Krystal Cancun Fraud and Total Scam!

We keep receiving these emails claiming that we owe a maintenance fee, and have ignored them because they are not accurate, and are fraudulently attributing debt to our good name.

Years ago, we opted for a time-share at the Krystal Cancun that was GUARANTEED NOT TO HAVE maintenance fees. Furthermore, we were solicited by Rafael Septien for an additional $10, 000.00 investment that was supposed to earn us a return on our money. We didn't know at the time that this was actually illegal for him to do. We paid over $10, 000 and after several email exchanges with Rafael Septien, we realized that we would never see a return on our money.

We never stayed at their RIPOFF Resort again and now, a decade later, we are getting invoices for maintenance fees. We have the original contract which states NO Maintenence fees EVER. We even have a hand written statement from Rafael Septien stating that we would see a return on our additional investment of $10, 000.

These con-artists get away with their crimes because they are based in Mexico and there seems to be little that can be done here in the United States.

My wife and I are retired now so I plan to spend my days exposing their fraudulent practices on every online venue that I can if they don't make things right and they don't stop ripping Americans off!

Don't spend your money with them and maybe their nasty reputation will lead to closure. I doubt it, but one can only hope!

Desired outcome: Stop billing us for maintence fees and pay us back for $10,000 of our investment.

We just opened an account with them 6/23/2021 but are home now and realizing it’s a scam as well. We fortunately will not be taking a loss as big as yours because we only put down 1, 300. We will be emailing to cancel because we have the 5 day grace period. Should be put a pause on our credit card used!? Can they come after us legally?

Krystal Cancun Vacation timeshare

We were stopped at the airport while looking for a taxi. As we were coming out from the terminal at the airport, a lady, named Elena showed us prices and options and had a conversation with us about where we were from and what brought us to Cancun. She asked if we had any excursions booked and immediately showed us flyers of different places to visit. She told us the prices and said she could give us tickets for a lower price. We were tired from traveling all day and she asked us for $100 cash for two tickets. She ordered our taxi and said that she invited us to Krystal Resort in Cancun to have free breakfast and take a tour of the hotel so if next time we came we could stay there and she would pay for the taxi. She told us to make sure not to tell the bell boy at our hotel where we were going until we got in the taxi, which was a bit weird but she said our hotel would get mad if we said where we were going. She told us to bring our IDs and credit cards just so they could see the logos. She also said she would be the one greeting us at the hotel.
When we arrived at the hotel I called Elena and she told me she had to go back to the airport but someone else was waiting for us. We sat down and a man asked us for our IDs and credit. He only looked at the expiration date and took a picture with his phone. He had us sign a paper but we weren't really sure what it was for. He told us we were going to have breakfast and take a tour and and at the end if we wanted to become members then we could purchase the membership and if we weren't interested then we would get our tickets.
A different lady came and took us to eat breakfast and I thought I was going to eat breakfast alone with my husband but she joined us. Conversation was about vacationing and where were from and occupations. She asked us about average amount we spend on vacations per year and our income. She toured us throughout the hotel. At the end of the tour she took us to an office upstairs and she offered us drinks and showed us some plaques about the company. I never got the actual name of the company but I think it was made up. A different man sat down with us and kept asking us if we wanted cocktail drinks and we said no. He started writing numbers on a notepad and talking about how becoming a member we would be able to only stay in ocean view suites no matter where we travel in the world and that based on our income we would have very affordable vacations for the rest of our lives. They told us we would have to pay $19, 000 and we had to only pay $80 that day. We said we were not interested and they kept persuading us and lowered the price all the way down to $1500. They used many intimidating scare tactics to feel guilty for not agreeing to anything. I kept reminding them that I already paid $100 the previous day to the Elena at the airport and I wanted my tickets. They finally gave up and took us to the tour ticket area where we got our tickets and free José Cuervo with shirts and a cap.

Krystal Cancun I got scammed and have nothing in return.

I was deceived: On November 6th, 2012, my girlfriend and I (Stacey Brigham and Ted H. Franse) attended a sales presentation at the NH Krystal resort in Cancun Mexico, The first sales representative that we were introduced to gave a brief tour of the resort. (although no rooms were available to show due to remodeling, so they say) we found it kind of odd why he wanted to know not [1] once but [2] twice how long we were staying in Cancun? [The probe] we told him that we were leaving in a few days and as the tour continued and Roy began to explain to us what RCI was about and also talked about all the places that our family could vacation at around the world sensing that we were not that interested, he then introduced us to a second sales representative. [The switch off] This sales person knowingly and intentionally, lured us in on the idea of buying into this [Vacation Club Investment] for generating income and by letting them rent out these weeks to Conventional Attendees across the street and by depositing the weeks with a timeshare rental company. (Continental Connections was the rental company that he / they said to contact and that was who they set us up with). The Quality Assurance Manager GUARANTEED that they would be renting all 15(power weeks) weeks all at once to convention and golf tournaments attendees and etc. We were promised that we could get back at least if not more than $10, 500; which by far would cover the entire cost of program and more. I knew that we could not get rich from this offer and it sounded good.[ Bait] They also "assured us / me'' that the weeks would be rented no less than 5 weeks a year and may even take a little longer. I was still skeptical and reluctant to sign the contract, but the only reason we went in the first place, was that they would be taking a timeshare I had and take that off my hands. Then they also said that in addition to this "Investment opportunity" we would also be included access to what he said was NH Krystal exclusive travel club ICE (International Cruise and Excursions). He said that as a member of this travel club our vacations would be unlimited and that we could use this membership as often as we liked. Our family could vacation all over the world, and the club offered reduced rates that would give us 20-40% off airfare. It was also said that we would pay no more than $399 per week for accommodations that could sleep up to 10 people for future travel world-wide which was especially appealing to us, since I / we travel a lot. The assurance manager said that the annual membership fee for ICE is $199, but because he said he liked us so much he said would be waiving ICE the fee for the first (2) two years. When we asked if we could purchase ONLY the ICE travel club and not the “investment opportunity” and He said No, and that the club is ONLY available exclusively to NH Krystal Vacation Club members. This travel club sounded great to us, since the cost of traveling with our whole family easily exceeds $399. We were GUARANTEED an income generating "Investment", discounted vacations with ICE. During the purchase process Krystal disclaimed their guarantee to the rental income, The assurance manager noticed my pause as I read the sentence, but quickly explained that the Krystal lawyers stated that they could not include that clause since the renting out there{Vacation Club} are handled by the broker (Continental Connections). ''WE'' specifically told Him that the only way I would even consider this deal, that they purchase my current timeshare from “Hyatt”. They agreed to take my Hyatt timeshare as part of the deal. Needless to say that this sales presentation was supposed to take only 90 minutes but winded up taking a little over five (5) hours, this is how pressed they were for our business! This purchase turned out to be nothing, but a scam. We / I did not get my 15 weeks, which was the actual program I purchased. For what I ended up paying just over $2, 850 US dollars, charged on my Harley card. I also had to pay $695 to “Continental Connections” to list those 15 weeks and they charged $695 dollars, on my Harley card. That ended up being a total scam too. I was also provided the opportunity to buy back my Hyatt timeshare for $1, 000, which I did, on my Capital One Credit Card. Now, had I known they really never sold me anything, I ended up getting scammed out of that $1, 000 dollars, too. A person named Hans directed us into an office and had me speak with a broker on the phone at Continental Connections for the Resale and Rentals that he (Hanz) personally called. Hans had me speak with the broker to confirm a date and time that he (the broker) could call us when arrived back to the US in regards to preparing our 15 weeks to be made available for rental. Hans and the broker both reassured us and guaranteed us that there would not be problem renting out the 15 weeks. [Lie] Hans was very charming and smooth and said we were special and that he generally doesn't go out his way for his clients like this period! He also mentioned that by taking care of us we would send him referral's when we returned to the U.S. I mean he went above and beyond, by inviting us back to the resort after we purchased this so call "Vacation Club investment” and that this was {A LIGITEMENT} deal and we had nothing to worry about.. [Lie] he then gave us tickets for a swim with the dolphins trip. This man! Befriended US we really thought he was genuine and that this was a ''LEGINTIMATE PURCHASE'' and a good investment that would benefit our family, we were really excited about it. Hans offered what we thought was a ''perfect solution'' as he stated NH Krystal as an "investment" opportunity with there so called Vacation Club, and in addition our package included an affordable way for our family to travel around the world. (Which we would have been perfectly satisfied with purchasing WITHOUT buying the time share, but were told we were not able to). Before I knew this was all a scam, I was contacted by I.C.E. I paid a $2, 999 cost and a fee of $399 and 18 payments charged to my Harley card for $153.44 dollars. Now I cannot get access to my I.C.E. account and they are also requesting more money. The manager’s name was Maxine [protected] ext. 4319), I’ve already been screwed for over $8, 000 dollars, so I do not planned to get screwed for more money. When we arrived back home to the United States the broker from Continental Connections as scheduled called to obtain information so that our "Investment" property could listed and made available for renting immediately. (Yet during the presentation in Cancun Hanz failed to disclose that the broker would require a $695 broker fee). Continental Connections sent me a contract to sign, in the contract, it said it would be listed 24/7 and 365 days a year. It never was, listed. They stated and have on their paperwork that they have been a broker for over 75 years and will have no problem renting all my 15 weeks. I would periodically contact the folks at Continental Connections to see what, if anything was happening and I was instructed, nothing yet. Eventually I attempted to contact them, and they are nowhere to be found. No emails, no replies, phone numbers no longer work. I later found tons of complaints after complaints after complaints, on the internet from customers just like myself I, being made the same promises and guarantees and NH Krystal not delivering on them, My heart fell to the floor, as I realized that we had also become a victim of the same scam, lies and deception. Well Maxine said that ICE is SEPARATE from NH Krystal and that even if I cancelled my contract with NH Krystal, I would still be able to enroll in the ICE travel club. So NH Krystal and Hanz LIED! (Knowingly and intentionally) I contacted the brokers Continental Connections for resale and rentals and spoke with the customer service manager Contratos, who of course said that they cannot and did not make these guarantees, and that I should contact NH Krystal. I have sent several emails to Mr. Ray Rubio ph# [protected] ext 703 and Laura Gonzalez ph# [protected] ext. 728 and have sent tons of emails to their Quality Assurance person “Martha Gonzalez”. They are not able to be contacted or reached. The NH Krystal Cancun sales tactics are intentional, unethical, fraudulent, deceitfully and misleading, this type of action is illegal. I am requesting all charges to my Harley Card and Capital One Credit cards be reversed. Basically this contract was built on lies, and was presented to us as a property investment with high profit returns. NH Krystal and Hanz deliberately an intentionally deceived us and also hid that fact that we had option to purchase the ICE travel club without buying into their so called “Investment opportunity”. The existence of fraud is prevalent and should be cause for this contract to be voided. Had we seen these complaints prior this we would have walked away, better yet ran away from them when we first arrived in Cancun Mexico and were approached by NH Krystal representatives at the airport. As a consumer we have the right to receive sufficient and truthful information about the products acquired (articles 32, 33, & 34 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law of Mexico. Because the NH Krystal purposely misrepresented their product. “To constitute fraud the misrepresentation [or omission] must be made knowingly and intentionally, not as a result of mistake or accident; that is, that the person either knew or should have known of the falsity of the misrepresentation [or the false effect of the omission], or that he made the misrepresentation [or omission] in negligent disregard of its truth or falsity.” I am flying to Cancun on January 2nd 2016 to try and get in the Hotel, and see if I can politely convince them to give my money back. Sincerely, Ted H. Franse The Cardholder.

Anyone interested in participating in a potential lawsuit against Krystal, please email me at krystalresortsvictims krystalresortsvictims@gmail.com. I will be happy to respond with a phone call, video chat, etc., and I will give you proof that I am a victim working to help all of us get our money back (I am NOT asking you for any money or commitment). I will expect the same from anyone contacting me. You can also find a video of myself in a recorded phone call proving that I am a true victim. Search "Timeshare Victims of Krystal Resorts" on YouTube. I know it's frustrating to see all of the warnings against people offering to help, and you don't know who to trust after already being scammed in such a big way. But there is power in numbers, and I have a VERY long list of victims to work with.

Where does one go for help if they have been scammed by Krystal Cancun? My friend paid the purchase price IN FULL up front. Now maintenance fees are being paid and no sales or refunds have been received. Now there has been an offer to purchase the timeshare for double what it is worth, through a broker in PA., but the buyer is in Mexico. They are trying to get more money from another scam!

I feel so bad for my friend. I was there when the timeshare was purchased. It sounded so good and they were very convincing. I feel partly responsible because I said, "If it is everything they say it is, it is a great deal." Should have known it was a scam because it was in Mexico!

I would like to be clear about that our resort and staff was awesome, my problem was on to trust we deposit in the company that the sales guy recommend to work with, but after this almost 3 long years, the person in charge of the company has been decided to work with me and take responsibility until we both can feel satisfy. I'm hoping to see that happen.

RE: Your Email Indicating a Cancellation of a Rental Account - $65, 000.00 USD FRAUD

Dear Sir / Madame,

I am the signatory on the account in question and I have never had a conversation with you or have authorized you in anyway to cancel any account. Currently there is a legal dispute with this account because of your companies inability to accuratly list or market the room and thereby provide any income from it as promised by Krystal Cancun Resort. The only reason that we have dealt with or have any knowledge of Global Resort Connections is because of the introduction through the Krystal Cancun Resort and we have tried many times to straighten out issues with this ownership / marketing and supposed income plan that simply has not worked or provided anything other than headaches since its inception.

I have tried in every way to be nice and decent about this but we have no results and nothing to show for it. There has been no proof of any listing, there is no documented evidence of attempts to rent or even market the room, the money that was paid in for an ownership under the guise of an investment wherein it would be rented and generate an income – provide an income to the hotel and provide an income to the timeshare owner – has never lived up to the promise. I am seeking a resolution to this with the full refund of all of our monies. I am at the same time pursuing police action and seeking an injunction prohibiting both Global Resort Connections and the Krystal Cancun Resort from operating until we are repaid in full plus expenses, frustration of contract fees, and damages for pain and suffering. If we can settle this quietly then I will accept a settlement of payment in full otherwise I will hire a mexican attorney and ask the Policia Federal to step in as this is a scam that is hurting mexico and its name and reputation.

Please respond within the next 72 hours.

RE: Threats & Harassment

Dear Martha,

Happy 2016. It seems after all of our work to get this consolidated into a single contract, in August of 2015, there is still some major discrepancy going on and we are again getting calls from Concord for payment of fees on the two contracts which were "cancelled".

There was verbal abuse and threats made to my wife Bernadeta this afternoon when a representative of Concord was calling on behalf of The Krystal Cancun to collect fees for a double bedroom suite that had neither been marketed nor rented and for which we had gone back and forth over contracts since 2013 when we had first made the investment. This was "sold to us as an investment that would pay a 25% per annum return in addition to our investment and that we would not only get our money back but would enjoy vacations, a nice rental income and a guaranteed return on investment of the property. None of it has come to pass.

Furthermore nothing has been rectified with Global Resort Connections as per our discussion so they do not have the current contract.

There were also refunds that should have been issued against both the marketing and listing fees with GRC and there was to be no fees for a year for the contract, all other fees reversed and we were to have further consideration because of the ongoing mess that I believed we had corrected. It has become such a burden and stressor that my wife has entered into a discussion with Global Resort Connections to simply sell it outright.

This cannot continue in this manner. Can you please help me to rectify the situation, make sure that GRC has the proper contract(s) on file, eliminate the ones no longer in use and contact Concord and get them to cease and desist until this is properly resolved - they are your credit collection agency, call them off. I do not want any further threatening phone calls going to my residence; it is unconscionable.

Either this is a real and legitimate enterprise or it's a scam. If it's a scam please note that I have copied both the Canadian Consulate and the Policia Federal on this letter and you will be hearing from them presently. If you wish to resolve this amicably then please either allow us to sell the timeshare without further hassle through GRC for what we would have earned or alternatively refund the $60, 000.00 USD directly to Bernadeta. I am done trying to negotiate through this matter.

Failure to reply in 48 hours will result in all materials being provided along with a statement of claim directly to the Policia Federal.

Gracias.

Hi Martha.

Can you give me something to go back to Global Resort Connections with as I need to have everything amended as of the date that we were able to get the paperwork taken care of and the contract ratified. I have received a bill from them for the year but we spent a good portion of the year going back and forth to amend the documents. I need to push them back and properly set the billing dates as of the time frame when everything should be commencing with the new agreement.

Further, since it has gone from two agreements / two contracts to one - I need to get a refund from them for the initial fees. Would you please help facilitate this ?

Martha Gonzalez,

Dear Martha, I sent an email and tried to call several times as I was arranging for the final payment from my bank in Belize and need the bank details. I tried to send the money to the Krystal International Vacation Club but the transfer was returned saying that the “receiving bank had not accepted the transaction”. Can you please contact me and confirm the banking details, the amount due – I believe it was $22, 500.00. I have already started receiving mail from the collection agency for the finance option of the contract but have never had any interest in that arrangement and have been trying very unsuccessfully to get in touch with you. I am very disappointed that my previous email went unanswered and as a result am copying this email to ALL of the contacts as offered in the information kit with our contracts.

I have further questions, but they will wait until I have received the correct banking information from you so that I can make this transfer.

Krystal Cancun Old photos on website

If you plan on booking your hotel stay at Krystal Hotel - Don't check the Krystal Hotels Timeshare department's website for accurate photos of the resort because they aren't up-to-date. The hotel apparently went under renovations and now there are changes to the pool area and the lobby. They took away the swim-up bar.

I agree with you, do NOT stay at Krystal, the hotel is old and the lack of maintenance is evidence. Do not stay at Royal Elite either, the resort is absolutely beautiful, but the timeshare harassment is the worst! this is another forum with more Royal Elite Timeshare complaints:

1. Michael, our salesperson promised us a code number that we will be
able to put in at any airfare ticket sites on the internet as a whole
seller and therefore getting discounts on air fare for up to “65% of
the original price” (according to him). He even showed us a demo of how he goes to a site
name Kayak and on the bottom of the site, they had a place where you
needed to put this code in and to get a discount of more than 50% on
the list price. BOTH ME AND MY WIFE SAW THIS WITH OUR OWN EYES. Since
then, we constantly were asking thousands of times for this code only
to find out that this was a LIE.( LIE#1)
2. The reason that we purchased this timeshare was for an INVESTMENT
ONLY. Michael approached us with this deal as an investment. We
discussed with Eduardo the same fact and so did we with you. We had
nor do we have now a reason to purchase a timeshare for our own use.
3. At the discussion, Michael and afterwards Eduardo have told us
specifically that once we sign the contract with you, Continental
Corporation has already rented the room for the rest of the season
therefore we will be paid the sum of $21, 000 on November 1, 2012 (LIE
#2).
4. At the discussion about Concord Corporation, it was mentioned by
Michael “YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING, THEY DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU”.
After we spoke to Concord Corporation, we understood the reality that
Concord’s only function is to advertise the availability of the unit,
and even that has to be paid by us. A fact that was never mentioned
(LIE#3)!
5. Lloyds Corporation in England has nothing to do with this
transaction. THE LLOYDS CORPORATION WHICH YOU REFERRED US IN THE
TRANSACTION HAS ITS MAIN OFFICE IN PANAMA CITY AND IS A COMPANY OF
SHARLETAN’S THAT PROMISED US A GAIN OF 23% RETURN ON MY INVESTMENT EVERY YEAR. Something that everybody knows is a FRAUD after Berney Madoff’s
scam ! (LIE#4)
6. We discussed this issue with the United States Council in Cancun
and the Mexican council in New York City. Both of them are aware of
your scam and are currently working on a legal way to put a stop to
it!

Krystal Cancun I was scammed at the NH Krystal Cancun

I was scammed at the NH Krystal Cancun By the X-Superbowl star Rafael Septien of the Dallas Cowboys, who is also a conflicted CHILD MOLESTER! I went to the 90 min presentation just to get the free gifts. Because as I told Mr. Septien I already have two timeshares and do not need, nor want a third TIMESHARE! He quickly turn the conversation to investing in the Krystal. He started saying how He would have 60 units for 5 years and receive rental income of $23, 000 a year for five years. But I have to give him $38, 000! He is very believable but this man cannot be trusted! He would not stop with the LIES until I finally gave in! I have never had anyone Lie to me with a straight face and NO CONSCIENCE! He did not care how taking $38, 000 would affect ME! I have all kinds of paper work with his signature and proof of his lies and will not stop until I either get my money back or EXPOSE them to the world!

I bought a timeshare with Royal Holiday and they lied to me at everything, every time I check for travel dates are not available and it's cheaper to booked flight and hotel with Expedia. The service is really bad, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I cannot talk to her and that I cannot cancel my membership. I't´s been a nightmare for me! I was doing a research on internet about this fraudulent resort and how to get out of this fraud, i found this information and i want to share it with you, i hope it helps someone:

In Aug 2014 I signed a contract with the Kyrstal Cancun in good faith based on the salesmen's "investment strategy" to get one of their recommended brokers to rent my weeks. I didn't realize util I returned to Canada and signed up with the recommended broker to rent my weeks that the Krystal salesmen used fraudulent and deceptive trade practices. I am filling a formal complaint and I will do my best to shake things up for them! I will keep you posted with my action plan.

Timeshare scams are HUGE problem in Mexico. We purchased a Royal Elite Timeshare last year. We were promised all kinds of opportunity, while they kept serving us cold Coronas. Between HSI, RCI, and Royal Elite it seems that this is all a scam. We initially made three payments of $800, and now after Royal Elite has made a mistake with their collections back in the end of 2008, Monterey Financial has been threatening to send me to court to recover the unpaid portion ever since. Royal Elite is almost impossible to contact. This has become a huge pain, and a troubling financial burden. These are more complaints made on the Royal Elite timeshare resorts:

Krystal Cancun Sand too hot

My daughter aged 3 burned her feet on the sand when we were on vacation at Krystal Hotels and Timeshare resorts last month.
They should have signs up to warn parents about the dangers the hot sand has on little tender feet.

As a parent of two young children, I do think that the Krystal Hotels could do more about warning concerned parents about the temperature of the sand. Parents be warned about the hot sand when you're at the Krystal Hotel in Puerto Vallarta.

No one told your kids to walk on the sand. This is your fault. The sand was there minding its own business and here your kids go walking all over it. Your kids feet should have fell off. You gone learn from this.

I agree with Erica's comment: sand hot is not going to kill your coddled kids.. and the resort does not need to waste $ on signs to alert other parents. In fact, I would guess that most parents know about sand being hot from the Mexican sun .. I've been to Cancun before and that white sand can get quite hot in the afternoon but its not going to cause harm to anyone.
Its time to let your kids be kids and god forbid, scrape their knees.

This is the problem with the soccermom mentality - that somehow their kids are too fragile and precious to survive the same activities that we all managed to survive - like hot sand, or jungle-gyms .. Your kids will be FINE with the same sand that everyone else walks on. No, Krystal Timeshares do not need to inform their guests and members that the sand is too hot. Maybe get some $2 sandals before you go to the beach if you're that worried about your kids feet.

I know how you feel, and it seems like this is a common problen in Mexico. I purchased a travel program through Sandos Playacar at Royal Elite Timeshare Resort in Playa del Carmen last March and I requested to cancel within the 5 day grace period but they still have not refunded my down payment of over $9000 US dollars. I have been in touch with people there and they say they are working the process but it takes time. It has now been almost 5 months and I am losing faith they will ever pay me back. Krystal Cancun Fraudulent

I am also a victim of the misrepresentation of NH Krystal Sales Department regarding their timeshares. If it was straight forward presented as so, I would have never considered buying one. Instead they presented it as an investment and I was supposed to receive rental money. I even paid extra $600 plus to Regal something for them to handle the rental process. As of today, I never received any rental income and instead being billed for maintenance fee. I never used their facilities since I paid $9, 000 up front. I am seeking assistance to dispute this sales transaction and received somehow reimbursement. I appreciate any assistance. Please send any information on what I can do at this point to [protected]@yahoo.com. Thank you.

Krystal Cancun Wrongful maintenance fee charges

We started receiving aggressive collection calls from Concord Servicing Corp. po box 150 Scottsdale, AR. 85252. They had been retained by Hotelera Chicome, S.A. De C.v. to assit in collection of this debt. The debt was supposedly past due maintenance fees w/ penalty and intrest. The timeshare we purchased back in 2001 w/ a revolving 13 week two bedroom over 25 years. Maintenance fee was due when rooms where booked, end of story. The Krystal Cancun claims this was never in writting and that maintenance fees are due every year wether rooms are booked are not. This is the first time they have ever tried collecting said fees in the past nine years of ownership.
We paid in excess of $10, 000. for the thirteen weeks, and only did so because Kivc assurd us that we'd be able to resell weeks at a premium that would almost pay the cost off in selling four weeks. Later I found this to also be an unwritten fraud.
Looking to keep possesion of remaining eleven weeks and obliterate this bogus debt.
Thankful for your prestigious help in this matter.

Anyone interested in participating in a potential lawsuit against Krystal, please email me at krystalresortsvictims@gmail.com. I will be happy to respond with a phone call, video chat, etc., and I will give you proof that I am a victim working to help all of us get our money back.

Hi James and Daniel,
I have a very similar case, except that I bought my timeshare in 2008. I have paid off my loan within a few years; however, two of my payments were never credited to my account. I received numerous calls from Concord in 2011. Even after I provided proof of payments (cashed checks) and other evidence, Krystal still could not verify my payment. After several months of collecting call harassment, Concord sent me a letter in September informing me that they will stop collection efforts while attempting to verify my debt. I haven’t heard from them since then, and have no idea whether the two payments were located. Regarding the maintenance fee, I was also told at the purchase time that the fee is due only if I use the timeshare. Even though I never used it, I did receive a bill in late 2009 for the 2010 maintenance fee via email, which I paid on time. This is the only maintenance fee bill I have ever received. Since then, I haven’t received any bill statement from Krystal or Concord. I am not sure whether I should contact them regarding the status of my account. I was wondering if and how your cases have been resolved and whether you are still responsible for the maintenance fee even if you don’t use the timeshare. I would greatly appreciate your help and advice, as well as suggestions from others who might have similar experiences. Thanks.

It seems like this is a very common problem in Mexico. My wife & i bought into a Royal Elite Timeshare in Playa del Carmen. We stayed in sandos caracol resort & signed contract for royal elite. we've found out in the last few months that availiablity of resorts that we require are very limited (sales person shown us extensive range of hotels). flight deals are no better than booking myself. we enquired to stay lanzarote sandos dec 2012 the ai rate is in total $1900 for the week. i feel that this is going to be costly in the long run, not the ideal deal that was sold to us. Krystal Cancun bad business

My friend and I arrived in Cancun July 9, 2011. At the airport we were approached by a salesman offering us free excursions if we visit their hotel and listen to the sales pitch on vacation timeshares. We signed up and attended on July 11. We were treated horribly the moment we entered the hotel.
1. The sales person from the airport did not pick us up like planned, met us at the hotel and refused to honor the deals he promised us at the airport.
2. The woman showing us the hotel was not friendly, and seemed put out that we were there.
3. When my friend and I told the manager that we were not able to purchase the timeshare, he called over a man who worked for the builder.
4. That man was the rudest person I have run into in a long time. He tried to persuade us to purchase the timeshare and when we told him "no" due to finances, he asked why we were on vacation if we had such a tight budget, called us liars, then asked why we were wasting HIS time!
5. The assistant manager was called when we tried to redeem our excursions and we were NOT given either the discounts or the free excursion.

I have not been insulted, degraded or talked down to like I was by the staff at Krystal Cancun. It was a horrible experience and left my friend and I reeling and extremely pissed off. The rest of my experience in Cancun and Mexico in general has been amazing. I will never stay at Krystal Hotel, nor will i recommend it to anyone else.

Krystal Cancun SCAM

This time share is a complete SCAM. They have been ripping people off for several years now. We have just fallen victim to their lies. They will promise you the sale of weeks to pay for the price of the time share. An outside company is contacted while you are still in their office and you speak to the person that is to sell your weeks. This never happens. They also told us that they would sell our daughter's time share for the same price as ours (two for one) this was not true either. They also told us that the price of selling the weeks was included in our price for the time share. This was also a lie. Don't be their next victim.

Krystal Cancun False Information

In May 2010, my husband and I went to Cancun for vacation. We were greeted at the airport by someone wanting us to look at their resort. We told them if it has to do with a timeshare we are not interested. He said that it was not, so we decided to check it out. We were told someone will pick us up at our Resort and take us to breakfast the next day. Maria Levy met us at Krystal Cancun and we went to breakfast next door. After breakfast, we went back to Krystal and she showed us around and then we met her husband Steve Levy, whom was the actual salesman. When we sat down and he started presenting Krystal to us, we explained to him we would not be interested because we already have timeshares and do not want any more. After not getting anywhere with us, he presented it as an investment. It was a 25 year membership for $16, 900. Although with it as an investment, he said we would make $53, 200 in 3 years, $10, 600 in August 2010, $21, 280 in 2011 in 2 payments and another $21, 280 in 2012. He wrote all this down as he was explaining it. With us being there half the day because we still were not 100% sure this was a good move, but with us having a son just starting college, we were dumb enough to get sucked in. We asked him if it was a guarantee on the income, and he said yes. He gave a business card of the company that was going to handle this for us and hand wrote two peoples name to contact. He also gave us a paper that was faxed that same day from that company stating pretty much the same thing. He also said at the end of the 25 years, we would get back everything we paid for the membership into Krystal thru an annuity. Later to find out when we got back home that we would have needed to pay $900 to this Lloydshare Annuity, which we did not do, of course. They were very quick at getting us approved thru Bank of America Credit Card.
After we asked questioned about several of the statements and of course got answers that continued to convince us that we would not have anything to worry about, they gave us a guy that taxied us around Cancun the rest of the day. Then Maria Levy scheduled a day off to hang out with us on Tuesday and she toured us around Cancun and actually took us to her home. They gave us no reason to think that this would not be what they presented to us as an investment. Now I understand why we were treated like a king and queen. We had no reason to think anything different until we left Cancun.
After hearing nothing in August, in Sept, I contacted the company again to find out about the first check and of course, they didn’t have anything for us yet. NOTHING!
After contacting Ray Rubio- Quality Assurance Manager about the misrepresentation we received from Steve Levy, and we were not interested in continuing this transaction, he emailed back saying we misunderstood and everything is in the papers we signed.
Stay far away from Krystal Cancun. These people are good actors. After doing some research, it looks like this is typical practice for them. Please do not get mixed up in anything Krystal International Vacation Club has to offer. They are very good at what they do with the false guarantees and promises. Hopefully our unfortunate situation will help prevent anyone else from getting into a situation like this. Our memory of Cancun is very depressing. 5 months later and I still lose sleep thinking about our situation.

Krystal Cancun fraudulent timeshare purchase

I too purchased timeshare weeks and was given over 250 extra weeks to "rent" by this fraudulent company. I am embarrassed to say I did this, because there were red flags waving all around me, mentally, as I succumbed to their high pressure antics. I still have a 14k Bank of America debt I am responsible for. I tried to cancel through american express, but upon their inquiry, they stated that Krystal showed them I had signed paperwork and I was responsible. Now I am trying to find some way to recover even a small amount of the money. At least they quit demanding that I pay them a maintenance fee. I have not tried to "rent" one of these free weeks. has anyone else tried to do it?
I am open to participating in a class action suit, but good luck in mexico. I don't think they do this sort of thing.

We went to Cancun in May 2010 and also ended up with some weeks in Krystal. They talked us into purchasing for investment purposes only and gave a faxed sheet for continental connections whom was suppose to do the renting of the weeks. First payment from them was suppose to be in August and of course we havent' seen anything. I am now stuck with this Krystal ordeal. I contacted G&G Timeshare Solution to see whats my options. They said it is hard to get the money back from Krystal but they were willing to try get it canceled. Not sure what I should do.

Krystal Cancun Misrepresentation/Theft

The staff at this hotel sold me a vacation package for $2000. When I returned home and contacted the second-party agency offering the travel services, ICE Platinum Rewards, I discovered the rates and particulars given to me by the salesperson in Cancun were in conflict with what the agent working for ICE described. She told me many of the rates and claims he made were simply not true.

I called and emailed Krystal to complain, and even filed a dispute with my credit card company, a total of 8 attempts to contact. The only reply I received was an automated email reply saying a high volume of emails meant it would take a week to respond...and a response 2 months later to my credit card dispute rejecting the claim.

The rejection indicated I had 5 business days to cancel. But I did not try to use the program until 30 days later, so how would I know I needed to cancel? Apparently the Mexican government has a law that protects buyer's remorse but not consumer fraud.

The staff people will ambush you at the airport and offer you reduced travel services in exchange for a tour of the hotel. I am no neophyte, and suspected this was going to be a time share pitch. But I stood firm in resisting said pitch. What I was not prepared for was to be worn down with a one-on-one extended pitch that lasted upwards of 2 hours, with not one, but a total of 4 salespeople, operating one in succession of the other, each offering an increasingly inexpensive "deal."

I rejected all of the successive time-share type packages, but felt like the vacation rewards package could actually be beneficial for some trips we were planning, if offered apart from the other items and for the right price.

*What I did not count on was the specifics promised being a lie.*

*What I did not count on was the staff's routine of wearing me down and exhausting me to the point of diminishing my skepticism.*

*What I did not count on was a government that promotes such deceptive behavior by allowing these businesses a forum in the airport, where one of them actually masqueraded as my pre-paid taxi service...while forcing the legitimate taxi companies with good customer service records to wait outside the airport.*

I hand wrote the specifics on the contract, but my salesman told me Mexico does not allow handwritten provisions on contracts, printed out another and told me all I had to do if I had any problem was to contact him and he would work out the details. But of course, I cannot get anyone with authority to call me back. Go ahead and call me naive, then put yourself in the same situation and see what happens. Or better yet, don't test yourself.

I am getting to the point where I am close to spending an additional $100 on long-distance calls to try to resolve a conflict that is beyond resolution due to a tourism philosophy that prefers bilking and burning to establishing loyal return visitors.

As a result I now have 7 years worth of vouchers to a hotel I have no interest in visiting due to my experience.

The exact same think happened to us this past week. We agreed to the vacation package because we thought it was beneficial for $399 or less a week. We were told you can go anywhere, anytime in the network. I saw your post on returning home and got worried. I looked on the site and it only lists specific places and dates. That is not what was described and sold to us via the representative in Cancun. I called ICE and they said there is only the limited availability. We were also told we could transfer it to guests, no problem, but it looks like there are fees involved. Needless to say I am not happy. We are within a 5 day window, so I sent an email to cancel. However, I suspect I will be having issues as well. I'm wondering if I would wait for a response before contacting my credit card company.

This is another forum with more complaints about this company:

http://www.timesharescam.com/timeshare-complaints-resorts-black-list/6-royal-elite-sandos-timeshare-complaints/

I believe we should do something about it, as I understand Mexican regulations forbid the offering of gifts, free vacation certificates or any other promotion strategies without informing the consumer the specific purpose of the offer. I want to complaint with PROFECO about this, and get my money back

Royal Elite has the worst customer service ever known.. a timeshare membership shouldn’t being sold for the purpose of renting it out for a profit. it is not an investment. you should be able to do a research about the company before signing, if you are not allow to take a couple days to consider a purchase as big as a timeshare membership, you shouldn’t purchase it at all. This is another forum with more complaints made to Royal Elite timeshare sales tactics, we are not the only ones.. this needs to stop:

Krystal Cancun Fraud

It is going over a year and I still have not been able to receive a response nor speak to someone that claims to understand English well enough to assist.

The purchase pitch that was presented to me was full of false information-

I was informed that I could offer weeks of my membership to an outside broker to rent. The kicker, the rental was guaranteed. Guaranteed, I asked? He said, absolutely. I asked how this could be true. The sells rep explained that the Krystal is located very close to the convention center and we rent those out at a premium dollar amount. If I offered my weeks for rental, prior to the end of March, we would receive a check for $14, 000. After discussing the rental for some time longer, we agreed to purchase, with the help of a 90 day, no interest credit card from Bank of America(how ironic).

About 2 months later we contacted the Rental Broker to get additional information. It was at this time that we were informed that the rental was not guaranteed in any way. We were also told that he had no record of us, despite speaking with me on the phone the day of the purchase.

I have contacted the Krystal rep. and asked about the promise of guaranteed rental. He denied ever making the promise and pointed out that we had signed a contract that stated they do not guarantee rental. I looked at the contract many times and was perfectly aware of that fact, however also remember the conversation we had when signing the document. He said this had to be on the contract, because Krystal does not handle rental, therefore cannot guarantee it.

I have purchased something that i cantsee hear or touch...if this isnt FRAUD i dont know what is.

I contacted G&G Timeshare Solutions to help me get out of the same kind of situation and they told me Krystal is a hard resort to get the money back. Just wondering if you were fortunate to get any money back or did they cancel it for you. Not sure who to trust.

I also learned the hard way that timeshares are not investments. I don´t make a lot of money, so when they promised that I could rent weeks for more than my payments, I was so happy to be making a great investment into my future. I really love vacationing, but don't get to do it very often. After getting scammed, it was even less likely that I can afford to go away. I was devastated. I recently got help from some mexican lawyers who were able to get me out of this mess. You can contact them at www.timesharescam.com. I'm still not any richer, but at least I have peace of mind knowing that I don't have to keep throwing away my money into this fraudulent company.

Krystal Cancun Cheated by Cancun Krystal Hotel (Mexico)

I took a vocation in Cancun, Mexico last Nov. I was offered a free investment presentation with free breakfast at a tourist desk on the street. After arriving the Hotel Krystal Cancun, I was show a studio by a sales man. He explained to me that I could buy 13 power week s with another 25 bonus weeks with total of US$9288. He did not mention any future maintenance fees as well as the differences between the 13 power weeks and 25 bonus weeks. Eventually, on the contract, I have to pay US $521 of maintenance fee each week I use or rent. Also, the 25 bonus weeks are different from power 13 weeks in terms of how I use it or rent it.
When I told the sales man that I need to think about it, the sales man told me that they can provide me two year free RCI (Resort Condominiums International ) membership. I requested that whether I can sign the contract next day after checking it more carefully. The sales man told me that it is against Mexican law themselves as they offer me something that same day and I come back next day to sign the contract. To be such naïve, I believed that.
The sales man explained that this is an extremely good investment if I don’t want to use the weeks I bought myself. I could rent it to friends or sell it through a broker.
I was also impressed that they could apply a Credit Card for me from Bank of America in less than an hour with a credit line of US$ 13, 000. This kind of cooperation between then and Bank of America really blocked my thinking about that this could be a scam. So, I signed the contract with Hotel Krystal Cancun of buying 13 power weeks plus 25 bonus weeks. This was done by applying a credit card by the sales man from Bank of America. It was also supported by RCI.
When I rechecked the contract after coming back, it seems there are many discrepancies between what I was promised during the introduction and the final content on the contract. Here are the summaries about their tricks to mislead you.
1. Their staff misled me that I bought 38 same weeks which are different in many ways.
a. Their staff simply explained to me that if I bought 13 weeks, they will provide me another 25 bonus weeks after paying $9288 USD. Their staff did not explain the difference between the so call Power 13 weeks and 25 K-plus bonus weeks during the introduction.
b. By this way, their staff misled me to believe that I bought total 38 same weeks with paying $9288 USD. Now, I have bought 13 power weeks and 25 bonus weeks which are different in many ways in terms how I use or rent it (see later sections).

2. Their staff misled me that I do not need to pay any extra money in future which I have to pay $521 USD each week I use or rent in future for the 13 power weeks and corresponding fees for the 25 bonus weeks each week I use or rent .

a. Their staff never explained to me, during introduction, that I have to pay $521 of the maintenance fee each week I use or rent in future for the Power 13 weeks.
b. Their staff also did not explain that I have to pay the corresponding fees for the 25 bonus weeks.
c. Their staff misled me to believe that I do not need to pay any other fee in future after paying $9288 USD with signing the contract. Now, I have to pay $521 USD each week I use or rent for the 13 power weeks and I have also to pay the corresponding fees for the 25 bonus weeks each week I will use or rent.

3. Their staff misled me about the maximum weeks I can use or rent each year.
a. Their staff filled a “Property Advertising Form” during introduction, that I can use or rent 30 weeks in the first year. By this way, their staff misled me to believe that I can use maximum 30 weeks each year from the very beginning.
b. Their staff did not ever explain that these 30 weeks are the so call K-bonus weeks and belong to RCI (see section 1 also)
c. Their staff did not explain to me, during the introduction, that I can only use one week every other year for the 13 power weeks.
d. By above ways, their staff misled me to believe that I can use or rent maximum 30 weeks every year until I complete the total 38 years. Now, I can only use or rent one week every other year for the 13 power weeks or every week per year with accelerating.

4. Their staff did not mention that I may lose my weeks if I did not use it that year
a. Their staff did not explain to me that I may lose my weeks for the 13 power weeks if I did not use it.

Basically this contract was built on lies, NH Krystal deliberately and intentionally deceived me. The NH Krystal sales tactics are intentional, unethical, fraudulent, deceitfully and misleading, this type of action is illegal. I am requesting all charges to my Bank of America credit card ($9298) to be refund.
The existence of fraud is prevalent and should be cause for this contract to be voided. Had I saw these complaints after complains after complains on the internet against KIVC prior this I would have walked away, better yet ran away from them when I was first approached by the sales person from Krystal Cancun.
As a customer, I have the right to receive sufficient and truthful information about the products acquired (Articles 32, 33 &34 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law). The consumer will have a right to the replacement, to the advantage, compensation or return of the paid amount, to their election in the following case: If the item does not correspond to the quality, it marks, or substantial specifications and other elements under which it has been offered. My husband and I went to NH Krystal last spring and was bugged and bugged from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We booked the week long stay through Apple Vacations. We did listen to their sales pitch and kept walking away from their offers. Finally, after they kept reducing the amount, we decided to possibly join. They made it sound like it was the best thing going. We were guaranteed a free week each year and great discounts on tours, cruises, air fare, etc. The list went on and on.
We did sign up and when we returned home a week later we had second thoughts and tried to cancel. Our credit card company tried to void it out, but after they contacted Krystal, they said we had 3 days to cancel. Who will cancel something like that while you are on vacation and having a time fighting with the hotel with other matters. DO NOT STAY AT THE KRYSTAL HOTEL IN CANCUN! The air conditioning did not work in our room, the room smelled like sewer, the closet doors were broken, and light bulbs were missing from light fixtures. We were extremely disappointed!
We just tried to contact Krystal for our daughter and her husband to go to Cancun and they were extremely rude when she asked questions. They hung up on her and when she called back, the manager told her we initialed and we knew what we were getting into. Now she found out the Platnium Rewards are only good for 2 years! We will be contacting an attorney to find out what our legal rights are.
Please pass the word on to anyone you know that is traveling to Cancun not to purchase any timeshares of any kind. It is out of the country and it's hard to contact them in Mexico for answers.
I will continue to post issues until we get this resolved.
Upset in Michigan!

Krystal Cancun SCAM Krystal Cancun

In October, 2008, I was traveling with my family to the beautiful beaches of Cancun and unfortunately we agreed to attend the sales presentation at the Krystal Resort in Cancun, Quintana Roo. At the conclusion of the presentation, I stated to the sales representative, Marco Olivera that I was not interested in purchasing a timeshare because we own a timeshare with Wyndham. I mentioned several times that we did not wish to invest additional funds in a timeshare.

At that point, Marco Olivera, assured us we could make the exchange at no cost. He told us we just needed to apply for a “line of credit” to which the value of the Krystal property would be posted, but the charge to the line of credit would be cancelled when the exchange got completed in just a month.

Mr. Ray Rubio repeatedly assured me that the Krystal timeshare will be ready to be exchanged for Four Seasons, Hilton or Ritz at any time throughout the year, including during holidays. He also told me that each week at Krystal Resort could also be sold each year for a “guaranteed” $ 2, 800.00 USD.Ray Rubio stated that Krystal Resort will guaranteed at any moment that the weeks will be rented if we advice the Resort that we would not be using them with 6 months in advance.

We were disconcerted and then we received my credit card bill where Krystal had posted a charge totaling $ 22, 743.75 USD in three separate transactions (including international transaction fee). My wife and I immediately called them and told about this issue but they told me and I quote “read your contract”. I explained what Ray Rubio and Marco Olivera told us about the exchange… They told me that was impossible “Krystal never did an exchange”. I was getting mad so I told them that I wanted to rent all my weeks… They just told me that Krystal does not have that service but if I wanted they can give me the phone numbers of companies that rent the timeshare or sell them.
We decided to sue them and got to the last of the consequences; we tried to do it with an American Law Firm since they are Mexican laws we went to the Mexican laws firm. I will let you know any news and share the information that I have from Krystal, if you have information or any advice I will love to hear it!

Friendly Regards,

I visited this resort in February of 2022. I also sat through the timeshare presentation. I allowed them to run my credit to see how of much a credit line was going to be available for the deposit. I initially verbally agreed to the purchase. I signed for the new credit line in the amount of $4500 and put the remainder on another existing card I already had. However when we started to go over the actual paperwork and I started reading it, I did not like the wording in many things. I took the unsigned contract back to my room to read alone overnight. The next morning I told them I would not be purchasing. After another three hours of them attempting to shame me into purchasing, we signed an agreement for them to refund the deposits they billed the day before. Recall one of them was a brand new credit line I had no idea what those card numbers were because it was a new line. The agreement further stated that they had 15 days to give me the refund. It has been more than 30 days. I still do not have a refund. The agreement has the wrong account number for the new credit line on it. I fully believe this was done on purpose. The credit card company is “Barclays.” This was recommended by Krystal, I have tried several times to file a dispute with this company. Every time I try their system is “down.” Sometimes they don’t even pretend to go through the motions of taking the information, they simply state the system is down and hang up on me. I have filed a report with the US Consumer Affairs fraud department against Barclays for not allowing me to dispute the charges. The other credit card is no issue, those charges have already been reversed. At this point I believe Krystal and every company they do business with is in this together. Mexico has its own department of consumer of affairs that is especially interested in timeshare scams however there is no way for an English only speaking person to file a claim on their website. You can however mail a claim. I will call Barclays again on Monday. The first “payment” for this $4500 is due in April. I will dispute it with the three major credit bureaus if I cannot get satisfaction by Tuesday. I received zero services and have a signed letter stating the entire sale was canceled. I also still have an unsigned blank copy of their contradictory contract contract.

Hi Michelle

did you ever get this resolved. I have overcome the first fight... we have rescinded based on our agreement with Krytal within 5 days. We signed a cancellation letter to refund our money but the account number doesnt match the card we received in the mail.

But i had weird feeling that the Master Card account number the provided was not correct.

It was verified when i finally got the card that the numbers were not right that is on our agreement... however they were able to charge us the downpayment.

I verified with Barclays the account number used doesnt exist... so Now not sure what will happen

I’ve been through this as well. I simplyy stopped paying. They try to scare you by threatening your credit rating etc. Don’t even think about that…what will they do…say they’re not paying the scam money they owe us?!?

As for your credit card company…tell them in writing it’s a scam and you are no longer paying for it. They are all about money…they won’t take you to court to get money for someone else…

Just stop paying!

I fell victim a year ago. I had many questions. Made many calls, sent many email, had many WhatsApp messages. Since no one would return my calls/messages, I never paid. They turned it over to collections in January of this year, and collections has been threatening me. I have so much proof they ignored my calls, texts and messages from March 2021 - September 2021 and emailed that proof to everyone one I could at Krystal and the collection agency. I got a letter today saying they have cancelled my contract. I have also found out that being in Mexico, they cannot report it our credit agency in the states. The only thing I'm not sure about is if I can get my down payment back. It wasn't much, about $2,000, so if I don't, I'm okay with it. My wife and I were also pressured into a time share sales pitch. The salesperson assigned to us was a kind, elderly woman, and out of respect to her we agreed to speak with her boss at the headquarters.

We were in vacation mode and were not prepared for the deception. A couple of free drinks and we were not thinking clearly. We paid $3000 to become "Krystal members". For our money, we received a leather-bound folder full of pamphlets. The moment we left we realized what happened and it soured the rest of our vacation. The Krystal sales team are an impressive group of predators. Anyone can fall prey to their style of manipulation.

This happened back around 2006. Krystal has been doing this for over a decade, and from the comments above it sounds like they are growing more dangerous.

Did you end up paying for the entire time you originally signed up for or how did you get out of your contract? I just fell victim Sept 2021.

Hi, I’m also a victim. Just following up. I stopped payments 3 months ago but now they are threatening me that they’re sending it to collections and it will affect my credit score.

Any updates on your end?

Has anyone found any legal counsel or representation to help with this. My story is the same as all of yours... I signed up in Jan of 2019, and stopped payment in October of 2019 - they keep harassing for back payments, maintenance fees, etc. I paid Latitude 21 exorbitant amounts to list the property with nothing in return...cannot access ICE, etc... I'd be happy if they would just let me alone, and not charge anymore money or harass me any more... If I lose out what I paid, oh well. What I am looking for is some legal representation to get out of this...anyone know of anyone dealing with this?

Hi, I fell victim Sept 2021 too. They cant send anything to collections as they are in Mex. They've threatened my credit and even tried to get me to sign a contract to hush (without offering a refund of course).

Harassment complaints continue for owner of Latitude21 on other forums and youtube. She using aliases and vulgar langues to try and shut everything down.

If you got caught in her scam, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER. They can reverse the charge and investigate if you are within a 90 day window of purchase. If you are past 90 days they will still investigate but harder to get your money back.

Latitude 21 and Krystal will be going nuts trying to defend themselves against the fraud they are committing.

Ditto, same scenario with me as all the above posts! Latitude 21 keeps asking for more $ too and none of my weeks were rented. Then they claimed my account wasn't even activated & that's why my weeks were not rented. What? What was the $3K for better advertising for then that I paid them? Where can we get legal help - a website, anything? HELP PLEASE !

Is there a class action suit in place? Legal action as a group?
