I had a forensic audit done against my mortgage in April of 2024... it was identified that the note for mortgage was sold the Fannie REMIC trust. I informed informed Lakeview of the fraud and requested that the provide me with proof that they were able to collect on my mortgage. Lakeview was not able to provide me with proof. Although Lakeview had been collecting my payments for years they never recorded an assignment of mortgage until 10/22/2024 and then proceeded to foreclose on my property. I live in a non-judicial state, so regardless of the things I did my efforts were ignored. My house was foreclosed on February 3, 2025.
