La Quinta Inns & Suites review: Security refund deposit

I stayed at the La Quinta in Bakersfield California on Riverside drive on August 17th the rooms was infested with roaches

I checked out on the 18th and I still haven't received my security deposit back I stayed 3 other times there with no problems I've always had my deposit back on my card within 10 minutes after checkout.

It is the 3rd of September and still havent received my deposit back.
