LBC Expressno delivery at all/poor customer service

Though I know that LBC may not take time to read the complaints of its customers, I'll post it anyway. Kayo ang "PINAKA" sa lahat ng couriers na nakilala ko. You deserve no star at all. I paid your high rate shipping fee pero ano?! Walang dumarating na package ko from Metrosunnies. Sabi nyo, wrong address which I don't know bakit mali kasi tama naman ang nilagay ko na address when I filled up the order form. I called your CS to update it but after ilang days, wala pa rin. Napaka effective talaga at efficient 😒 Laging nasa tracking page nyo, ready for delivery then all of a sudden ready for claiming sa lower laguna delivery hub?! Ano! Tinatamad kayo magdeliver? Aba! Para saan pa ang shipping fee binabayad sa inyo? Kaliit na item, di madeliver. Grabe talaga kayo! Ang dami ng nagrereklamo sa inyo, magsara na kaya kayo? Kawawa naman yung mga customers na naghihintay ng mga package nila tapos walang dumarating. Up until now, wala pa din ang package ko. Nakakahiya naman sa inyo, ako na kukuha. Baka abutin pa next year e, or worst no delivery at all. NEVER AGAIN TO LBC! YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!
