Chrysler review: warranty / exhaust clamps

On Oct 01 / 2018 My 2016 Challenger Hellcat was in for warranty work on the exhaust . When putting the system back together the tech said the clamps wouldn't keep a tight fit and there was a leak . They said the clamps were not in stock but no problem they would have them in the morning . Three days later i demanded my car back with some after market clamps to make due until the OEM ones arrived . They will call me ?
Fast forward to April 2019 and I enquire why no contact and where are my clamps ?
They scheduled me an appointment on April 11 claiming the had the proper clamps in .
I dropped my car off at 8:45 am . Four hrs later they call to say the wrong clamps were sent and they would have to try again . A couple weeks later i went in to complain to the service manager that the service biller Sonia was keeping any of phone promises and where are the damm clamps . He basically pled ignorance and i left totally dismayed at their attitude .
On friday May 31, 2019 service called to say they finally have the proper clamps in and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday June 4th . I brought the car in at 8:15 the agreed upon time and waited . Two hours later they haven't even touched the car yet .Sonia tells me they only have one of the clamps but have found another one local it will be here in an hour. Finally 1pm rolls around and the parts manager wants to talk to me ? You guessed it no other clamp but can get one in a week . Five more hours of my time wasted because these people just don't care .
We're now eight months into this simple service of two exhaust clamps .
I have no faith in a weeks time this will end like they say but i hope it does so i never have to darken their doorway again . I am so done with Langley Chrysler in Surrey, BC
