Leaf Home Water Solutions review: Lack of customer service

We had the system put in a year ago. He tapped into a link in the wall where a water softener was. I gave several months to allow time for the pipes to clear. We still have yellow and hard water rings in the toilets and build up on faucets handles. I called to see if someone could come out and test the water. She was putting in a $150 service call! Are you kidding me!? Needless to say after spending a few thousand dollars we aren’t willing to spend more to have them check to make sure it isn’t only hooked up to hot water.
