Lane Furniturevery poor quality and terrible service

We purchased a sectional about three months ago and after delivery, we immediately complained of the quality. Poor padding, bad seams etc.
It took 4 weeks to have someone from Lane to review the problems but now two months later there is no resolution. Unfortunately, the Lane dealer, Temecula Valley Furniture, also fails when it comes to customer service.
We will contact the BBB and file a complaint.

    SAme thing with us, Lane couch and Lane oversized chair, bought form Ivan Smith in Atlanta Tx. Paid almost 2, 000, they won't make it good.No one stands behind nothing. Said it is caused by customer abuse! If sitting on iot is abuse then I guess thats what we've done.

    We bought a Lane couch and oversized chair form Ivan Smith in Atlanta Tx last summer 2010 and 3 months after getting it delivered we noticed it was falling apart at the seams.The seams behind the cushons, the sitching and now the color is comming off.

    After months the store manager came and looked at it and after several months finally sent the couch off to have it repaired. After we had been without a couch for a month we were getting back pain from sitting on the floor and we started calling around to get someone to help us.

    We had to go and get the couch ourselves and when we got it home, the repair job was a digrace. The seams on the arm of couch was gathered from the outside and sewed up, leaving a balled up mess.The couch is falling apart again and the store manager won't even fix the chair, or return our calls, so we went to the district manager, just to be told it is falling apart because of us, said it was customer abuse and treated us like crap.If sitting on it is customer abuse, them we are gulity! They sure didn't mind taking our money, we don't have alot of money and that was almost $2, 000 and now we are going to have to try to buy a new set of furniture.

    This is a scam.They sell you furniture, it falls apart and they blame the customers so they don't have to fix it.
    My advice, don't but Lane Furniture and don't go to Ivan Smith Stores!
