Leaf Home Water Solutions review: 7/8/25 we had an entire system installed. The system was not installed properly.

7/8/25 We had an entire system installed. We opted for the reverse osmosis tanked system under our kitchen sink as well. The piping from the tank to the water supply was not installed properly and after 4 weeks the piping came undone, and water ruined our kitchen floor as well as our storage room in our basement, where all of our Christmas decorations and heirloom "things" were stored. Everything that was on that side of the room was ruined by water. When we called the company they sent out a representative who was not in any shape to deal with customers or record evidence. We were then told the next day that they were not responsible for any repairs.
