La Rosa Del Monte

I sent my Toyota Sienna from Toa Baja Puerto Rico to Worcester Massachusetts and my vehicle arrived destroyed. I spent a lot of money following their requirements including a power wash that included the engine. They illegally put heavy dirty merchandise inside the trunk of my vehicle. Destroyed The inside panels and seats and even my front of vehicle was really badly stained. I spoke to Ricardo from The Worcester location and he was very rude all he replied was that I couldn't proof that it was them and that nothing was inside even when is obvious my car was destroyed and their employee said he had to remove things that were not supposed to be in my vehicle. Horrible company and horrible people. They destroy peoples property and could care less as I never heard from the manager. I've called and left emails with no response.
