On the ended of May 2008 I sent from Puerto Rico to Orlando my computer and paid insurance and for delivery for it... In July 2, 2008 I called them and they told me they received it but because they have not route for my area they can't deliver so, I told them I will be pick up the next day and they agree also, they told me that they will be refund the delivery charge and today is 1/07/09 and I still waiting on that refund. Also, I spent more than $500 fixed my computer because the heat damage the mother board and other things and they said the only thing that they cover is if it lost or broken not inside parts or electronics parts. I called NY and Orlando offices several times and they don't care. PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.

    i believe every company has its down side, some companys can take from 2 weeks to a year to pay you back its all on how things are handle. you should of been more careful/aware on how your computer was protected... i used la rosa del monte a on a shipment from IL to PR it was good took around 5 weeks and my thing were delivery good some minor damages but hey everything got here.

    I used la rosa del monte to move my car and my apartment items which had some antiques and large framed art that is very precious to me from PA to TX. They handled everything with care and it all arrived at my apartment in great condition. I believe this was in due in large part to the way the company advised me on how to prepare all of my fragile items before packing to avoid any kind of damages during transit. That kind of knowledge, experience and attention to detail is priceless.

    I USE LA ROSA DEL MONTE TO MOVED MY ENTIRE HOUSE ITEM TO LAJAS PUERTO RICO I GOT A LOT OF THING BROKEN ASK ME TO SEND PICTURE AND STATEMENT WISH I DID THIS WAS BACK ON OCTOBER OF 2009 WAS FOR 900.00 THEY OFFER 250.00 AND SAID THEY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN ITEM IN BOX STILL WHY THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR INSURANCE I STILL NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY FOR MY DINNING ROOM CHAIR THEY OFFER ME 250.00 I SEE THEY NOT GOING TO PAY THE 900.00 I SING PAPER TO AGREE FOR THE 250.00 STILL NOT RECEIVED IT I CALL PUERTO RICO OFFICE THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF MY CLAIM IS NILSA DIAZ TALK TO HER ON 03/11/2010 ASK WHAT HAPPEN SAID PAYMENT WAS SEND OUT ASK WHEN SAID SHE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN .GOING TO BE ALMOST TWO YEAR SEND PICTURE OF EVERYTHING TO PUERTO RICO OFFICE NO RESULT YED PLEASE NEED ANSWER ASAP.

    They broke my expensive speakes, mattress queens size lots of stuff they r horrible u know how much they want to give us for a mattress. 30 dollars I'm so upset and I pay extra insurance for everything they r horrible people and monsters
