MY name is Larry Johnson. MY Loan # is [protected]. Lakeview Loan servicing address is P O Box 60509, City Of Industry, Ca. 91716-0509. The servicer is refusing to adjust my Escrow account, as i requested in my e-mailed request dated 10-22-2019. In my request, I provided documentation reflecting the fact that i am 100% tax exempt as a 100% Disabled Veteran. I received a response to my request from them, dated 10-29th, their reference # LTK121420174936406X, stating that my request "has been resolved", and the ticket closed. The only update to my escrow account that they accomplished was the routine updating for the regular Texas Homestead Exemption that all home-owners are eligible for...did not update my account for the 100% Exemption as i requested. I have made 4 phone calls to them since then, and all customer service has been able to tell me is that they see my request in the system notes, but could not say when the 100% Exemption would actually be done. My account has been escrowed for approximately $7100 for property Taxes thru October. I have held off making the November payment, , thinking that any day I would receive notice of the new lower payment (with no property tax impound). My telephone # is [protected]. Lakeview took over collecting my mortgage payment last year in 2017. I had autopay from my checking.in Jan. they did not collect it. When I saw they didnt collect it I called. They said I told them to stop collecting it at the first of the year. That was wrong. They took my checking number to collect the payment. they never collected because they said they had the wrong number. By now its in Feb. by time I notice. They always had my bank number. So now I have a 30 day late payment on my record. I have talked to the people their since and they have waived the late fees. This company reported me to the credit bureau and they have my pay on auto draft. When I called it in, they said they couldn't reach out to the reporting agencies.

All of you need the paper trail. I am having escrow issues with them as well. Make sure you are sending formal request for whatever you need. They can tell you a hundred things over the phone.
The paper trail is better than the phone. I send my payments all certified as well as any corresponding letters to them. I get late payment charges all the time. But I keep my receipts from usps so I can send them a copy. Try to get everything in writing.
Same terrible customer service/ follow through. Just call centers who take no ownership of the actual expediency of the problem.
