On 04 August 2025, whilst playing this game around 20.50, it stated I had won a share of the jackpot totalling £2400. The money was added to my total. I then withdrew the £2400 to be paid back to my Paypal account and it stated it would take 8 hours to review. The next morning my account had been closed! I contacted Customer Service who at no time stated it was an error and said the payout would be forthcoming. (I have a copy of the chat) 24 hours later I received an email saying there was a technical error and the money would not be paid!
Claimed loss: £2400
Desired outcome: To receive my winnings. At no time did the advisers state there may have been an error and said the paymentdelay was due to them having to verify my account

Update - just been on the Chat Room for this game to discover some people were paid their winnings and they then closed ALL of our accounts for 24 hours! Accounts reopened now. If some winners were paid how did the rest of us have a 'technical issue'?
