was told by the salesman no out of pocket expense! So then I asked to talk to the owner and she refused. She was nasty and called me a liar.

In Sept 2020, I signed a work order with Crisswell to fix my bathrooms. My master bedroom bathroom had a soggy floor, so they were supposed to do floors, shower, toilet, and med cabinet in the 1st room. In the 2nd bathroom, they were supposed to replace the toilet, cabinet, and flooring. I gave the rep $1000 on Oct 6, 2020, and the next person came for final measurement around the 1st of Nov 2020. I gave him $3100 to start the project. I've called 3 or 4 times asking about the start date, and they said my shower pan was a custom order, so it's taking a little longer. I told my son to call them about his bathroom, and he signed a finalizing contract with them in Nov, but he's still waiting. I talked to *** in Dec, and she said the pan would be delivered around the 2nd or 3rd wk of Dec, so I wouldn't be able to get any work done before Christmas, but possibly the 1st of the year. They've cashed both of my checks, one in Oct, the other in Nov. Today is Jan 11, 2021, and I haven't heard from them at all. I would like to just get my money back and go elsewhere.

I signed a contract on 11/06 to redo my guest bathroom with new stuff like floor, cabinet, faucets, mirror, tub shower door, new light fixtures and exhaust fan. The project started on 2/12. The guest bath is almost done but there is a problem with the wiring because the exhaust fan comes on without us doing anything. I tried to call *** at Chriswell to report the problem but he hasn't called back. The master bath is still being worked on. The original contract said the shower should be 60x36 but the shower pan they put in was 60x30. When I asked about it, they said the 60x36 wouldn't pass inspection. I said we paid for a 60x36 and didn't want anything smaller. They said we could get the 60x36 if we paid an extra $500. The drain is in the center of the 60x36 pan and plumbing is done. The pan was supposed to be in by 3/19 but we haven't heard anything. We've called Chriswell and *** several times but no one is returning our calls. Some things like lights, shower, and shower doors haven't been finished. There's also a problem with the wiring in the exhaust fan in the master bathroom. It turns on randomly. The contract says we're getting flooring in the whole bedroom but we don't want that. We told our sales person *** but she didn't listen. We don't want to pay for flooring we didn't want, didn't order, and didn't receive. We paid an extra $500 because they said they would have to cut into our closet but they didn't. We should get that $500 back. The totals in the Change Order #1 aren't added correctly. We paid the extra $500 but instead of deducting it from the total cost, they added it again. I can't talk to the owner so I'm filing this complaint.
