La Quinta Inns & Suites review: Credit card

I stayed at la Quinta in Sarasota FL on may 2 2020 however my card was charged 2 times once on may 5 and one on may 6 . I called and asked for a refund and they said no they only have one charge so when I asked to send my credit card statement they have me a number that works not accept my emails I want a full refund. I was charged 154. And I have papers to prove it that wasn't the worst the rooms had throw upon bed. Smelled like Jennie filthy dirty. And when confronted manager asked to such or room but the other room was just as bad anyway I wrote abad review and next day I was charged 2 times. I want my money back.
