The delivery of the parcels (2 boxes) from New York USA to Mabalacat City Pampanga was incomplete. The tracking number was [protected]. I tracked it on your site and it says that its already in the LBC sea cargo warehouse at Manila since August 8, 2018. 6pm. I received the first box with tracking number [protected], the delivery staff just said that it was forgotten. How was that possible? We need to claim that parcel as soon as possible. We already acknowledged the fact that the weather lately was bad that may cause delays with delivery. But the reason of the delay of the parcel that we should have had received few days ago was negligence of the staff handling the sorting and delivery. I look highly and patronizing your company until this happened.
