Krystal review: Food service

I ordered food at krystal and was not given a receipt and was also not given my full order. After trying to reach the manager for about 2 weeks, I called back and the manager (Latia) was very rude and indicated that she would be doing nothing to refund me for the food I never got. I asked for her manager and she did not give me any individual that I could reach. I asked for her name and she was very hesitant to even give me that. She indicated that she could not trust what I was saying and because I did not have my receipt that she would not be refunding me for what I was never given. I have been reaching out to Krystal now for 3 weeks and have no way to contact management or any type of support.
