On 11/19/23 I purchased a water system from Leaf Home water Solution. on 7/08/25 I called the company that my system was leaving limescale on everything, I was told by support dept that I had not had it service seen I purchased the system , I was never told about service check up or that it was going to cost me $198.00 to have it serviced? the system it self was $5,000 I reach out to the support department Manger Tyler at first he didn't want to come to phone and told the support agency that was not available to speak to me , and that I needed to pay $198.00 , I than commented that I guess paying customer were not important enough to talk too, I ask for his boss name he didn't want to giving any information,
