i just want to share my experience with LBC of Glorietta 3 Service court Basement level Ayala center makati city, I have been with your company since day 1 of my business and ever since i entrust the safety and delivery of all my items with you. its just that on June 11, 2019 when i delivered another item the "Jordan wings frame" going to Laguna. Nag ka damage yung item ko eh naalala ko na sobrang mahal na ng ibinayad ko na shipping para sa kanila at nag add pa sila ng sobrang daming bubble wrap para daw mas secure. (This means add nanaman bayad sa ship fee) Buti nalang mabait ang customer ko at maganda ang pag kaka approach saakin. Hindi sana ako mag rereklamo sa company niyo pero yung point na pinag-antay pa ko ng sobrang tagal sa Landline hanggang ngayon hindi pa din sinasagot.
i'd like to know kung ano ang remedy na pwede ninyong ibigay as soon as possible id like to request a refund and a monetary value for the item i have been shipped.

I never and did not receive my item yesterday june 11, 2019 with the tracking no [protected]. We've waited all day then a text came in that they'll be delivering the item but later that time receive another text saying they've attempted to deliver the item but there is no one in our house which is way too impossible, then I've heared the same story with other people, and that's the time that I knew they never tried to deliver it that's the message they use when they don't want to deliver the item. I don't know if it's stubbornness or what but it is very frustrating. You have a great name in delivery services but over time it will get eaten by your stupid and stubborn delivery team especially in toledo area and I can assure you that if that keeps up you'll end up as one of the most untrusted delivery services. I'll just pick the item myself and will never use your service again, will also share this experience to everybody.

It was 11am of june 11, 2019 and I was about to pay my nbi clearance at lbc, robinson's spark place p tuazon cubao branch and there was one male staff. I kindly asked if I could pay for my nbi clearance and he gave me a form to fill up without giving instructions. I filled up the form the best that I can with the reference number, amount to be paid and date. I handed out the form to the staff and he pushed the paper back to me saying in a condescending way "lagay mo ang name and address", I wondered and asked him "name ko or name ng nbi and address kung saan ang appointment?" and he said in an irritable and condescending way "yung inaapplyan mo! Ayan oh! Kaya nga may given name, surname". At this point my blood was already boiling becauase his body language and tone has been very rude and unaccommodating since the moment I entered the lbc branch. I handed out the form to him and he accommodated the person next to me. He skipped me to accommodate the next person. I don't know if this action was just to annoy the crap out of me but I blurted out
Me: bakit di mo pa pinapunch yung akin?
Staff: eh kasi may ieenter pa jan
Me: bakit inuuna mo and next person eh diba may pila
Staff: kaya nga sabi ko sayo umupo ka muna
Me: alam mo kanina ka pa bastos eh
Staff: paano ako naging bastos?
Me: the way you talked to me earlier was very condescending! The way na sabihin mo na ayan oh ilagay mo jan name mo. Kaya nga may given name surname jan! You were so rude!
Staff: anong rude don? Problema sainyo di kayo tumatanggap ng pagkakamali
Me: tumatanggap ako ng pagkakamali ko but the way you said it was very rude. Ang bastos ng tono mo and you were very irritable!
(there was more heated discussion but this was the gist)

I was in such a hurry because I have appointment within 45 mins. So I had to leave since I was wasting my time on someone who doesn't understand proper decorum and customer service. He does not have the communication skills needed for someone who would have to deal with customers. I ended up going to ali mall western union to pay.

Went to SM CITY CLARK at around 8:35PM to pick up my package. The staff told me that I could not get my package since it was already their cut off. As far as i know, the should've accommodated me since i am just there to pick up my package. The staff went on telling me that HE cannot accommodate me anymore since they were already printing their report. It was only 8: 35PM and they were already printing their report for the day, the mall closes at 9PM. I went there for nothing!

The files from the place of origin deliver to the recipient is urgent and the recipient is always monitoring us of the status of that document informing us why the important files/documents is not yet received and stated in your track and trace log 2019 june 4 and june 5 "house was closed and no one was there. Lbc will deliver the next business day."
Excuse me! Use your your common sense what is the use of the contact number of the recipient! You are causing a delay to an urgent matter our recipient always asking why does he not still recieved the important files/documents at that date mentioned above because he is just in his residence. Your delivery person is unreliable and incompetent or is lazy.
Shame to that courier personnel assigned! Bad karma to him! And note that this will have impact in yer reputation if you do not improve your man power's reliability and competency everything now is digital and easy to find ways with a palm of your hands...

Around 7 o' clock in the evening, SM NRS01 Branch. I am a 2mos pregnant and I asked the Male Agent kindly if he can put me in the priority lane because I am not feeling well and I am 2 weeks pregnant. Also asked him kindly if he can give it to my cousin so I can go to the car and just wait there. He gave me a smirk and said "Yes Ma'am! I didn't recognize you are pregnant but we can put you next." I left and he said, "Let's do this first, she might give birth waiting here". Just to my dismay how he discriminated my situation and be disrespectful towards a pregnant woman asking kindly for a favor. I'm always using LBC with all my transactions especially sending Balik Bayan Box from the US. This is my first pregnancy and I am expecting respect from a #1 company I am relying on with shipping needs, but this time that Male Agent in the above mentioned branch just disappointed me.

@LBCexpress Hi my parcel sent to me by BDO was not delivered because it says that my Address can't be located. Tracking number [protected] napaka imposible. Lazada and Shopee even Jrs express na dedetect to at nakakapag deliver ng maayos

Napaka incompetent ninyo! JRS, LAZADA and Shopee nakakapag deliver dito ng walang hassle tapos kayo sasabihin niyo na yung address hindi nageexist? Kagagahan! Metro manila ito! Hindi ito sang lupalop na barrio na hindi niyo mahahanap!

Pasuyo naman ng dineliver sa inyo form 137 ng anak ko.. From manila june6 dumating s lipa delivery hub ng lbc tapos sinasabing sarado ang bahay nung dineliver nung june7 samantalang tabing kalsada lang ung bahay at hindi nagsasara kasi may tindahan dun.. Ngayong june10 sabi idedeliver tapos wala pa din.. Lahat ng lbc branches nyo sa lipa kinuha ko ang numbers tinatawagan pero walang sumasagot... Kaya sa inyo ngpadala para mabilis kasi express,, try nyo magtanong or icontact itext man lang ung pinadalahan ng package kung lito kayo s address.. Hello. I used your services last June 7, 2019 to deliver documents to Iloilo via LBC SM City Iloilo Branch. Upon tracking it, it said shipment issue. What shipment issue is it? It need to arrive by Monday, June 10, 2019 as it is very important for my family. Both documents found there are worth 3000 pesos if not delivered by Monday. Tracking order is [protected]

Hi, good morning. I haven't received my package yet, I ordered it from shoppee and the mode of payment is cod. I already received a message from lbc yesterday that says my item will be delivered today, but it wasn't. I tracked the item thru your website unfortunately it said that it cannot be delievered because recipient is in lbc's unserviceable area. Here's a screenshot below. Package mishandled. Before sending and received item pictures uploaded. I sent flower arrangement to my friend last May.
Items were sent May 28 and received by May 31. I would understand if the flowers a bit withered but the way it was received looks horrifying only 5 flowers and the fillers were placed in one side. Totally different arrangement. I don't know if it was opened or what happened during the shipping.

Please follow up my package with tracking # [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered in Munoz, Cabanatuan City but the lady who processed my package mistakenly input it to be delivered at Munoz, Manila. Now my package was rerouted from Cabanatuan City to Manila Hangar. It has been there for 2 months already. When I went back to follow up, I requested it to be sent back to original location (Olongapo City). Up to now nothing happened and it has not moved from Manila Hangar. I would really appreciate of you could help resolve this matter. I am just requesting it to be shipped back to Olongapo City.

We would like to file a complain to a certain LBC delivery man assigned to deliver our parcel..Named "sonny" with a mobile number 09550637388 location is koronadal city south cotabato..Sinubukan po namin ng maraming beses e contact yung mobile number niya para e deliver yung parcel namin but refuse to answer our call..We tried to send him a message also for so many times asking to confirm the delivery of our parcel pero NEVER po sumagot lang man..Hanggang we decide na kukunin na lang sa office nila yung parcel & instead humingi ng paumanhin sumasagot pa ng pabalang..And refuse to give his exact name to us for us to file a complain to LBC management..

I was checking in tracker..It mentioned that my important document has been delivered on may 29th, 2019 at 10:37am to "Representative SG ESMILLE" but when we went to the college there was no delievery to any person and there was noone named "SG ESMILLE".. My parcel is scheduled to be delivered today and I also checked the tracker it says it was delivered to authorize representative MAGAYES. I don't even know him nor authorize any person to receive it and I asked the guard of my building he says there's no any guard named MAGAYES duty today. Tracking number [protected]. I am not sure where the gap but I am totally dismayed by how the driver handled my shipment. It seems there was timely update on my shipment online, but there is NO ATTEMPT to contact me as receiver. He only contacted me after I called the customer care hotline routed to SM Cebu branch to follow up the status of my shipment. The driver was unprofessional and arrogant. Attached photo for reference. This is the 1st time I am having issue with my delivery with LBC. And, to be told that nobody knows me in my address - to where I reside for the past 34 years, is a lame excuse! Do your job well Mr driver! LBC deserves dedicated and professional drivers.

As of today, I am still waiting for my shipment. Please provide update on my concern and hoping this issue will be addressed.

I would like to ask what happened to my shipment expected to be delivered today. I was texted to expect delivery within the day but when I tracked on your site it say "shipment issue". Package is out for delivery at 11am but until now, 6:17pm I haven't received it. The worst thing is I am currently here in the delivery hub but the delivery man is still out and the management cannot contact him. I really need the package today because we will be traveling tomorrow morning just to send that invitations (package). I chose LBC courier for it to be delivered in time but I'm so disappointed. I'm here since 5:15 but until now no feedback yet.
