Won an Apple Airtag from their tap & win minigame on 25/06/2024, was given a voucher $45 off minimum spent $0 for an Apple Airtag. When clicking redeem on the button, it directs me to the Apple Airtag listing, but was unable to check out using the voucher to redeem my prize because Lazada placed the item under promotion discount.
Contacted support via phone and live chat but was given irrelevant answers that does not pertain to my issue, was even told to use other voucher instead because this is just how their system works. All the attempts to request escalation to the respective department was ignored.
To add to this, since 25/06/2024 until now the item is still repeatedly put on discounted prize which will cause the subsequent winners to not be able to claim their prize too.
