Leaf Home Water Solutions review: No service at leaf water systems customer service

Leaf Home Water Systems sent a 'water expert' to test our water, not the electronic testing they promote.
We were sold on a salt-free water filter for our well water, which left us with hard water issues with faucets, coffee pots, satined glassware, and hard water deposits on a brand new deck. Their answer was to revise our system back to a soft water conditioner for an additional $5,000. No credit, no refund and a manager who stated he wished they had never offered a salt-free system in Michigan. We will be contacting our State Consumer Protection Agency and place a complaint with the Elder Abuse department. This company has no solutions for defrauding consumers.
