The checks I requested my secretary to mail to MISS AVON DUARTE last FEBRUARY 14, 2019 were not received. The address was very specific, Administration Office, 3rd Floor of WH TAFT RESIDENCES, TAFT AVENUE, MALATE MANILA, 1004 METRO MANILA. The contact number of the person concerned was also stated in the form. This is the second time that this incident happened. The first one was last year. The tracking number is [protected] and the ticket number is [protected]. My secretary called Allan, your supervisor in Iloilo, and they tried to trace the whereabouts of my mail. According to my secretary, somebody by the name of Ranque received the mail. I called Ms. Duarte and relayed the message that a certain Ranque received the mail and she said that they have no employee with that name. Again, I told my secretary to call Allan and further tracking showed that your delivery man left the mail at the wrong address at EGI Taft Residences and he allowed Ranque to receive it when she said that she will hand it over. The signage of WH TAFT RESIDENCES is so big and you will never miss it because it is right beside DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY, with a guard on duty 24/7. How IRRESPONSIBLE and NEGLIGENT is your delivery service to make such an error.
He called my secretary to ask if Ms. Duarte received the mail and offered to pay for the mail charges should I send another mail. It is not the mail charges but the checks which were way behind schedule and the CHARGES FOR THE STOP PAYMENT of those checks. Somebody called Ms Duarte and asked if she has received the mail and she said she has not received any; also to inform them if she has received. Your office is the one at fault and you expect her to call? I called your customer service and the reply was very pathetic and did not show any concern knowing that the mail contains checks. She spoke of the time lapse but I, too, did not know that Miss Duarte did not receive the checks. I just wondered when I checked last May why the checks I issued did not pass clearing. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS INCONVENIENCE ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT THERE IS PENALTY FOR STOP PAYMENT OF THE CHECKS. Do we need to go through social media to show how inefficient your office is?

I was tracking the parcel I sent and saw that there is a shipment issue. I tried to get in touch with the customer service thru phone and online but no one is assisting me. The phone medium just gives me a crappy automated voice record that says I should download their app. It just plays on and on, so I put down the phone. As for the social media, no one is replying to my messages. PLEASE give me a response regarding my concern, LBC. Tracking number is [protected]

DFA was supposed to deliver our passport thru LBC. I tracked my package. My passport arrived on LBC on July 10. On July 13, the tracking update was written, "Delivery attempted-recipient not at home(card left) but i was at home that time and I did not receive any text or message from them. Now, I don't know what to do. Also, the tracking is not updating anymore. I'm so disappointed. That was my passport.

I received a message from your agent at West service road on July 13, 2019 that I have a package to be delivered that day. I gave him my address but the package was not delivered and the agent was not answering to my calls. the parcel came from my international employer and I was not provided with the tracking number. Your agent said that he will first drop off my package by Monday but I felt weird with what he said. I want to track the package. I want to raise this concern and I want to get the package cause that is for my application overseas.

Because of a typo error in my name, the agent did not release my package even if I already showed her all the proofs I have (ATMs with different version of my names but still it's me, transaction with the sender, my address, and same phone number where they texted me update about my parcel)

bad customer service
I tried to go at your LBC Matina Branch here in Davao City Philippines exactly 5:20 pm (checked the time on my phone so I am very sure) but they are saying they are not receiving any clients anymore. But the information at the door (store opens at 8:30 am and closes at 5:30 pm) says otherwise. I get that they want to leave early from work because we have families left at home but denying a client of your service while in fact she/he is there on time is not the kind of service I'm expecting. I am very disappointed by your personnels. They are not even courteous and very snobbish.

I use Lbc express as my courier in my Online Business .. I shipp my Parcel July 7 2019 they said they cannot locate the address.. thats why i message them again to re-delivery my parcel.. i always follow up my parcel but until now my parcel is not delivered yet.. they always seen me in there facebook page.. now i dont where is my parcel.. please help me

I have already waited for 11 days. And the date said for release was on the 10th. And up until now I still can't track it. So what the hell's going on. I want to know where my parcel and my belongings from you people.

May binili akong printer na mabigat at medyo malaki. Ang net weight ay 11kg, ang gross weight ay 13kg (+box and packaging). Ang ginawa ng LBC system, sa halip na gross weight na 13kg ang computation, size ng box ang naging basehan. Naging 20 kg ang equivalent ng kailangang bayaran. Masyadong malaki ang adjustment. Bakit size ng box ang basehan? Una, ang sabi ay Php195 per kilo (ang mahal!) Then box size ang basehan. Bakit pa kinikilo kung box size pala ang basehan?

I would like to report your delivery man in City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
My friend deposited (documents only) it on July 8, 2019 but upon follow up her and to LBC, They said it was delivered already but I haven't received the documents yet.
This happened twice already. I hope you check on this bec. I worked in a very known company in the Philippines and our documents were important to us to deliver on time. Please check all your delivery man if they work base on your policy in LBC.
If it happened again, I will change our courier.
Please have an action on this.
incorrect box
LBC express in Singapore is the worst courier service! When I went to Lucky Plaza to arrange, I wrote on the form that I would like to take the extra large box to be delivered to my home address. I also had the receipt with the correct order. I was so dissapointed to find out that they delivered Small and the guy who processed it at the shop put a wrong size in their system. To think that I was the only customer at that time.I've tried calling 68364788 multiple times but apparently they dont bother to pick up calls! Also called philippines customer hotline and manage to spoke to someone. They say someone from singapore will contact me but no one follow up! I also message this number 91263446. Finally someone replied but keep on pushing the I ordered S. I showed the receipt as a proof but never replied me and never pick up my regular calls and even whatsapp. Seriously your service is the worst of all. It clearly shows how careless and inefficient your staff! Very poor customer service!

I just want to express how devastated and traumatised I am with your horrible and extremely poor and sad service. Why do your employee let me unscrew all the toys that I am supposed to send when in fact it came from overseas that passes the international scanner.
I felt humiliated and harassed. I asked if they have screw driver to do it then but they told me that its my problem already. My goodness. Why do you employ employees who are rude and without customer service. It is beyond poor. This is the first time I ever experienced something like this in my life. I want that employee to be reprimanded or be fired. This should not be tolerated. If this will not be addressed, this will go out open in the social media.
I asked also what should be preferred whether through pick up or delivery but they are so cold. They told me it is for pick up. I asked them if the pick up outlet is near the address I gave them but they told me that the address is not showing up on their system so they don't know. Imagine the stress and humiliation I ever received from you guys. I spend money to buy a screw driver for this. I need some action regarding this. The name of the employee is Gian Lenoa. lousy service in lipa batangas team
Hi LBC, please kindly help me to follow up my parcel in LIPA BATANGAS TEAM. Received in CARRIEDO Branch last JUNE 21 and Forwarded in LIPA BATANGAS TEAM last JUNE 26 but until now the update in the tracking locator is still in LIPA BATANGAS TEAM. Please be responsible in doing your job as we have trusted our parcels in your hand. We comply in the price that you have given so that it will be delivered DOOR to DOOR. I dont care if you LBC having a problem in manpower in LIPA BATANGAS TEAM. If you cannot comply and do your job please stop accepting request deliveries.
I agree, I do have parcel that must be delivered to Lucena branch but as per tracking it was MISTAKENLY forwarded to Lipa batangas. All they can say was we have a problem communicating Batangas Team and they will always follow up. That was June 29 but until now, July 11 it is still at Lipa. Very slow service.

Maraming bastos mag salita! hindi lang isang beses ito nangyari maraming beses na! Pati mga counter sa store niyo mga wala ding manner ang iba. my parcel was delivered at the wrong address
Ang address ko sa parcel ay "ANGELS BURGER COMMISARY, #586 AURORA CRUZ ST. SITIO PROPER, SAN RAFAEL, TARLAC CITY". mali yung house number, dapat 596. Pero nakaindicate naman "ANGELS BURGER COMMISSARY", understood na yun kasi isa lang naman commissary dito at bakit hindi ako tinawagan ng LBC para magconfirm? Meron naman nakalagay na contact number ko. At wala din ako authorized representative na nilagay dun, pero diniliver niyo parin sa maling address. Sana hindi niyo nalang diniliver, binalik nyo nalang sa outlet niyo dito sa tarlac para pick-up ko nalang kung hindi kayo sure sa address, para hindi ko na hinahabol habol yung nakareceived.

It was shipped last june 27 2019 under tracking number [protected]. Upon checking the status online, they have tried to deliver it last july 3 2019 but no ine is around to received it. We have waited for the following day for the delivery and yet no one is contacting me. They should at least called me on the number provided. I havent received my item right now. good day its been a month since my wife came to capas lbc to ask for your service to deliver the package to my friend in sucat. but sad to here when i track the package they deliver it on june 7 2019 but the didnt locate the receiver and they didnt call the reciever. my friend call the lbc main office in makati to ask about what happen the customer service said like this its the courier have a problem not our if you want you can get it in the warehouse! this how you train your employee? my wife pay for the delivery house to house not to pick up in brance or what so ever? then the courier deliver again on june 12 2019. why shoul they deliver it after 5days? i know that lbc is a big company and a lot of customer but we have also need the items that entrusted to your company. its been 10 days when i subbmit a complain about this. lbc capas call my wife and said that they will return the item last thursday but no items came! im dissapointed about this! they need us to pay for another shipment fee. its your courier fault not mine. if they do there duty properly no complain will be subbmited. i am not receiving any responds to your side hope you will do any actions about this
delayed delivery and not accommodating staff
Hi LBC,
This is a formal compliant against LBC Sapang Palay Branch. I've went earlier twice ( early morning and this afternoon)in this branch to follow up my package delivery that should delivered yesterday. The staffs is not accommodating to the customer to answer where my package is. They said it's already in their delivery staff who went to deliver package earlier this morning but until now there is no delivery of my package.
Please take action on this . This is the second time my package is delayed because of the neglegence of the staffs of this branch.

delay of delivery due to negligence resulting to damage of cargo
I just want to inform and at the same time complain about the cargo being shippes last Monday July 1, 2019 which i did not receive until this very moment, Phalaenopsis orchids in particular. It was being declared that the cargo contain such thing which we all onow were perishable.
Upon tracking the said cargo i found out that it was bei g delivered to Tagbilaran City instead of the address being stated. From Tagbilaran it was again being forwarded back to the Central H. Until now the cargo was still underway...3
